Some issues on your zigaform.
1. One form is successfully sent, and i refresh page or go to a different page then go back to the form the animation loading shows continuously moving without showing the form again. I have one basic contact form and one multiform that one pretty much does not show up unless i clear browsing cache, my website is running on latest php 8.
2. If i chose this field required the pop up (this is required) stays visible on the screen while working on edit mode, it is very annoying to see that while trying to add new field and do edits, something wrong with delay time it shouldn’t just stay like that.
3. Your Timer field is missing icons.
Hey, I tested 1, 2, 3 and was not able to reproduce the issue. Did you try with the latest version (v7.4.9)? If the problem continues, you can send the steps to reproduce the issue and also attach a screen recording for better understanding to support@softdiscover.com

Ok, got past the installer problem—problem with mysql. Then, when I tried to access the backend, it asked for my purchase code, which I provided, and then I got ANOTHER server error 500 when it tried to redirect me to /index.php/formbuilder/forms/list_uiforms

Hi, I have the problem that the captcha does not work on all forms on my site (8 forms). I have already deleted and reinserted it several times, but without success. Only under PHP 7.4 everything works perfectly. However, I am using PHP 8.3. I use Zigaform version 7.05, WordPress version 6.6.1. Best regards

Hi, you can do that in frontend. show your table format in success message grabbing each field of that form. Success message is fully customizable, you can do any html layout (table format included). what I dont understand is when you refer about exporting to excel. that’s in frontend as well or just backend, on records section? I guess it is backend, when you export, all form data is exported in one row. if you want to export like 10 rows from one form. that’s not possible. what you can do is to use webhook feature (included in zigaform). then when form is submitted. you can captured the data in your end, then you can store data that fit your needs. regards

Is the Form Password Protected to allow selected Users to access the Forms. Can I create forms and allocate to different Departments, for selected Users in that Department.
hello, form does not offer that feature but you can do page password protected with wordpress.
zigaform offers conditional logic, or you can add custom javascript to redirect to a certain form according to selected option. regards

Hello! I’m using your great plugin but having one little issue. When using the Range block, on Desktop I can properly see the tooltip that indicates the number, but on mobile the tooltip isn’t visible, so when using the Range option on a form, from mobile is not possible for the user to know the range quantity he is choosing.
