Hello, I would like to know how to add the Download iCal Event button to the single-class.php (Modal Options disabled). Best Regards.
Hello,
The action button, which can have the download iCal functionality, is displayed by default in the single event page. Only if the event is already finished the button will not be displayed. All the best.
Thanks you
Good night, I have added the plugin to my website and due to that, the images from the rest of the webpage are not loading. They are pixeled as if they were loading but never end up loading. I have deleted the plugin but it still doesn’t work. Any idea on how to fix this?
Hello,
If the issue still happens, without Events Schedule activated, it should not be related to our plugin. We’ve never encountered such a conflict before, that affects image load, but you can check if there are any errors in the page which can cause something like this. If you open a ticket on our support platform, with a link to your schedule page, we can investigate this further. All the best.
Hi AlexPeter, Just considering your calendar plug-in. We’ve just upgraded our site to: WooCommerce version: 4.8.0 WordPress version: 5.6 Events Schedule page shows compatibility with 3.0 and 4.9: Have you or your customers tested the newer versions for compatibility? Regards David.
Hello,
Yes, the current version of the plugin should work fine with the current WP, there are no reported issues. All the best.
Awesome, will be purchasing. Thanks for the prompt reply.
This looks great. For conferences we would like to list all events in a timetable, but instead of filtering by room we would like to show each conference room in a table next to each other. Similar like the school schedule, but with rooms instead of weekdays. I that possible?
Hello,
We do not have a schedule style which splits events by location, only by day. A workaround would be to create a schedule for each of your rooms and add them in different tabs, with a tab element of your builder. All the best.
Hello, it is possible with a repeating event, display not all repeats, but only display the next date?
Hello,
The repeats will be displayed in the schedule, just like the first event, if the schedule is set to display enough days in advance to include these repeats. We do have an endless loop protection which limits this to a reasonable number of repeats, so a workaround for what you need would be to adjust this protection directly in the plugin files. All the best.
Hi there, we are using this plugin with great success. I do have a question about the display of events. It seems like an event disappears from the calendar several hours before it starts. Is there a way to change this so that it stays up until the last minute and then disappears?
Hello,
This is not the normal behaviour of the plugin, the event should stay up until the moment it is finished, if your schedule is not set to display past events. First, please make sure you are running the latest version of the plugin. If you have a very old version, released years ago, issues like this could appear due to conflicts. Second, you should check the timezone settings of your WP install. The plugin will use this timezone and you might be on a different one.
If this does not help, please open a ticket on our support platform and we will investigate the source of the issue. All the best.
How do you disable 24hr time and only have 12hr time displaying?
Hello,
If you wish to change the time display to a 12-hour format, you can use the Show 12-hour Clock option under Display Options in the schedule builder. To change it in the modal, you can use the date format field under Modal Options. The single event page also has similar options at Classes > Settings. All the best.
Hello, thanks. That all makes sense, but really I am looking to have the date picker / time picker on the “schedule a class > starting date & time”. We just need to show 12hrs for this selection, not 24hrs.
This question is regarding the WordPress backend not the frontend of the website.
Thank you for the additional info. The date picker is default, you will need advanced changes in the plugin files to switch this in the backend. All the best.
ok. What does that mean?
and wouldn’t your plugin make more sense if instead of 24hr military time you simplified it by a 12hr selection with an AM/PM designator?
Advanced changes in the plugin files means that you will need the help of a professional developer, to make such a change. We tried to keep it simple and as compact as possible, so we went for a default time format for the backend. We chose 24hr format because most of our clients are more familiar with this one, since most countries in the world are using it. We are aware that our US clients would prefer having 12hr format in the backend as well, so we are looking in to adding more flexibility in this area with future plugin updates. All the best.
Hi
I recently bought a license of your great tool. I create a wordpress site on a development server. Is it possible to move my wordpress page without any troubles to the production server (Do I have to re-register the license? Or should i bought a new one? I don’t hope so
).
Kind regards,
Abhijit
Hi Abhijit,
Yes, you should be able to move your plugin from the development site to the live one without any issues. If you need our help, please open a ticket on our support platform. All the best.
