Hi, We’d like to have the ability to update your plugin through a cloned website (done with WP Staging Pro). But it’s maybe considered as a new website as it claims a registering. These cloned websites can’t be used in production, so it may be a good thing to enable the updates on it in order to test before publish. Thanks a lot !

Hi, I have your plugin installed on a website but after the 5.6 update it doesn’t work. Just after the update my wordpress sent me an email for the health check said me: an E_COMPILE_ERROR it was caused in the line 335 of file XXX Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ’/home/gluten97/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/autoload/vendors/rank-math.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php73/pear’)
Since 5.5 it works, now i can’t write any words or can edit an existing page

I’ve had 2 different sites (each with a different theme, but both with Page Builder) “break” today in response to updating to WordPress 5.6.
It seems that after updating to v5.6, any image using Lazy-Load fails to load, and the space is either blank, or the spinner just spins.
In one instance, it was a WooCommerce carousel add-in, and in another, it was with a Styled Image module.
Have you seen other reports of this?
Hello, The woo-commerce carousel and styled image are not standard elements of our plugin. They are custom elements either added by the theme or a third party add-on.

Hi,
I recorded a video showing a couple issues on a WP 5.6 installation with only the WPBakery Page Builder plugin active and the default WP theme.
The issues:
- Can’t save templates
- No WPBakery button when Gutenberg is enabled

Purchased a direct licence Order #169603 (December 9, 2020), so I could update wpbakery from within Quode Bridge Theme but support.wpbakery.com states ‘no licences found’ so I cannot activate it.

Hello… what’s the story now with the plugin not saving? I am using the Consulting Theme, and everything else works besides the VC Composer.. I have tried everything, even tried different default themes 2020, 2019 and 2018.. The JQurey Plugin the world is talking about.. and still nothing.. It just doesn’t save, and I can’t change anything even with the classic editor.. If I disable the VC everything else such as Elementor, Regular Editor… etc works. Let me know please if there is a known issues.. yet I do have a license that I activated it only today for the first time to make sure it’s not my theme.. License under my other account SubrigoLA

Hello, The plugin which comes with the theme does not have a license of it’s own, due to which the template library is not accessible. You can access it by purchasing a direct plugin license from us.

Do I need to buy three licenses for each environment or do I have any other options for this, like multiple site license ?
Hello, As per the license terms, a separate license is required for each setup. The license activation is not mandatory for a staging site. You can use the plugin without activating it’s license on it. The license will only be required if you want to avail auto-updates and access the template library. In this case, it will require three separate licenses.

I have purchased four copies of this plug-in. Is there a simple way for me to see which version is assigned to which website? The plugin does not show the license number in the website admin panel. And updating from the plugin gives me an error that I do not have an active license.

My home page and all other pages look like empty pages. But they aren’t. if I deactivate the WPBakery Page Builder, I can see the page. The page shows me the WPBakery short codes. If I activate the WPBakery Page Builder plugin, it looks like an empty page. How can I fix it?
