Hi, I had setup an yearly membership plan and it was due to send out renewal notice on 31 Dec 2020 but it didn’t work? Check server mail delivery log and there wasn’t anything sent. Membership expires on 31 Jan 2021, I set up user notification > first notification before expire > all levels. Do I need to set up anything on the cpanel settings? I can’t find any documentation on this topic other than the basic video. is there any settings other than the notification tab that needs to be done? Thank you.

Yes, it is easily said then done.

Your support is the worst on the market.

I submitted a Ticket #371008 with details of errors and help that I need. I specified the version of WordPress, PHP and the plugin. It is all of the latest version. “I am running PHP7.4, WordPress 5.6, membership pro Version 9.4.3.” “Please update the plugin on the latest version available on the market where multiple features, improvements and fixes have been released.”

Your support replied,

It is obvious that your support didn’t even read my ticket.

Now, I have to wait for the next reply.

Support team asked for update because during ticket submission a different plugin version have been declared, a very old one, and a such confusion have been generated.

Still, seems your ticket was managed already by support team, just stay in touch with them.

What does this look like to you?

“I am running PHP7.4, wordpress 5.6, mebership pro Version 9.4.3.”

is there a newer version than mebership pro Version 9.4.3 available?

I have spent the last 6 days receiving one reply a day from your support and getting nowhere with the issue.

I stated clearly that my membership expires on 31 Jan 2021 and it should have sent out a notification on 31 Dec 2021, but it didn’t. I asked for your support to check and correct it or provide a solution.

“Please do what is necessary to get his work. Please reset the notification if you need to. Just send the first notice out ASAP. Otherwise, please give me clear instruction as what to do to make this happen.”

Reply from your support Christian takes me around the world with no really solution. The last reply was as below:

“You have periods setup for your notifications to 31,15,3. The cron job will run on every day (if is properly setup) and check will: 1. checks which subscriptions will expire in 31 days to send the first notification to those users 2. checks which subscriptions will expire in 15 days to send the second notification to those users 3. checks which subscriptions will expire in 3 days to send the third notification to those users

We do not know when subscriptions will expire to all your users in order to say which notification will be sent, when and to who.”

How is that going to help with my issue?

I am deeply disappointed.

Please provide clear instruction on how to set up the notification.

Hello, is it possible to block paymentmethods for free user? And does this plugin works with TerraWallet?

Yes, you may choose which payment services will be available for each selected membership.

There is no integration with a such script.

with UMP Can renew subscription using woocommerce and generate referral commission with UAP possible?

Hi,

Yes, UMP is fully integrated with UAP system and you will be able to sell memberships via Woo. Still, Woo does not know to setup recurring charges but only one time memberships.

Can you add a dynamic payment link for a certain level to integrate into buttons or pages? At the moment I solved it by integrating the button of the subscription box with php. The link would be useful for example to integrate it into a landing page. A simple link that allows you to make the payment for non-member users.

Yes, a such link can be easily achieved with the single-level-link shortcode for each membership.

I bought 2 licences and I want to use them on another site. I have no access to the installations of the old sites. Is it possible to get the licences back? Can you deactivate them?

@azzaroco can you help me?

See how is working now.

Hi, i will create an Wordpress eshop and i need a membership plugin. I would like users to be able to purchase a yearly subscription and pay with credit card. I have the below questions pls…

1. Can i use woocommerce payment methods with your plugin? I need the user to pay and the money goes to a personal bank account not paypal, os stripe.

2. Can a user purchase a yearly subscription and has a profile that he can access wjat he have pay, when subscription ends and other personal details?

3. Will the user receive email when the yearly subscription ends?

Thanks!

Hi,

1. Yes, UMP allows you to sell Memberships via WooCommerce. Still, Woo is not able to create and manage recurring charges.

2. Yes, UMP is able to sell recurring subscriptions with any period, including yearly.

3. Yes, there are many notifications available inside UMP system, including up to 3 notifications before a subscription expires and one after expired.

