If desky provides a Live Chat on page you can link the Live Chat button on the ChatBot to that.

Its a good chat plugin and it works. I would like to say that it is very heavy on the server for me and increases the ttfb. Can you please update it to have less impact on the server as well as minify some of the files? Thanks for all the hard work.
We are checking if there is any scope for improvement. You can use a optimizer or caching plugin to reduce calls. WP Auto Optimize is a great free plugin to combine scripts.

I’m sorry, I think I worded my question incorrectly. Can you setup follow-up auto chats like reminders etc using the facebook messenger extension? So for example, if someone opts into a free giveaway and 5 days later I want to follow up with them to see how they liked the material. Can I create a timed sequence of auto responses?
User interaction timed delay is what I’m looking for. 1 minute, 5 minutes, 5 hours etc.
That is not possible yet. But we are actively working on this types of features for the messenger addon. Hope to release before end of this month.

Hello how are you doing? Yes,that is possible in various ways. One of them is the Start menu. You can add a button in the Start menu to go to the Live chat page. The start menu can show up after Greeting the customer or if the bot fails to give any valid result.
You can also create Text responses with link to your Live chat page or add a link button to the side of the chatbot window.