This is pretty buggy with the Divi theme (even with scripts loading in footer). Modals don’t work and the centred filters have inline display:none. Disappointed.
Hello,
We are not aware of any conflicts with the Divi theme or builder. If you encountered an issue with displaying the modal or filters, please open a ticket on our support platform and we will help you fix it. All the best.
Hi. Does it support repeat scheduling? Let’s say I manually create a booking for a class, I want to be able to set it up so that it automatically scheduled every week so I can save time.
Hello,
Yes, you can set classes with various repeating patterns, like Weekly, Daily, Every Two Weeks, Monthly or you can use Repeat Custom to manually add dates for future instances of the class. All the best.
I mean, book a student for let’s say every 1st of the month so that this slot stays occupied and no one can book it. Does that make sense?
Bookings need to be made through WooCommerce, they can not be recurring as each repeating instance has a different ticket. The student would have to purchase a ticket for each repeating instance of the class. It can be done in advance, if you display the future instances in the schedule. All the best.
Ok thanks!
Hi, this plugin has structured data markup type “event” to show in google search results?
Hello,
We’ve sent a reply to your support ticket. We don’t have this integrated at the moment, but a dedicated plugin should help. All the best.
Hi there, I just wanted to know if we can display previous events with this plugin? I only see future events, but my client would like previous events displayed as well. Thanks in advance!
Hello,
Sure, you can see in our demo past events being displayed: https://demo.curlythemes.com/timetable-wordpress-plugin/past-events-schedule/ Just activate the show past events button in the schedule builder. All the best.
Hi! some pre sale question:
1) Can I use Rewards Points with the plugin? How? 2) Can I have different prices to user types (Subscriber, Public)? 3) Can I import data to plugin from another platform (opencart)?
Thanks!
Hello,
Events Schedule booking uses default WooCommerce functionalities from the moment the ticket is added in the cart, so if you implement Reward Points as a payment method for your WooCommerce checkout, it should work fine. The plugin does not allow variable prices, so you can have different prices for different users only if you are able to apply a discount in the WooCommerce checkout. You can import data through CSV, the events are a custom type of posts and we use WooCommerce orders for bookings. All the best.
Hello, thanks for your fast answer. About the different prices with users, If I use a plugin to show different prices in Woocommerce (I have a site with this functionality) could apply in event prices?
Thanks!
The ticket (our custom WooCommerce product) can be added in the cart only through the booking button of the event and it will have the price you set in the product page. If you have a plugin which allows different prices in the product settings, it should work with our plugin too. All the best.
Weekly Schedule, how to change date ex: October 12 – 18 for 12 – 18 October?
Hello,
The Weekly Schedule style navigation week-to-week has a default date format. You can change it only through the template file of the style, as we explain in the dedicated documentation chapter: http://docs.curlythemes.com/weekly-class-schedule/#developers-documentation If you need our help, please open a ticket on our support platform. All the best.
Is the plugin compatible with the latest WooCommerce and the latest WordPress version?
Hello,
Yes, the current plugin version should work fine with the latest WP and WooCommerce versions, there are no reported issues. All the best.
Hey, you were saying few time ago that you were working to integrate a daily hour repeatable event function. Like a movie on a cinema which is repeat 3 or 4 time a day. What about it ?The only way for now is to duplicate the event. That’s too bad, your plugin is so perfect. Why not making the repeatable field fully flexible like for example eventon is doing ? Thx and great work anyway
Hello,
We are indeed working on a major update, but I am not sure I know what functionality you are talking about. Can you please link to the comment where this was discussed some time ago? Thank you.
Hey, don’t know how to link a comment but here is a link of the screenshot : https://paste.pics/896996d3ac0d739f2a2418eae12d6f17
What is missing is the possibility to add hours to daily recurring event. For example let’s say i am a cinema and i have a film which will be shown two or three time the same day and for many days. I would like to have the possibility of a multiple occurence for any event. For now, the only thing you can do is repeating days for an event but there is no possibility to add the lengh, the time it start and the time it finish.. And the only way to do it is to duplicate the event but it is not good to create 10 times the same page. Hope i am more clear. Thx
Thank you for the screenshot. We did add the Repeat Daily feature we were talking about in this comment, some versions ago. Still, this feature does not come with the ability to change the starting hour in a repeating sequence. We understand why this would be helpful, but for the moment we did not find a way to integrate it. We will evaluate options for the next major update. All the best.
