Your settings are too slow if you refer to animation speed here. But since this is your customization item, you should use the item support page to troubleshoot your item problem. If you had modified the source, the solution is to revert back to the original source.

You can set any total numbers for lottery, the game come with option to preset the result but not possible to control winner.
