We solved you 12 tickets already then how you support is bad? Otherwise we already inform you for staying on a single ticket but you were do the same thing that for each issue you are creating new tickets which falls your ticket in the last row and reason for delay now. This is not our mistake. If you maintain this things then the reply will be delayed. Otherwise on the support tab already we announced this line “This author’s response time can be up to 2 business days.” Though we try our level best to reach to our client within 24 hours what is proved 12 times with you. On this office day we already replied you 3 times already. With regular license we normally replied within 24hours for all customers. So more then this is not possible for us to support you instantly.Surely Customer support staff will assist you more if you will need but mustly maintaining the support serial. sir , problem is if you revert back like previous then it will more help to fully solved.. bcz previous code client can do order .. from app fully working.. just from admin panel order details was problem.. but after now.. app not giving correct information also admin panel..

yes, Frontend Header logo goes on Invoices. For seller products seller see his shop logo in his invoices.

You can use PNG format & recommended height is 40px and any width.

1.Area and Weight Wise shipping not available. 2.Cancel order by admin not available.

2. Yes, each vendor has their own store page.
3. The system is fully ready to translate, you can translate to any language
4. Auto notification feature is not available yet. but Product owner receives a email, about the order.
Hello! Please correct this error, for us we are using our local currency and whenever you set the product price to => to 1 million,the price is changing itself to 999,999.99.
2rd. when a customer is shopping and buy the products of more than 1 million, let us say that i buy the products of 2 millions the summary of order will only show 1 million.
