This plugin looks great. Not many plugins that do crossells and upsells and have a popup. Question; can you customize the design of the popup? I didnt see anyplace to customize the design. Customization is a critical requirement for us to match out store theme. Question: can you offer something free with the purchase of certain items or a certain dollar amount?

Currently, what you said is how the Upsell perform, that is to show popup after Add to Cart action. So it can not set for cross sell like that. Cross sell will appear under pop up or gift icon after a time set.

Currently, this plugin can only show popup to offer products on single, cart and checkout page when a customer does “Add to cart” action. Products offer can be recently viewed, the same categories or selected products. Can this help your need?

You can choose any other positions of cross sell product instead of popup, that will be: Below add to cart button, above/below description tab, or custom hook on single product page.
Discounts for bundle are calculated based on the bundle total amount, if bundle total amount fall in a certain range of the discount rule, the plugin will apply the discount for that bundle as that rules, you can see this image: https://prnt.sc/v7jbcd
