User Interface Loading

This plugin uses a JavaScript-driven user interface. If this notice does not disappear in a few seconds, you should check Console for any JavaScript errors or get in touch with RightPress Support.

Already done.

Ok, thank you.

Hi I have a pre-sale question, can I apply discount on all or certain products in a specific category and schedule it to run for a specific period of time?

Hi!

Yes, it’s possible to configure such a discount and also schedule it to some specific date/time range.

Kirill

Thank u for your quick reply, appreciated it. I also found the answer in your demo session. It works. Will purchase this shortly upon client’s confirmation. Thanks again

Sure, no problem. Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello I bought and installed your plugin I’m trying to set up a discount: For 2 items of a category purchased, I would like to offer a specific product of my choice in all my products. I do not see how to create this simple offer? thanks for your support

Hi!

Feel free to submit a support ticket to us if you need any help in setting this up.

is there a way to add a pricing table for Theme Complete Extra Product Options? So the options have a different price table to the main product itself? If not, is there a way to develop this as custom code?

Hi!

Answered above – there’s no integration with this plugin, and at the moment we don’t offer any customization services.

Kirill

We have a branded clothing website www.spworkwear.co.uk and offer dynamic pricing based on the number of items a customer orders. We also use theme complete product options for customers to add their logo which then adds the cost to the price.

What we want to be able to do is offer a different discount structure on the personalisation to the garment itself. Any ideas if/how this might be possible?

Hi!

No, unfortunately, at the moment there’s no option to target the options for the discounts specifically, and also there’s no integration with this particular plugin.

Kirill

Hi, it’s possible to setup a fixed discount only for some selected users, without the needs to create a discount code? Thanks

Hi!

Sure, it is possible and quite easy – just need a simple rule, with customer condition. Feel free to test this on our demo site.

Just checking if this plug-in will be right for me.

Can I use it for a pharmacy website, where a patient can book for a service to see the doctor. Since booking will be done by woo commerce, can conditions be set on booking process, whereby a patient pays like $15 for the first booking in the first month and enjoy maximum of 2 services only for that first month, but any subsequent booking for an existing customers in the next month will now cost like $7 that is half the cost prices. is this possible with your plugin.

Also which booking/membership plugin will be compatible with your plugin to function my way

Hi!

Unfortunately, there’s currently no such option available and no integration with any booking is available yet.

Kirill

quick question – I have a client which sell product by the bulk – he has a variation of a product with 15 colors – the dicount price is the same for each color – we have setup the plugin so it show a list of all discounts but in this case we just want one line of discounts since the discount is the same for all variables – can this be achieved with this plugin

Sure, the same as above, but you will just need to add 2 products there, and everything else is the same in the rule.

Kirill

I can’t find the summed up – I only have one call all quantities added up

Hi!

Yes, that’s the correct option.

Hello, I have a Pre-Sale question:

I am using the plugin FooEvents to sell events and I also sell physical products in my shop. I am looking for a plugin to set a 10% discount on all physical products when an “event” is in the shopping cart. I already tried a discount plugin but it had a conflict with FooEvents and didn`t apply the discount.

Do you have any experience with that, does your plugin work with FooEvents? Is there a chance to try your plugin?

Thanks a lot for support and answer.

Hi!

Unfortunately, we don’t have any information on compatibility with FooEvents, and no trial option as well. Do you know what was the reason of compatibility issue with the other plugin previously?

Kirill

Can`t say exactly what caused the problem. The developer from the other plugin told me that discount is shown on all pages except for the cart. (which of course would be most important)

When I disabled the FooEvents the discount was apllied correctly, so I guess it overwrites the discount price in the cart. But maybe it works with your plugin.?

Is there any chance to take a quick look test it if I send you admin access to my shop?

Hi!

In this case, most probably it will work the same with our plugin as well – it changes the price as early as possible, so any other plugin that does this later may override the price if it doesn’t “check” the current price instead of just getting the default value.

Kirill

Hi there, I see a few questions about displaying the applied discounts in the order details within WooCommerce. Is this anywhere on the roadmap yet? Still not open to custom development ? This feature is a must for stores offering discounts at scale.

Hi!

Currently the discounts applied with Cart Discounts are already displayed as a coupon. Regarding Product Pricing rules – yes, it is in the plans, though no estimate set yet.

Kirill

Hi,

didnt do anything : discounts not working anymore and cannot even access the admin part of your plugin, I got this message :

Note: User interface load time depends on a number of entries. Load time will increase by a fraction with each additional entry.

I have your last version of plugin. Reinstalled it, still not working.

Sorry I m not big fan to pay a support extension on codecanyon just because your plugin does not work anymore.

Hope your understand.

Hi, Great plugin but unfortunately I have had to disable it due to a conflict with Ultimate Addons for Elementor. When logged into the back end and trying to view a page with a UAE carousel, the page is broken. Seems to be OK on the front end.

