But this is a general question about translating. I think many users and pre-buyers would like to know how to translate the plugin. The established methode to translate is through .pot and .po files. Is that not possible with your plugin?

I am playing around with your Instagram Journal plugin and so far it’s working well. Unfortunately, the main reason I bought was to be able to filter by user as well as tag. When I use “tag” mode I receive an error message advising a 400 code was received and to check my credentials. All other modes seem to work fine. I used your token generation link to create my dev token. Does it lack permission to search by tag via the Insta API?

Hi, I have a problem with the plugin. When I add my token and my user ID in my wordpress I get an error “The access_token provided is invalid.” I don’t know why it is because I generated the token through the URL you provide. Thanks

Hi, I have installed the plugin, got the token and ID. The Shortcode generator shows up when I got to add a page, I fill in the info and generate the code, however, nothing is showing up when I publish the page. Am I to put the short code somewhere myself?

I’ll be happy to help! Yes, the shortcode generator generates the code. You simply need to add it to the content editor. It should be located in the center of the page.

Yes, thanks, it just didn’t work with the theme I used. BTW, how do I install the theme that comes with the plugin? Also in WPs admin board, where it says Instagram Journal, the only setting that I get when I click here is the box where I entered the Token. There are no other settings like in the documentations.

I cannot get Instagram journal plugin to download. I purchased the plugin. I watched the installation video but, when I click on the wordpress plugin folder, instagram journal, I don’t see the same files. I onlysee jquery-instagram-journal. When attempting to generate a token I get this error:
You’ve already generated tokens. You’ve exceeded the maximum amount of uses of this tool with that account. Please purchase a new license or email our support team at xxcriversxx@gmail.com to request additional access.
So I purchased a new license to hopefully resolve this.

Wait a minute… Are you saying that i have to use FTP to use this plugin? It did not say it, when I bought it and if so I want a full and immediate refund. I want any plugin I use to work within Wordpress using their plugin functionality.
