Updates don’t require renewing support or license.
All new features are included in the calendar. At the moment there’s no plans to charge for extra features.

Adding attendees under the Attendance tab in the Admin, my client would like to have ‘Existing user’ and ‘Attending’ as the default values. Is there a way to change these defaults?
So far I’ve managed to change them in the attendance.php (stachethemes_event_calendar\view\admin\events\tabs\attendance) together with the icons belonging to the different states in the main.js (.../stachethemes_event_calendar/assets/js/admin).
But there are still some issues I haven’t been able to resolve myself…
Could you give me a little push in the right direction?

How can I add a HTML designed email to email confirmation sent to user after RSVP?
In your theme functions.php file add:
apply_filters('stec_wp_mail_headers', function(){

});
Then place your html designed content in Dashboard -> St. Event Calendar -> General settings -> Email Notifications tab -> “Notify user their RSVP has been accepted” template.

Go to Dashboard -> St. Event Calendar -> Add / Edit Event page -> Attendance tab.
Set Attendees front-end visibility option to private.
I did that, but the attendance tab is shown anyway, but with attendance names as “private”.
You want to disable the whole tab?

does your plugin offer the possibility to book an event/service as a package with a store credit for next purchase
- buy an Tennis lesson (unit cost 10$) but for the first order they buy a package at 100$, meaning the other 90$ will be used for the next purchase (=store credit) – or if they book for every friday they could buy all at the same time
or following what I see maybe they buy 1 ticket and second option on event is too buy store credit for next purchase
- does your plugin work with mulit language? meaning the email notification or text will use the language used during the purchase?
- Does your system based on Woo Commerce or its optional
- as well can we repeat an event automatically during the event creation? ex every monday 9 to 10am….

Hi, I need to know if I can use this plugin to create events for daily Muslim prayer in a mosque in order to do Covid-19 contact tracing. It must allow member to make one time registration and generate ticket with QR code to be used when entering the mosque daily. You can create daily event and attach ticket to it.
Upon ticket purchase the customer will receive QR code along with the order details sent via email.
The QR code contains link to your website with information about the purchase – customer name, order status, event info, purchase date etc…
How do we (mosque’s staff) scan the QR Code at the entrance counter to record the attendance? Do we have any mobile apps to do it?
You can use any QR Code scanner app on your mobile device.
As I said earlier the QR Code is an url to your website. The QR Code scanner will decode the QR Image and will return a link with the order details.
Meaning, upon scanning of the QR Code upon entrance, it will link to my website and update the attendance in the system right?
It will link to your website to check if the ticket is valid.

Yes, we need to confirm the attendance so that we can monitor when there is infection occurs. Also can you confirm that can we attach a ticket for multiple recurring events?
The confirm button is not built-in it would require custom code.

Pre-Purchase question: 1 Can i show categories above the listings so users can easily spot them and show the appropriate celendar? For example, Conference, Events, AMA, etc should be clearly visible on top (not inside any element) and once the user clicks it, it open the appropriate celendar OR showing the category filter (in one celendar everything). 2 Also, the user submission, is this held for review by the admin? 3 Also, if a month has only 2 submissions, can i show next months in the same table without having to click next month? 1. No, the filters can be displayed only from the top menu of the calendar
2. Submitted events must be reviewed by the admin. There’s option to turn off this.
3. Month & Week layout show events month by month. Each month has it’s own table. You can’t display events from the next month in the current month layout.

Hello, I’d like to offer you an upgrade suggestion. I often install WordPress where I customise the location of the “wp-content” directory. I see in the file “stachethemes_event_calendar/assets/js/front/caldata.js” you are make a reference to the “events.js” file by hardcoding “wp-content/plugins”. In order to make your plugin work in my setup, I needed to change this reference in this file. please can you update your plugin to source all plugin assets using wordpress content directory methods. Many users use “define( ‘WP_CONTENT_DIR’, dirname( FILE ) . ’/content’ ); ” within wp_config for example to define a separate folder for the content. when they do this your plugin wont work. Thank you.

If you’re referring to the caldata.js where we initialize a worker – yes, you can consider this hardcoded path as a bug and it will be fixed in the next update.
