Can I use WooCommerce Subscription with this plugin because they are the only Recurring Payment system that supports Square.
UMP is integrated with WooCommerce plugin for selling memberships but not with Woo subscriptions.

Hi Support, I added a list of members from showcase and choose to show Pagination on top and bottom of the page. There is not pagination shown on the showcase section or on the page using your shortcode. What can I do? Greetings. I have a client interested in some kind of membership management solution for their website (WordPress). Below is their priority feature list. Please review and let me know if UMP can meet their requirements and provide any additional information you feel would be helpful.
- Access of members by company name. They want to be able to search by company name and get/see all info for that member – Ability to list top two contacts for each company. Two fields in the database to list the top two contacts, if they have two – Members to be categorized by Member type: Distributor Member, Asso. Distributor Member, Supplier Member, Sponsor, etc. with sub categories for Sponsor levels. – Ability to send group email by member type. There are 3 types now – Distributor, Associate, and Suppliers. They want to say, “Hey, let’s send an email to all the Suppliers” easily. -Ability to show Distributor affiliations. Another field to be able to search the database by.

It is not clear how this workflow is related to a membership system as UMP. There is nothing related to subscriptions or valuable content restriction.
Does this have automatic updates? I’m just now realizing that my installed version is 8 updates behind because I got no notification that it was out of date?!
The plugin must be manually updated, there is no automatic updates as is for free plugins from wordpress.org repository.
I have bought many non-free plugins over the years and they all have give you push notifications of plugin updates and allow you to update from the plugin dashboard page.
Every other plugin I have purchased from Envato and am using currently has that feature.
This plugin just gets older and you never get any notification that it’s outdated which poses very serious security risks. I have to check back here every month to download the new updated file. That’s a very poor excuse and is not the standard for Wordpress plugins.
Is there a way to get a snippet of code that I can place on a page outside of the wordpress system to protect that page based on the user access permissions? Maybe they must enter their wordpress username and password to view the page or area that is being protected?
UMP can not restrict or protect something that is out of WP website. There is not a such “snippet code” possible.

Besides memberships: is there a way to make the customer pay only one time for specific content? I mean, a way for those clients who don’t want to pay for a membership, to pay for a single video, and then give them access to watch it online. Thanks in advance!

You may setup one-time memberships or recurring Subscriptions into UMP system in order to protect your content. So, you may have valuable content protected by a one time membership payment.

I used this plugin a while ago for a client but may need to use it for a new client but I’ve forgotten a few things, so I just want to double check:
For recurring payments is it possible for them to “auto renew” via PayPal or Stripe? I DO NOT want members to have to manually renew.
I think manual renew is only via WooCommerce if not using a WooCommerce subscription module?

Yes, of course, this is the scope of subscriptions, to automatically charge users periodically. This is manageable via all integrated gateways from UMP system, not only PayPal or Stripe.

Is there a way to create a QR code to use with coupons so that a member can pull up the QR code on their phone and have it scanned with a reader at a business or event? Our members will have access to a discount at local gyms and they need to scan their membership card. If not, is there any other possible solution or addon?
UMP system does not generates qr codes.
Hello, i saw that this plugin integrates with WooCommerce. I have a payment gateway installed in WooCommerce to accept Bitcoin called “Bitcoin Payment Gateway for Woocommerce” My question is, how can I integrate this payment gateway with this membership plugin that I just purchased? Implementing other payment services is not a easy job and not a “clickable” process but UMP allows to sell Memberships via Woo, as Woo products where may be used existent Woo payment options.

Presales question. Is it possible to let potential members specify an additional donation amount above the base membership price when signing up? Yes, you have this functionality into the plugin where buyers may have the option to choose how much they wish to pay for each membership. If no value is submitted, will take the default membership amount.

There is no “extra” price but users may choose how much they wish to pay. Now, you have the option inside UMP Dashboard to decides the range for this flexible price and can easily setup to start with membership price. Ex: if Membership price is $20, the Dynamic price range may be setup for this one to be $20-$40
Hi. I have revoked my license code from the old website but still can’t activate the new site. Please can this be sorted? So many people report the same issue. Also, the ‘old’ site is a staging site and it’s a problem not being able to have plugins working in the testing environment. This is the same for many other licensed products, not just yours. A license may be revoked very easily from the website where have been activated already, by using one regular button. Be sure that you didn’t activated multiple times the license for that website.
Still, if you have any concern, just get in touch with support team and they will have a closer look over your problem.

It has now worked after waiting a couple of days.
You need to do these things:
1. Read support requests correctly. That way you don’t waste your time or those asking for support. If you had read my message correctly you would know that I had already done everything necessary.
2. It looks like it must take a couple of days for the de-activation to complete and be reflected through your services. It worked for me this time and looking at other people’s requests and successes it seems to take a couple of days. I suggest you make this plain and clear on your site, in your support and on Envato so that others can expect a delay.

The REVOKE button does not work. I have looked at many other members with this same issue. I am hoping to install this on a new website and have attempted to revoke the license from the old website several times. When I go to activate on the new website it says I haven’t revoked it yet from the old website. Somewhere in the revoke mechanism there is an error. Can I please have this fixed as I have purchased this script and am now at a standstill
The license can be easily revoked, of course, following the right steps. Once you rated the product just because your support period expired, feel free to find a solution by yourself.
