To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. Hello, The quiz is not a standard functionality of page builder. Depending on how it is created, it will have to be imported into WordPress.

I want to know my all my tables just collapse once its on a mobile device. INstead of 2 or 3 photos in a row it collapses into single photos beneath eachother.

I have a problem with Envato AND WPBakery: Envato sold me a WP Theme ($50), but author (Nadal Nojak) vanished from Earth and Envato did a quick handwashing saying that they can not do anything at all. This is the problem: theme included a WPBakery plugin, but some time after buying the theme, surprisingly a KEY plugin asked for license! I’m talking about WPBakery Visual Composer. If this plugin is disabled, website won’t open, so easy like this. Now WPBakery is asking for a license AND demanding upgrade to work. though now is working, I know that in some point in future this plugin will stop to work, and my website too… Edition is another problem, so I don’t have idea about what to do next, I feel cheated, and trapped in the middle of Envato and WPBakery.
Hello, The plugin which comes with the theme does not have a license of it’s own. If you purchase the plugin license directly from us, then you can activate the plugin license to update the plugin at your end.

Are you serious?? In other words, I have to pay for the theme AND for a hidden price in a plugin??? TERRIBLE!!! Be serious and list your themes INCLUDING the hidden fee, so anyone will know how much to pay finally. I feel cheated by ENVATO and Codecanyon.

My vc_map field type checkboxes creating some problem in param_group field.
I created two tag one is general and second is pricing. Pricing tag have a param_group that have checkbox field and i am saving it from general tab then all param_group item will automatically checked.

When I make a row stretched, the page first loads the row in default width (for about half a second) and then stretches. It’s something your eye catches.
Is there any way around this?
Hello, The delay is due to the time taken by full width script to load and make necessary calculations for the row to be stretched to the full width depending upon browser width.

Since years, regardless of the builder’s version, it is very difficult to work on websites with white text. In the page editor, we cannot identify texts to modify as they appear in white on a white background. The problem is the same in the the tinyMce editor, for which, we are forced to highlight the text to be able to modify it. Very annoying.
Is there any option to change these backgrounds color?

Hello, This can be handled with some custom CSS. You can add an extra CSS class to the text block and then change it’s font color via CSS. This will ensure that on actual page the color will be white, while in editor, the default color will be displayed.