Hello, your plugin is not compatible with jQuery 3.

I found some deprecations but there can be many more:

1. jQuery.isArray is deprecated; use Array.isArray => indeed-membership-pro/assets/js/jquery-ui.min.js

2. jQuery.isFunction() is deprecated => indeed-membership-pro/assets/js/jquery-ui.min.js

3. jQuery.expr[\’:\’] is deprecated; use jQuery.expr.pseudos => indeed-membership-pro/assets/js/jquery-ui.min.js

You can use “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin (official plugin from Wordpress team, that help plugin developers update their code, so it is compatible with Wordpress 5.6 and jQuery 3.)

Here are some notices about deprecated functions in jQuery 3: https://github.com/jquery/jquery-migrate/blob/master/warnings.md

Please, update your code so that your plugin is 100% compatible with Wordpress 5.6 and jQuery 3.

Thank, you.

David

I don’t need you support team.

I’m just noticing that your plugin is not compatible with jQuery 3.

So you shoul fix code of your plugin in your own interest!

The plugin is fully compatible with all jQuery versions provided by WordPress.

How do I change stripe logo for credit/debit card logo? Thank you

You may find this option inside UMP Dashboard.

I resolve it, their was another plugin which was causing issue (Google Ads & Marketing by Kliken),when i remove this, then it redirected to stripe payment, you must turn on wordpress debugging to get error and resolve it.

the user is registered but on payment process section when register button click i am getting this error and also suspecious website ( i am using SSL) but still getting this errors, stripe API secret and key is also used on woocoomerce, i hope it may not be an issue?

I am working on a client website and i offered him to purchase this script and she did and when I installed it, it was working perfectly with bank details, but when i switch to strip and insert the api key etc and then when i click register button, their is no payment option available but instead of that I am getting:

here has been a critical error on this website. and suspecious site inside microsoft edge when url redirect to payment system.

there is something weird going on, i will ask her to get support for this but to notify you for the error I am getting and why suspecious website? as it is new website I am building right now.

thanks.

Hi, your plugin is amazing. I have a question. You have LogIn form for example page /login, after successful action redirection to other page /dashboard. It is amazing. But in case if I already logged in and try page /login one more time, getting error “Login Form is not showing up once you’re logged…..” but I need immediately redirect to /dashboard ( as loggined user). help pls how can I do this?

If you need any help you may get in touch with support team. but first you should buy a license to use this product.

thank you for your fast reply, I am just freelance developer with different projects and have many clients. I will not recommend to my clients to buy your products.

I have a client that needs to be HIPPA compliant… Do you take any information from us without our consent…such as subscriber information? If you do, can we opt out from giving you information?

There is no information taken with or without your consent.

I had the plugin activated on a website, but then had to do a wordpress re-installation and now whenever I try to activate it again I get a “Submitted Purchase Code is invalid.” message. I tried submitting a ticket, since I still have 6 months of support left, but I got a “Invalid Purchase code!” error! How can I fix that? It’s the same purchase code, same domain name and same envato account.

Hi,

Be sure that you filled all required fields for ticket submission properly and you are logged with current envato account. Also, you may try on different browser to see how it works.

Still, seems you already activated the UMP plugin on your website yesterday.

What I just can’t understand and is such a general and important feature…

Why UMP doesn’t allow to show the restricted items (posts/portfolio items) in an overview/list page with the featured image when protected, and let users click on it to be redirected to a sign-up page?

Such an important functionality and I can’t find a better way to get this to work.

The only way to get this general and important functionality to work was through:

“Access Rules” > “All URL (based on Keywords)” to filter out the post/portfolio that contains a specific keyword in its URL and by removing any protection settings in each post/portfolio.

Hi I want to buy extended license so I can implement the plugin into the theme I sell. Do I need the license key to activate the plugin?

Please add razarpay payment gateway option in default option.

Can I use Sagepay and Opayo payment methods?

Those payment services are not integrated into UMP system. Still, UMP allows you to sell memberships via Woo as Woo products and using Woo payment services.
