Do you plan to add custom field or category field in locations ? I want to use this field in my filter
Hi,
We don’t have such plans at the moment.
Hi,
1. Is there a Page/function to view the RSVP’d of users? I want to a page for my logged-in users link “My RSVP’d Events”.
2. I have buddypress installed. Is it possible to post the rsvp’d event on user activity.
Thank you
Hi,
You can check the users rsvp statuses in the Admin -> Edit Event -> Attendance tab -> Manage Attendees
Additionally you could export the attendance list to CSV file.
Zhivko THANK YOU I LOVE YOUR PLUGIN !!!!
Thank you very much!
thanks for the new release, buddypress integrated !!!! I am hoping next time waiting list :=)
Waiting list will come in future update. It’s in the todo list.
Hello, I need to generate a PDF certificate to each participant in my online events, seminars (webinars).
This is a PDF example of the certificate. https://seminternacionalstartups.see.com.br/AGATHA-SOUSA-SANTOS.pdf https://seminternacionalstartups.see.com.br/cert_demo.jpg Is it possible to have this feature on my Wordpress/Elementor/Woocommerce website?
Thank you very much! Best Regards.
Hi,
Is this certificate sent by email?
Do you have a tool, perhaps some php library that generates these certificates?
The calendar don’t have built-in function to generate pdfs but if you have other way to generate them then it would be possible to automatically sent them after RSVP or WooCommerce order completion.
Hello,
The document needs to be available after the event. We are checking, but it is possible that we will use the Gravity Form to generate the PDF.
Thank you.
I guess it is possible but you will have to create cron job that will check regularly if the event is expired.
If you know how to generate your pdfs via php I could help you with the calendar code.
hello, I bought support and when i log to your support, it’s say Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license. can your help please
Hi,
Could you try again please?
Make sure the purchase code is the correct one.
No black Friday cyber Monday deals?
Rly?
Pre-purchase questions:
1.) I am using Buddyboss and Buddyboss theme. Do you know if this fits in that theme without css mods?
2.) Does this allow for Buddypress users to submit an event from front-end?
3.) Hope you are going to have a black friday cyber monday sale! :) :)
Also wondering if this posts the event image and description to the activity feed of Buddpress when user create a new event?
And does it allow to upload an event image when creating event?
Thank you
Hi,
1) I believe we have customer using the Buddyboss theme and the calendar together so I don’t think there would be issues, or at least such that can’t be easily fixed.
2) Yes, it does. You can also allow only certain bp group to post events as well.
3) No.
4) Currently the activity log displays the event title and link to the event’s single page but I guess we could add image as well if the event has one in the future.
5) Yes, it does.
Hi there,
Why is the attachments function not working from the front end event submission/edit?
I really do need this functionality restored. I have a list of 11 people who can admin the calendar. and they do need access to upload attachments
Do you have elementor plugin installed on your wordpress?
Yes I do. I see the button. and i added it. but it clicks to nothing on the front end in add submission or edit event. Nothing happens. Before it used to open to the media folder to import the pdf etc. but now it simply clicks to nothing.
And the 11 admins each only have access to a particular category to add/submit events. which they can only do if they log into their restricted admin accounts. So the front end capability is really needed. Thanks
in the Elementor page, you can’t even edit the button. Under Settings it says “no options available”
It seems to be a bug caused by a typo…
Here’s the fixed file:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DWdRQRR4e5meWwEPSxJll4oGcmliW3Fm/view?usp=sharingUnzip it and place it in wp-content\plugins\stachethemes_event_calendar\assets\js\front\ folder
I’ll check it further and include the fix in the next update.
Hello,
I’d like to buy the calendar but I was wondering if there’s a way to redirect the calendar event to an internal page of the website.
I see there’s an external link, maybe a way to remove the target _blank in the button? Thanks for information
Hi,
Go to Dashboard -> STEC -> General.
At the bottom set “Open events in” to “External link”
and “Single page link target” to “Same Window”
Thanks! One more information, even if I think it will be difficult: my client would like to manage events in google calendar and make them appear in the website through automatic syincronization.
I know you can export your events from your plugin to google calendar, i was wondering if is it possible the sync from google calendar to the plugin?
client adds to google calendar and events appear in your calendar? I know it’s difficult but maybe it works…thanks!
You can schedule cron job ics import from STEC -> Import admin page. This way your google events will be synced to your calendar every hour or so.
fantastic, I will buy the plugin and try all this, thanks
Hi, this calendar looks amazing. Could I ask, is there anywhere in the demo I can see a screenshot of the calendar view from inside the Buddypress group?
Hi,
At the moment the calendar does not display inside the group page.
You will have to create new wordpress page and place the shortcode [stachethemes_ec] there. In the Calendar options set the calendar front-end visibility to your Buddypress group and this way the events will be visible only to the members of this Buddypress group.
Thank you. Could I ask, are the events created by members in a group nested in the groups own calendar (set with [stachethemes_ec])? (and excluded from any other calendar?)
The group can have their own calendar separated from others.
In the shortcode you can add cal parameter specifying which calendar to display. Example:
[stachethemes_ec cal=1]
where 1 is the calendar id
Hi, i would like to know before purchase if this option is available. I want to know if it’s possible for each event to open an exclusive external link instead of doing the accordion movement and showing more information. Thanks!
Hi, yes it’s possible from general settings.
Go to Dashboard -> STEC -> General.
