Hi, a bit of a strange request/question. Let’s assume the following work flow:

Website is called ABC and it has two admins – John and Bob. At the moment, there are 100 members in the backend of UMP dashboard.

Desired flow:
Bob creates a new member called Jane and assigns Jane a “manager” status
Jane can log into UMP dashboard but she will not see those existing 100 members
Jane can now add her own members manually under her ‘umbrella’
Jane can only see the members she added

Is this possible? Thanks!

I am interesting with this plugin, can I customize every single layout from this plugin?

We have set our memberships levels to lifetime access and also manually set individual user expiry date to year 2030. Yet recently, many of my users are complaining that when they attempt to access a members-only page they are given the message “Your subscription has expired or been cancelled.” However, when I check the dashboard their subscription is still ongoing.. Please assist to verify if this is a bug and any resolution methods. Product: Ultimate Membership Pro; V 8.3.3.

Custom Dashboard message The Dashboard section from the Account Page can display general content or specific content for each member. You may choose a specific post content for this member or leave the default setup.

This option only appears when I create a user manually.

Hi there, we were starting a new Wordpress website where we wanted to allow Members to create an account to list their files/data under their accounts/pages.

And also allow Vendors to create an account(vendor account – different from Members account) and then that grants them access to specific Members listings to view their data/files.

All of which will be hidden from people who don’t have an account.

Is this possible with your directory plugin? More details below.

I have a client that would like users to explore his landing page for a few minutes. After the few minutes are up, then the user will be forced to purchase a lifetime membership of $10 to continue viewing the content on the landing page. In other words, the users would get a free membership for a few minutes, but then the user would have to pay $10 continue navigating the website. If the user leaves and comes back to the website, then it would prompt the user to pay the $10 life time membership in order to continue to see the content on the website. Can your plugin give temporary free access to protected pages and then force the user to become a member to continue seeing the content?

Hi, hi followed all Knowledge Base, i have translated all the .po and .mo files on poedit, i have upload 100% translated file, but my menu appear always in english, why they not change for my translated version?

Hi! It’s a pity you disregard my suggestion. The default locker (block/show to…) with redirection is not suitable because it PREVENTS posting in Facebook and prevents indexing by Google. You will be able to sell more if you provide a functionality that enables the indexation.

Is it possible to lock all posts via inside lockers. I prefer to show the title, subtitle, etc The idea is to reveal some information before to invite users to register. I don’t want to block the content entirely and redirect to subscription page. But it seems the only way to use inside lockers is to set them manualy … on thousand of posts. Right? Thanks