Hi!
When we add a new class shows this message at the top: https://share.getcloudapp.com/12urqlRl
Best regards.
Hello,
The error seems to be related to a different plugin, judging by the file path of the error. Please check the plugin if it is functioning correctly. All the best.
Thanks!
Great plugin, a few quick questions before I buy:
1. Here: https://demo.curlythemes.com/timetable-wordpress-plugin/events-with-booking/
On any given event, is it possible to add attributes to the ‘Buy Ticket’ link, in both the popup and main view? Because for us this will be an external link and would require rel nofollow, open in new tab, etc.
2. https://demo.curlythemes.com/timetable-wordpress-plugin/examples/monthly-calendar/
Scrolling down this page past the first two full width demos there are two calendars, one to the left and one to the right. It is essential for us that we have a sidebar widget that works out of the box with no issues. Can you give me a realistic appraisal, will your right aligned demo on the above page work pretty seamlessly on the right sidebar of this theme: https://newsblocktheme.com/playback/
3. Our site will feature events that are recurring many, many times, and we will be scheduling recurring events way into 2021 and beyond. How easy is it to put in e.g. ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ or whatever and have it just populate like every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday at X time and then it fills the calendar with no added hassle?
Sorry for all the questions, I hope this plugin will be a good solution and look forward to purchasing it.
Hello,
Adding attributes to the action button would require changes in the template files of the plugin. You can place a calendar in a sidebar, but it will need enough space for the elements to be displayed correctly. In a sidebar of the size in your example, most likely it will not fit, especially when it comes to responsiveness. You can set events as repeatable with various patterns, but if you want a different starting time, you will need to duplicate the event. All the best.
Thanks for your answers. If I want to have a ‘Buy tickets’ button in the modal pop-up for the event with rel=nofollow can I instead just insert a button into the main content area instead of using the inbuilt button?
Also, if the sidebar I mentioned is too small to accommodate a widget for that calendar view, which of the calendar layouts that you have would fit there and display okay?
Yes, you can add buttons in the content area. If you replace the modal window with the single event page, you can also use any elements supported by a WP page, like builder elements or scripts. It is also possible to add your own button or custom field through custom code in the PHP template files.
The list type styles should fit fine and of course the styles with one large element, like carousel or grid. We do have clients using the monthly calendar style in a sidebar similar to the one in your example, but it might be too small for a good design.
All the best.
Ok, I’m happy with all your answers. Main reason for buying is that your calendar plugin (especially monthly view) is probably most aesthetic on market.
Slightly concerned that the full width demo of monthly calendar on your site won’t look good in the content area of a page on our site e.g. https://newsblocktheme.com/playback/2020/02/04/the-33-best-industrial-albums-of-all-time/
You think it’ll look decent when responsive at this size (in content of post, not sidebar)? Cheers
With the events list below the calendar it should look fine. You can test our demo page by playing with the size of the browser window. All the best.
Hello
I would be interested in your plugin, I have several questions: - Can we make a calendar for the reservation of a guest room, to be able to propose a reservation for 24 or 48 hours? - Can we create several calendars for several different categories WITHOUT using the filterable option?
Thank you
Hello,
Yes, you can create this type of calendar. Still, if you are looking for a room reservation solution, our plugin might require too much manual work. You will need to create the time slots as events. In this case, maybe it will be more suitable a plugin for hotel booking or appointments. All the best.
Do you have this kind of plugin
No, you can browse Code Canyon for hotel booking or take a look at Bookly, which might be what you need. All the best.
merci
How flexible is the email journey within the booking system (notifications to customer, reminder, catch-up email etc.)?
Hello,
We use default WooCommerce functionalities for booking, so you will have the default WooCommerce mails. They do allow some flexibility, especially if you use dedicated add-ons, but not a lot, especially when it comes to synchronising with the event info. All the best.
