Yes, if you have a VPS server with SSH access to it, it is possible for you to install ffmpeg on it.

Scheduling is not included in my plugin and currently it should be done by scheduling when the posts that contain the videos will be published on your WordPress site.
This plugin will automatically live stream videos found in posts that are published to the different platforms and you can control when the live streams happen by scheduling your published posts.

cannot i use ffmpeg as external link from another server still i may use shared hosting for plugin, not all hosting providers give access to shell and eventhough its not possible to update the system. only option is to go for a vps ?

Yes, shell access is a requirement, you must have ffmpeg installed for the plugin to function.

1. The plugin can stream only the prerecorded videos that you embed in the posts you publish. If you wish to manually stream using OBS, you can manually create the live events on social media and stream to them using OBS software.
2. The plugin is using ffmpeg to create live streams. This needs to be installed on your server for the plugin to work. If your shared hosting provider is allowing you to install this on your server, than the plugin will work also on shared hosting. Please contact your hosting provider’s support and ask info about this.

Is their much difference between this plugin and the youlive/facelive plugins? If so what is the difference?

This plugin is intended as a general live streaming plugin, it will be able to stream to any site (including Facebook and YouTube), however, only by providing the ingestion URLs and credentials. Other advanced options like live event creation, or scheduling will not be available using this plugin.
The FaceLive and YouLive plugins are created also with specific functionality for each live streaming platform (Facebook and YouTube) and will be able to create also live streaming events and will benefit also of other similar advanced platform specific live streaming options.

No, intermittent video looping is not supported yet. Good idea though, noted.

The plugin allows the live streaming only of pre-recorded videos (not webcam live footage). Screen sharing is also not supported.
Multiple live streaming is supported, to multiple YouTube channels, but only with pre-recorded videos, embedded in published posts content in your WordPress site.

Well, this depends on the network performance of the server. I guess that you can run 2 or 3 streams without issues. More might be limited by network performance, but you can give this a try, and check what is the maximum for your server.

This plugin will create live streams and feed Vimeo with live data (instead of programs like OBS).
If I understood your question correctly, than you can simply embed the live stream into a WordPress page on your website, and the live will appear on your site, no additional plugin is needed for this.

I checked and it seems that you haven’t configured the plugin.

‘Primary Streaming Server URL’ and ‘Primary Streaming Channel Stream Key’ were not set.

The green bar is showing only in classic editor, not in the Gutenberg editor. My demo site uses the new Gutenberg editor.
With primary it worked well. But when I try to add Additional Ingestion URLs Where To Stream:, i added facebook live stream, it didn’t worked.
The demo has a limitation set up, it is not allowing more than a single live stream every 30 minutes. This will not be the case when you set up the plugin on your site.

Yes, this is possible, to Facebook it is very simple, because it will give you the RTMP URL for live streaming.
However, Instagram will not do this (or I am not aware of this). You will have to find a way to get the RTMP URL for Instagram also, and the plugin will work with it.
