Hi, the plugin works ok however if both the browser Auto-locate and Radius Search are both active in the settings it does not work properly. If both of these are active the information in the map info bubbles is incorrect and as a result there is the wrong Pickup address detail in the receipt emails. I’ve tested this a few times and this is a bug. Can you check it out for a future update please as the plugin is excellent.

Can you see the bug happening on your map? Also If the user disallows the Auto-locate in their browser, no map markers appear at all on the map. In this situation if a user disallows the Auto-locate can all the map markers then appear? Sorry about this, there are a few bugs, did you check this out? I’m happy to pay for extra support to iron this out as I need this working?

There is a problem with the ‘Pickup Information’ displayed in the customer receipt email. The first line of ‘Pickup Location’ is correct, however the rest of the info Pickup Address / City / Zip Code / Email are all incorrect and taken from what looks like the first store in the stores List. I need an urgent fix for this. Can you take a look at it?

Hi, i just translate this plugin in german language. Its not working. I tried it manually, with Poedit and LocoTranslate. Nothing is working, the files on the right place and everything is great. Can you tell me how i can change the language. If its not possible, then i spent no time for changing it.

The map at the checkout does not work. There is a white box where the map was supposed to appear. The console at chrome developer tools shows the message below Uncaught ReferenceError: google is not defined
I tested the plugin at a different theme at a local environment and it works. I suppose it has to do something with the theme (Woodmart), anything that i can do to make it work or where might the problem be?

I am facing two issues.
First, since i updated the woocommerce to version 4.9.2. The pickup location option on the backend where you edit your product is disappeared. earlier it shows me the block on the right side where i can select one of the location for particular product but now i can not see that.
Second, I saw various people posted about this and you said you gonna release soon. we are waiting when we are able to show the time slot only for the when the store is open for different locations. Right now, it shows complete 24 hours.

Hi I’m still having problems with the plugin’s (new) auto-locate function… also the Radius Search, both do not work properly on my site and I need help.

last year i contributed to the development costs of the auto-locate function as it’s never worked properly for me. Now the radius search is not working properly. How can I fix this?

there is no /plugins/woocommerce-pickup-location/templates/admin/checkout-map.php, adn in all the files in this folder I don’t find any “Pickup Location”, “Select Pickup Point” or “Pickup Point”. Do you have a way/documentation on how to translate ?

Hello, I am preparing the plugin in my web and I wonder how can I limit the date/time of pickup. I mean, imagine that the customer is doing is order at: - Jan 06 2021 - 17:00 h
And pickup location is open from 8:00 to 20:00 everyday.
I would like for instance to limit pickup time: - Block Pick up date/time: for order time preparation before Jan 07 2021 at 10:00 (so next day in the morning) - Block Pick up date/time: for picking up after one month in the future: Feb 06 2021, 17:00
Is it possible? How can I define it in the plugin settings?
