Hi, Is it possible to have a deal like 5 for €20? I have a category of products but their price can range from 4.50 to 6 euro. Can I have it that a user can buy 5 of these for a set price of €20? I have tried a cart discount with a fixed discount of €5 but unless all the products are €5 this does not work as the total (before discount) may not always be €25. Thanks
Hi!
Yes, it is possible to configure this with “Group of products” – feel free to test this on our demo site.

Ok, thanks. It’s done under product pricing.
Sure, no problem. Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi. Is it possible to have the cart discount show in catalog? Or the Products pricing will end in discouunt field in the cart page?
Thanks.
Hi!
There is “change display prices” option in settings that allows to do just that. Though it has some limitations, it will show the potential discounts in the product pages.

Hello, we need a clarification before buying the plugin. We use two rates, Normal Price and another rate 2 with the Role Based Pricing plugin for retailers. We wanted to know if it is possible to make discounts on rate 2 based on the retail role that is created. Thank you
Hi!
Yes, there is customer role condition that allows creating the rules specifically for some user roles.
Kirill
Yes, we have seen that it can be filtered by role, but where does the price take from? We think that may be a problem that we have already seen in other plugins. The rule takes the price from the Normal Rate, not from the role’s rate 2.
Hi!
The price is taken from the rule that you configure with this condition. Did you configure both rates in plugin’s rules?

hi, i’m running a rental website & i use a booking system plugin & down payment system plugin to run my shop.
& recently, i bought your discount plugin to do 2 things: 1. to set a simple discount for everything on my store (like a storewide sale) & 2. to charge a credit card checkout fee.
the credit card checkout fee part was successful. but, the discount doesn’t show up on the checkout page at all… so the products didn’t get any discount.
i tried to review the settings, but seems like nothing is wrong as the discount rule that i’m making is a very simple one.
do you know why this is happening?
regards, max

yes, already done, looking forward to your solution
Ok, thank you!
I’m trying to update a client’s site and getting this message from Woocommerce:
“Heads up! The versions of the following plugins you’re running haven’t been tested with WooCommerce 4.0. Please update them or confirm compatibility before updating WooCommerce, or you may experience issues:
Plugin Tested up to WooCommerce version Dynamic Pricing and Discounts for WooCommerce Basic Version 3.4”
Hi!
No worries, the plugin works correctly with the latest WooCommerce and WordPress updates, there’s just no note about that.
Kirill
I want to use this plugin (who says it is compatible with your plugin) to update the single page product price when the quantity is increased. https://codecanyon.net/item/final-price/7994706
Your plugin will be used fo – if the quantity is increased to above 10 I want each product to have 10% discount.
Question is, will the product price be updated including your discount rule price?
Hi!
Our plugin updates the price at the earliest possible time, so any further changes by other plugins just need to make sure to get that changed price instead of the default WooCommerce price, and that way it would be compatible. Unfortunately, we don’t have any information regarding the compatibility with the plugin you refer to.

Pre-sales question:
Does the price reduction could be applied if user use a certain coupon?
Hi!
Yes, there is a condition “coupons applied”. which you can add to any of your rules, and those will only apply if certain coupons are applied in the cart.
Kirill
wow that’s great! thank you for the confirmation.
One more thing, can I make Shipping Cost discount?
Hi!
No, shipping cost is applied after the discounts (which are made on subtotal value).

Hi,
For demo shop, which product demo -> Applies a discount to Y quantity when X quantity is purchased at a full price?
Thanks
Hi!
For that you just need to use Buy X Get Y type of rule in Product Pricing section.
Kirill
Is that possible to do like :
Buy 1 product X , get product Y Buy 2 product X, get product Y and Z ?
Hi!
Well, it is possible, but will require different rules (one for each amount), and also it will be possible to get 2 of Y or 2 of Z, as well as Y and Z. Feel free to test this on our demo site.
Kirill
On the product archive page, is it possible to show “as low as” in the product archive page (or single product page)?
Hi!
Are you referring to Bulk discounts? In this case, there’s currently no such option available, but we have plans to introduce this in the future update.
Kirill
How to login to demo’s admin side? I want to test some features and need username and password to login. Thanks.
Hi!
If you see the login form, then just try to clear the cache and generate the demo again – by default it should login automatically, but sometimes with the old cache it may show the login form.

