Is this plugin has any impact on site performance in terms of speed? also, Can I use the plugin to capture emails (not necessarily forcing users to log in or register) when someone tries to download free resources like PDF or Excel file?

UMP system should not affects the website performances. This plugin is based on Subscriptions and does not requires emails for other actions than registering into the website.

@root1998 yes, the support has been very poor and i have worked with quite a few plugin creators so far, this one is not so good, waiting many days and then any answer is not helpful
On Envato marketplace, you can not use tags for chat. Most probably both accounts are yours.
Still, even if was requested during ticket submission a temporary admin access, have been provided temporary credentials of a user with access only on front-end side but not into WP Dashboard, so some suggestions have been provided instead but none of those have been followed. So, is not clear what other solution may be expected on this case once none recommendation or request is taken in serious.
Please don’t accuse me of such a thing, this is very unprofessional from a business, please check with envato market directly! I have informed your staff many times that the registration form is not working, and given backend access, you refuse to answer in support but are quick to attack here. This is disappointing, ive bought so many plugins and never had this sort of exchange before.

Seems you’ve read comments as support responses. It have been pointed here too that there is not backend access, shared credentials having access only to front-end side and NOT WP dashboard but you still claiming that it is.

Recurring Subscriptions starting to charge users with the date when they sign to it, and not a certain date of the month.
UMP + UAP – WP in Dashboard: the ONLY option they both show is “Deactivate” !!! and when I click on it, it thinks I am trying to delete it, and gives this message box:
<< Plugin data will be lost after you delete the plugin.
In order to change that, go to General Settings -> Admin Workflow.
Cancel OK >> Is this normal ??

Yes, is normal. Plugins eill notify you that once you delete the plugin by default will erase data also. Are aligned with Envato requirements. A such notification is popup when plugin is deactivated cause can not be triggered if is futher used the Delete button once plugin is already deactivated.

UMP system have already 10 payment gateways integrated, more than any membership system. There is not about simple one payment process, so can not be added extra payment services
Hi, I’m using the woocommerce feature with your plugin and I’m using woo subscriptions so the subscription feature works. But when a user tries to cancel their subscription nothing happens. Once the button is clicked the website just reloads and nothing happens.
I would just like to know is it possible to cancel a woo subscription via the ultimate member ship user page? if so is there a setting I need to change?
Once Subscription is not purchased via UMP there is no way for UMP to proceed a cancellation of this one.
Can I restrict page based on user role?
Restrictions are based on Subscriptions/Membership and not wp roles
I purchased your product some time ago. Now I need this plugin on another site and therefore I would like to remove it from the old one (En-tlc.com), so I went to the plugin dashboard and saw that the license is not activated, if I try to activate it i get this error : You have entered an invalid purchase code or the Envato API could be down for a moment. Can you check if this license is on another site? I can’t write to you privately and therefore I can’t put my purchase code

There can be many reasons why the purchase code may not work, including using a very old plugin version. In order for support team to have a look a ticket should be submitted.

You do not need anything else besides UMP for running into your website. That one is a different membership script but not so complex and modern as UMP.
Hi There is bug in your plugin. Few of my subscribers cancelled their subscriptions, but still being charged their credit card. I checked Payment History tab and it’s showing $0 for all these subscribers who cancelled their plans but got charged. Also it does NOT show Orders in the Details column on the Payment History page for those subscribers, just shows Direct Email.
Please let me know how to fix it?
