Hello Support. I just wanted to let you know that your update on 11.09.2020 – ver 6.4.0 – Fix: Multisite setup works properly for super admin user role: DID Not entirely fix the problem. (see attachment: https://www.bestbuddies.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/vc-issue.jpg If I add my Super Admin user name to the sites and it appears under the Super Admin list on the left in the dashboard, your editor appears. For the other sites as a Super Admin I am not a user of, but have access to, there are no editors appearing on the pages. If I log in as an Admin or another role on those pages, the Editor appears. Kindly advise on a fix or an update. Thanks again for your great plugin!

Hello, I am afraid the standard grid lightbox can only link to the image which is clicked. However, we do have many third party grid add-ons which you can check under add-ons section of codecanyon which might have such a feature.

Hello, The error is because WordFence parser checks for updated version of plugin in WordPress directory. As it is a premium plugin, it is not located in WordPress directory.

Hi, we are experiencing a problem with the TAB structure; they don’t work. Clicking on a tab does not display the content from the site. We realized that the div containing the content did not set the correct id, but only report “tab-”. Another anomaly that from the backend, among the selectable elements, we do not have the TABs but the OLD TABs. Wordpress 5.5.1 – PHP 7
Hello, It looks like the new tab elements are disabled at your end by the theme and hence old tabs are available which were deprecated long back. The old tab element code is no longer maintained.

Hello, The single image element can only display a fixed image. If you use image gallery element, then you can display the images in slider format with an autoplay enabled.

Hello, It looks like one of your plugins is dependent upon jquery migrate which is not enabled by WordPress in recent versions, which in-turn is affecting the backend editor. You can install the plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ to make sure that it is enabled again.

Hello. We’ve been using Rosie theme with WP Bakery for many years on our site: https://meadowsmuseumdallas.org/ I just upgraded to the latest version of Wordpress today and then WP Bakery to latest version, 6.4.0, Slider Revolution 6.2.23 and then Rosie to v 4.1 Site looks fine but when I got into the Dashboard and try to edit a page, I just see back end text and code rather than the nice page builder. I cannot click on the Visual tab, it is stuck on Text. What happened to the page builder and can I switch it back on? Here is a snippet of what I see rather than the page builder:

Hello, There can be an issue if any of your plugins or theme is dependent on jquery migrate which is not enabled y default in latest WordPress. You can enable it using a plugin such as: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
