Yes, You can do it. Please just export timeline stories using WordPress Importer plugin and then import on new website.

I just moved our site (and with that, the time line plugin. It says now, that it is installed somewere else but it’s not – I just deleted everything on the site, including database.

Is your plugin compatible with ThemeCo’s Cornerstone Builder?
We didn’t check it with that page builder. But our plugin is shortcode friendly, if that page builder provides support to use any shortcode inside its editor then there will no issue to use our plugin.

Just bought. First thing I see is a bug. In the time/ calendar dropdown I can pick a date but it cannot be saved. Only if I type in the text/ date manually. That needs a fixing. + Also you should make time non-mandatory (aka make it a field you can leave out). Thanks PS, I only have 3 options for display. What if only text? + Can I use WPBakery for inside the box?

We recommend choose Story date only using Date Picker. Don’t enter dates manually. If you want some Custom text to display instead of date then you can add “Custom Order Based” Timeline Stories.

On the mobile version of a timeline, the dates on the left hand side vanish, so there is no navigation for people to click on. How do I sort that please?

I may be missing something here but I am not seeing the timeline URLs actually being fully rewritten (still a query string).
Do I need to use another plugin for this? Any recommendations? I see there is a permalink setting but doesn’t seem to be doing anything. There is an instruction to also save “settings > permalinks” but yeah, that doesn’t seem to be doing anything?

No content will be removed, but for security you can also make an export of your timeline stories via WordPress default import/export tool.

Hi, Recently, I added some new categories to some timeline stories. However, when I try to create a timeline via the shortcut or the shortcut builder, the new categories are not showing. They don’t show on the category drop-down, and when I try a manual shortcode, it says “Sorry,You have not added any story yet”.

You can create a timeline either via date based or custom order based – you can not mix them inside one timeline.
Please submit stories either date based or custom order based for all categories.
Also if you are receiving message that no story added it means you are selecting wrong category or selected custom order based option inside shortcode while stories may be date based.

It sais that the purchase code is installed in another domain (demo.descubriendojapon.com). I would like to use the plugin in the new website. How I could unregistre the domain demo.descubriendojapon.com ?
