I added a new Weekly Tabs schedule and whenever I, or someone else, views the page it is on for a couple seconds the page shows a grey box and says ”nothing to show” and then loads the information fine after a couple seconds. This does not happen with the other calendar types I try. When I try other calendar types, like Large List or others the calendar information loads as soon as the page loads. When I try this it is on the same page and I am just switching Scheduler types in the admin area. Is there a setting in the Weekly Tabs scheduler I need to adjust?

Also, since updating to version 2 I don’t see the “X” in the upper right corner to close the pop up modal window. Is this a common problem?

I sent a support ticket, as I fixed the X now showing but I am having issues with the Weekly Tabs not showing more than 1 day. For instance I am able to add a bunch of say Friday classes, but no additional days with classes, like Saturday, are showing on the front end. If I then add a Thursday class, that Thursday class is the only one shown and then no Friday classes are showing, when they were previously. It is just showing the first upcoming day and no days after that. All of the days show in large list or plain list view just fine and loads right away. This is for an event coming quickly, so unfortunately there is a time issue, hopefully support is able to help fast.

I am able to now see Thursday and Friday Weekly Tabs events but still no Saturday events show. Is this because the Weekly Tabs won’t show more than a week in the future? These are for the weekend of next week, the first few days of June.

Hello,

We sent a reply to your support ticket. All the best.

Hello. Can we Filter event with “from date”, “to date”, “event type”, and “location”?

Hello,

You can filter events by type and location, as you can see in this demo schedule: http://demo.curlythemes.com/timetable-wordpress-plugin/examples/schedule-list/ We do not have a from date to date filter. You need to set in the schedule builder how many days will be displayed, starting right now (except if you use the Show Past Events option, in which case you can choose a starting date for events in the past to be displayed). All the best.
