A good plugin but lacks a very important part - event submission page

Front end submission is not a feature we advertise anywhere on our product page or live demo. We understand this feature can be important for some projects, but it is not something we specify as being part of the default options. Since our events are a custom type of posts, it is possible to use a workaround with a form that allows visitors to create posts on your platform, but it is not part of the plugin options. Please consider that it is unfair to rate our product negatively for lacking a feature we did not promise anywhere. All the best.
Use this on a few sites and am super happy with the options for display and ease of use. Support is excellent.

This is definitely the best calendar plugin I have ever worked with. Compared to the much more expensive plugin from the market leader "The Event Calendar", this plugin performs far better. The functionalities are just WOW... and the support is already so good in the comments that I haven't bothered to send any more emails yet. I am totally happy with this plugin and can recommend it to everyone without reservation. Thanks very much!

Very nice and easy-to-configure plugin.
Spent $41 on a plugin that doesn't work. Generates 404 errors for each event. Event time start only shows the local time of my computer (not sure how this is managed). Everything is called "classes," "instructors," and "schedules," making me think I wasn't downloading the right plugin.

Hello,
If your event pages are generating 404 errors, reseting permalinks should fix it. Please go at Settings > Permalinks and click save.
The starting time displayed is the one you choose in the event page and the timezone used is the one of your WP install settings.
The labels are customizable and translatable. We understand they will not match every business, but we had to choose default labels and we tried to make them as universal as possible.

I encountered 2 problems.
1. Sometimes information is not displayed in the calendar. There is only an empty shortcode.
2. Slow down the loading of the website. This problem you should fix not to burden the website.

I spent weeks trying to find a suitable events plugin for my TV channels site. I had one scary moment today during the middle of a marketing campaign when some events 'disappeared' but I managed to look at the settings again and realized that I hadn't chosen 'show past events' that immediately fixed the issue.
I gave it 5 stars for flexibility which is deserved. My only suggestion is to provide a step by step video to help new users become familiar with the vast range of features.
