Hi there. I have a few presale questions.

1. Is possible to send message to customer after buying ticket? And send collective message to all customers which bought ticket (some information, update or another info)? 2. Is able to set default process of buying to “pending” and it can be approved only by admin? 3. In demos I can see only “Add button” in events. Where is “buy” or something?

In the demo schedule with Add button, it is used for adding the event to iCal. You can see the button used for booking here: https://demo.curlythemes.com/timetable-wordpress-plugin/events-with-booking Our booking is a WooCommerce integration, so you can use its default features and functionalities for cart and checkout. You can use the default WooCommerce notifications after the purchase. We do not have an option for mass notification, but you will have them registered in the database so you can use a third party solution for that, maybe a WooCommerce extension. All the best.

Since our booking is a WooCommerce integration, you would need a dedicated add-on which allows this type of restrictions. A possible workaround would be to use as method of payment a credit system with a dedicated WooCommerce plugin. All the best.

Awesome plugin! quick question – when creating a class post, in the back-end, the user is seeing a 24-hour time selector for “Starting Date & Time:” to set the class date/time. The switch in setting worked for front-end, but how do we change the back-end to 12-hour format?

For some reason, all of the event single pages show the wrong image and date on the front end. Cleared cache and reset permalinks but still not working…

I’ve updated to the current plugin version and noticed when user not logged in the weekly schedule displays from april 2022, yet when a user (any) it shows the current week schedule.

Pls advise, is it a setting i missed or something. Thanks.

Hello! My customer purchased your Theater theme and this plugin and is using the Schedule Builder on their home page here, https://www.cuttinghall.org/

However, as you can see, their events are not sorted properly by date/time. They have a Parade on Friday, September 23, 2022, a parade on Sunday, September 18, 2022 and a parade on Saturday, September 24, 2022 but they should be sorted like this,

Sunday, September 18, 2022 Friday, September 23, 2022 Saturday, September 24, 2022

The current version of the plugin is 2.5.20. A line of CSS which forces the elements to keep the same size will get you the display you want. Even if they look like they are the same size, in a masonry grid even a pixel difference matters. Well, it seems quite odd that your plugin fails at proper sorting based on heights of events! That sounds like a bug IMHO. I have asked my customer to try and locate their license but it would make it easier for me and for all of your other customers if you would simply provide this special line of CSS to resolve this bug!

I am also an Envato author and I have been a part of this community for more than 14 years so I certainly understand your concerns about providing support on the public comments board but for something like this it seems you could bend your policy a bit and help me out!

This is not a bug, it is a Masonry Grid style, using a masonry grid script. A masonry grid does not first order elements horizontally left to right, but vertically. So the first element is the element that is higher in the page. It doesn’t fail at sorting, it’s simply built for a different type of display than an inline grid.

We do not have a problem with support on the comments section, but in this case it would be much easier through mail. The comments field is not code friendly and this might also require a little back and forth communication. If you are not able to locate your purchase code, please open a pre sale ticket. Do you have a timeline on when the Monthly Schedule will be updated or out of Beta in the Schedule Builder? It’s exactly the type of style I need to use, but it is currently broken whenever I try to use it.

For the beta Monthly Schedule style, we can not say right now how and if the style will take shape in the new Events Schedule version. We have several options we are considering and we will take this decision when we are getting closer to the final stage. We strongly recommend using the Monthly Calendar style for a monthly display. The field should be read only as the value is added through the date picker. There could be a local conflict affecting the date picker. Also, since you purchased the plugin years ago, please make sure you are running a current version of the plugin.