Ther was also a problem with long delays when viewing large-ish carts, especially with bundles. This has gone away now I have disabled. I thought you should know.

Hi I don’t found the following out in your demo. Is it possible to set a price per weight for shipping? Example: 0-500g = Fixprice 5$ 501-1000g = Fixprice 7$ So if I add 3 products an the total weight is 700g than the shippingcosts are 7$

If yes, how to set in your demo?

Hi!

Unfortunately, there’s currently no such option available in the plugin – it’s not affecting the shipping costs in any way. Though you might want to check our WooCommerce Conditional Shipping plugin – it has “cart total weight” condition, which can be used.

Kirill

Presale question. This plugin make only dynamic changes or add prices at sale price fields? Because i used other plugins with dynamic changes and at product xml i get the regular price instead the sale price.

Hi!

Yes, it makes the dynamic changes on the frontend and doesn’t change database entries.

Kirill

Great product, and essential for any woocommerce store. Only caught a bug with cart discounts, where the total is not being updated with the discounted amount, although the discounted amount is listed under subtotal. Hope you fix this issue soon.

Are you compatible with Extra product option plugin ? https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-extra-product-options/7908619

IF NOT can you suggest a solution for us that is compatible with your plugin ?

we have a burger restaurant and we want to offer discount for extras !

Hi!

Unfortunately, there’s currently no support for the extra options implemented in any plugin. Regarding the overall compatibility, Extra product options plugin has something implemented so that there’s no conflict while changing the prices. Also, we have our own plugins for custom fields, which are also fully integrated, though there’s no option to provide the discounts based on the options/fields.

Kirill

Hello, are you sure your plugin is supported with Aelia multi currency ? Cz i read topics there is something wrong, on product single page, but in the cart work perfectly. kindly advice, cz i need to know which plugin to buy

Hi!

Overall, it should work correctly, though because both plugins are changing over time, it is possible that some issues appear, and we make sure to do our best to resolve those.

Kirill

Hello good afternoon, I have a pre-sale question.

I am building a website for a chain of shoe stores. They have about 69 stores around a Latin country. The price of each product varies depending on where the product is located: 1. Street shop 2. Store in shopping center 3. Shop in free port (duty-free zones) 4. Old stores

The idea is that when the user enters the web, first select the store / location where they want to buy the product, with this the prices that will be shown will be those established for that condition.

Store location selection example https://bookmyshow.com/

But the variable prices in each product I want to enter directly, we do not look for anything automatic by percentage but as a total amount.

Ex. 1. If the customer selects a store in a shopping center when entering the web, the product A price will be $ 2 2. If the client selects a store in free port when entering the web, product A will be $ 1.85

The idea is that this can be edited on each product without having to duplicate them.

Ex. Sandal: 1. Street store: $ 2 2. Store in shopping center: $ 2.50 3. Shop in free port: 1.95 4. Old store: 1.90

But there is also the variable in that each product such as shoes will have two additional variations: color and size

So we have that example sandal is in blue and another in red and in each one there are sizes from 28 to 35, so the price variation would already be in terms of the final variation of each product.

This as I explain it, does your complement or do you know of any that can do it? I can’t find this anywhere or don’t know how to look for it.

Thanks for your support.

Hi!

It should be possible with meta data condition (though it depends on how and where you’ll save the data about selected location), but you will need to create separate rule for each product-location pair (on plugin page, not on product edit page), which may or may not be very convenient in this case – feel free to test this on our demo site.

Kirill

Hello, I don’t understand how I can do it, can you explain me a little easier?

What you tell me is that I would have to duplicate a product 4 times so that each one manages its different price?

Hi!

No, I’ve meant that you will need to create different rules in our plugin, no need to change the actual product. As I said, it depends a lot on the metadata that you’re referring to and where/how it’s stored, so I’m afraid there’s no easy explanation.

Kirill

Hi, may i know how set this kind of promotion, buy 3 any product in same categories the price is always fix at $99

Hi!

I see, thank you for the explanation. In this case, simply using “group of products” rule should fit.

Kirill

Hi, can you show me some sample of the setting?

You just need to open Product Pricing tab, and select “group of products”, then add product category, price and quantity of 3. Feel free to submit a support ticket to us if you need any help in setting this up.

Kirill

I was wondering if this product can do waht I hope – I have a composit product and I hope this plugin can put a discount on both the product it self and an additional product ex. Main product has a quantity range with discounts and the ex. print has a different quantity range discount. so two discounts has to be made on the same product. Hope you can tell me if your plugin can do that :)

Hi!

There may be limited support for such kind of products. Which plugin are you using for composite products functionality?

Kirill

I am using this plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/composite-products/ – what I hope is that the pricing table can be shown on the main product even if the discount is put on a addon product.

Hi!

This plugin is supported, though it won’t work as you describe it, unfortunately. In this case the master product should be targeted.