At the bottom set “Open events in” to “External link”
Hi there,
I really like your plugin and have some pre-sale questions before I buy it:
1. Is your plugin good for the independent speaker’s site?
2. On my website visitors (registered and non-registered users) will not buy event tickets but will just book events so my clients-speakers can deal with them (I’m just a man in the middle). Can visitors just fill a certain form (name, email and phone number) to book an event and will those details be sent to the organizer and/or speakers?
3. Does an event booking work only thru WooCommerce or there is an alternative?
4. I see that I can create organizers, however, I didn’t see an option to create speakers. Are “guest” actually speakers?
5. If guests are the same as speakers, can I create all the speakers on the backend (I have more then 30 on my website) so can just they choose their names from the list while submitting events? For example, a speaker named Tom is logged in in his client area and he wants to submit an event. While submitting an event, Tom fills in all the event details and he chooses his name in the list (no need to attach his photo, his details every time etc. – that would be a waste of time as Tom is a regular client/speaker who submits events regularly)
6. Can I show only feature events in the widget area?
7. Does it have an integration with MailChimp and if not, are you planning to add it and when?
8. How open are you to new suggestions and feature requests from your clients when it comes to development? This is very important to me.
9. Do you plan integration with Zoom and when?
10. Can organizers and speakers see on the backend a list of all the visitors who booked their event? (their names, email, and phone number). If not, will you add this option and when?
11. Is there an option for the filter bar to be always visible (not only when clicked)?
Thank you very much in advance.
Best, Brando
And one more question please:
12. As I have lot of indipendant organizers and speakers and I don’t want booking to go thru WooCommerce, can RSVP be the only method for “booking” events, and if yes, will organizers and speakers get an email about the users who RSVP to their event (name, email address with additional “phone number” field”)? Thank you!
Hi,
1. Don’t see a reason why not.
2. I’d suggest you to use the RSVP
3. Tickets and Shop sections require WooCommerce. RSVP function don’t need it.
4. Yes, guests can be interpeted as speakers.
5. At the moment guests are stored along with the event as meta data. So you will have to add them each time you create new event. Organizers are stored independently. We’ll do the same for guests in future update.
6. Only in the calendar. The widget can be set to display upcoming or expired events, or events from certain calendar or category but no featured only. I’m adding your request to my todo list and will be available in the next update.
7. No plans at the moment.
8. Nearly half of the features are coming from customer requests. The new calendar map view, the event’s modal window, the new shop section, the toast messages, the elementor builder integration, virtual locations, the sidebar widget and others were feature requests by customerse at some point.
9. The calendar supports virtual locations if that’s what you mean.
10. If they have access to the backend of the calendar, yes.
11. Yes, via general settings
12. Only the event author will receive email when someone RSVP to their event. You can alter mail headers to include CC to additional recipients.
You can check the calendar’s admin demo here:

Hello I am really interested in this plugin, but if a user posts an event from the front end, can I charge a fee to that user?
Hi,
Currently there’s no Pay to Submit an event option. It’s a planned feature for future update.
Do you know how soon because I have a client that is desperate for this feature.
I can’t give you ETA at the moment. We’ve started working on this feature but as we progress it opened some questions about the tickets option we need to solve.
Hello, As an organizer in an association, I am interested in your plugin for free events. 1 / Can the event organizer easily retrieve the list of registrants and how? with all the details (name, first name, email, phone)? is this list easily printable? 2 / Can we attach an attachment other than a ticket with the acknowledgment of receipt following an event reservation? Best regards.
An extra question : For a reservation, is it possible to show the maximum number of registrants and the remaining places? Can the names of the registrants be visible to all? Many thanks.
Hi,
RSVP list can be exported in a CSV file from Dashboard -> STEC -> Export Events menu.
The CSV contains following fields:
Event ID,Event UID,User ID,User Name,People,Email,Invitation Sent,Status
Upon RSVP the user receives an email that can be edited to include additional information. The emails are edited from Dashboard -> STEC -> General -> Email Notifications
Front-end Attendance tab displays “Places left” and attendees’ name and how many places they’ve reserved.
You can try the admin demo of the calendar here:
https://stachethemes.com/wp-demos/tbb/wp-admin/user/pass: demo / demo
Ok. Thanks for your answer.
Hey, what I’ve seen comments about Dokan integration. But actually WCFM is better and more popular, what do you think of integration with a marketplace?
Hi,
I’ll give it a try and see if it’s compatible.
REDACTED
Yes
Is it possible to create an event that repeats for example 4 times but has specific dates, December 1, 2020, January 3, 2021, February 7, 2021 and March 4, 2021.
Then is it possible to mark canceled on an event?
jpg@expertrobert.chHi,
It’s possible although you may have to use the advanced option for this.
Yes, you can mark the event as Scheduled, Postponed, Moved Online and Cancelled.
I noticed you had multi site on one of your lists… can I sync across two platforms or just use the embed code?
No, there’s no sync between multi-sites.
Hi, another question. Is there possible to export the data of the booking events? I want to know hoy many people is booking to the events and in which time schedule.
Hi,
There’s option to export the booking info to CSV but currently these are the fields that will be exported:
Event ID, Event UID, Product ID, Title, SKU, URL, Purchesable, In Stock, Quantity, Quantity limit per Event, Price, Currency, Total Sales
I’ll see if we can include the time schedule as well in future update.
