We need people to select product choices for a recurring subscription at various sponsorship levels. We already have the prospress woocommerce subscriptions plugin. Will your plugin work as an addon to that?
The plugin is compatible with that subscriptions plugin but only when you make the initial purchase. You cannot change the option for recurring payments or renewals.
is it possible to place the popup of an option on an image click? Similar to the radio buttons (with image) so that when you click on one of these buttons, the configuration selection popup opens.
If you mean on a separate image outside of the options I don’t see how this would be possible.
no it should be inside the options. I imagine I have radio buttons with images as first selection. When clicking on one of them, the popup should be open. Each of the radio buttons selection will have a separate popup. So what you provide on section level (the popup function) I need on the element level. ->Reason of need: Because the section level has only Labels, it is not clear enough to animate clicking for opening popup.
Hint: It would be nice feature to navigate to next option by clicking on a field inside popup and also by clicking on a simple option without popup to scroll or navigate to the next section/option if there are else. That´s very nice thing. Because it is not clear for people who have a handicap to understand “what´s the next thing to do” and that would be animate it.

No, there isn’t any admin demo if that is what you mean.
I’m not sure what is that wizard plugin you are talking about but chances are it won’t work with the plugin. The plugin only functions in the WooCommerce product page. The way you describe this wizard plugin works it will have to add support for the option on its own side. We cannot support something like that for our end.

The problem here is that you want to change the price depending on another item and is that isn’t possible.

Actual products. Templates are downloadable products and writing service is an only virtual product.
That is problem then, because the only way the plugin can add associated products is with the product element which doesn’t have any control over the product price in that way. You can only have a fixed discount for it but not interaction at all with anything else. I’m sorry but currently this isn’t doable for actual products.
Hmm, that’s a shame. But can you add it to the next update? This is quite necessary. It will be a very good tool for working with prices nowadays.. What do you think?

Is it possible to have product weights tied to the variable attributes? So if a product by default weighs 2 lbs and they choose a variable from a drop down it adds 1 lb to product weight?
That is possible by using a beta addon we have for that purpose. There is demo product at https://epo.themecomplete.com/product/test-weight/ that showcases this. Adding this product with any option will add that weight to the product in the cart. You can see the added weight by visiting the cart page. Note that the product initially has zero weight.

pre sales question. on my woo products, based on full price or payment plan. what i need is, select option button of full or installment, if installment, input downpayment (best with step range slider), option buttons of periods, and info of how much the installment/month dynamically base on user input. on checkout, buyer can pay full price or selected down payment. is that possible?
No, that is not possible I’m afraid. The plugin can only help you win creating the addons to modify the price, it cannot affect how the payment is made and it cannot act as a subscription plugin.
dont need the subscription, only SHOW down payment and how much installment/month.

Hi there, I am loving your plugin, however there are 2 issues/questions I have: 1. It is great that you have an option to show product variations with radio buttons instead of dropdowns however the options for this is very limited!! I would like to show the variation title and price next to it (instead of the buttom) and the variation/attribute description under each variation. 1. This plugin isn’t a variation replacement plugin, the feature is offered as a way to make the variation select boxes match the addons style.

Compatible in what way exactly? You cannot use more than one product addon plugin on the same site. These usually are not compatible with each other! You can only pick one to use.
Please look into what that plugin does 
there are other plugins who are clearly compatible. We prefer you’re plugin’s features so we hope is will be compatible.
WooCommerce Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons makes it possible to add a form (in our project a complex form) within a woocommerce product. The only thing we miss is a specific option for the product.
I know what the plugin does. It basically enables the product addons to use the gravity forms to create the addons. This particular plugin isn’t compatible with any other plugin. It is a sort of connection bridge for the product addons extension, it doesn’t work with another addon plugin.

I’m sorry but when exactly I have recommend to you to get this plugin? There isn’t any official support for that plugin. If you read the support forums posts about the XAdapter plugin you will see that what we always say about it and that is that the compatibility is offered by the XAdapter and not by us. We don’t don’t have any code to specifically make any role pricing compatible.

Exactly. The key point here is that “they provide the compatibility”. This means that we cannot provide support for the specific plugin since we don’t provide compatibility for it.
If you want to ask for a refund because of that is your right of course if you are within 30 days of the purchase.
If however you want your problem solved instead you should contact the people at XAdapter as they would know why this happens.

Already found the solution.
I attached one form to a product category and want to exclude 1 product within that category. So, I added that product to “Excluded Products”. However, the form still appears on that product.

This doesn’t show your variations, it show the attributes. Go to the variations tab. I’m pretty sure you will find that you didn’t create any variations. Don’t confuse the variations with the attributes used to create the variations.

If you want the plugin to be visible in your app you will need to ask the app developer to add support for it.