Hi,
I’m facing an issue lately when i try to change a product or condition value, the options available in that field are not expanding in order to select the needed value.
Due to this i can’t change rules created or create new ones based on my needs
Can you please tell what could be the reason ?

Hello, I am having an issue where I get a WordPress error saying “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” when I click on the settings link from the plugin list and I can no longer see the “Pricing & Discounts” submenu in my WooCommerce menu. How can I solve this, as I need access to the plugin settings. Thanks for the awesome plugin!

Ive created a buy x get y repeating but it only ever adds the free product once regarldess how many of the ‘x’ is added to the cart. Is there a reason this could be happening?
Update: If i update the free product to match the quantity of the purchased product, its still free. It just wont auto add more than 1 of the free product.
So, if I add 5x product X. It only adds x1 product Y. I can then manually increase (in the cart) product Y to 5 and it remains free, but it wont auto adjust the free product quantity.
Hi!
Yes, that’s the current limitation of the auto-adding feature – it adds only one free product. We’ll try to find a way to implement more options for this in the future update.
Kirill
Other plugins do this and yours is much better overall so hope you find a way soon as having to use additional plugin atm
Thank you for your feedback! We’ll do our best to improve the current functionality.

Hi Is this plugin can do this: if someone buy 2 or more products the shipping price will be not the same if like he would be bought 1 products
Hi!
This plugin doesn’t affect shipping at all. But we also have Conditional Shipping plugin, which allows creating custom shipping methods and there is the condition to check total quantity of the products in cart. Feel free to test this on our demo site.
Kirill
Could the plugin generate a discount coupon automatically, for the next purchase, when a customer spends a minimum on one or more orders?
Hi!
It’s possible with the purchase history conditions – you can set some specific purchased amount and it will be applied on the future orders automatically.
Kirill
I found out a problem for charging 5% checkout fee when they choose a particular payment method. I have set 5% checkout fee when they choose Stripe option. This works fine for front-end purchase.
If the customer didn’t make payment, they come back later by logging to their account dashboard, go to Orders history, they can just click the Pay button to make payment again. But when they go to the payment page within the dashboard, the Checkout fee no longer work. It won’t charge the 5% anymore when they choose Stripe.
Could you please check what went wrong?
Hi!
Checkout fee is applied before the order was placed, so when there is order placed already, there’s no way to add new fees to it and the only option is to pay in full for this.

Hi, when is added the discounts? For example if I want to see the price on live with the disccounts can I do it?. For example Category A: price 100. Category B, price: 200. So I apply 10% discount on all the category B. So if I navigate in the site I will see in live the discount applied? Like product from Category B price: 180 or I need to add to the cart o checkout to see the discount?. Thanks!
Hi!
Both options are possible. By default, the discounts are applied in cart, but for some rules it’s possible to change the prices in shop – for that you will just need to activate the option “change display prices in shop”. Feel free to test this on our demo site.
Kirill
Hello! I’m planning to buy your plugin but before that I have a question. What I want to do if someone spent in my shop for $100, then he gets 3% discount from everything, when he reaches $200 total lifetime spent, then gets 6% etc. I guess this is possible with the plugin (right?) but they will see the discount only in the cart page, or they will see the lower prices in the shop too? Thank you for your help!
Hi!
It is possible with the purchase history conditions, and with all types of rules, meaning that it should also be possible to change the display prices in the shop.
Kirill
hi sir, happy new year is there a way to exclude one specific product to be applied in the discount rule? many thanks
Hi!
Thank you, Happy New Year to you as well!
Sure, it is possible to exclude any product – just use “not in list” option in your conditions.
Kirill
thx Kirill for the swift reply! ur produc tis amazing. i am able to exclude the discount using not in list if the discount is on ‘product discount’ but i have a discount that applies to users at during checkout so theres no porduct option for me to exclude it.. anything i missed?
Hi!
Do you mean Cart Discounts in this case? If yes, you can set this as “per item”, and select “not in list” option there.
Kirill
Hello, if I set a discount for a payment method, (example: 5% off when you pay with cahs) How can I show this discount in single product page and cart/checkout? example: https://i.imgur.com/Cdaxaaj.png
Hi!
Unfortunately, there’s currently no such option – this can be applied (and shown) only on the Checkout page.
