Hi i’m having problem with the plugin i need to add my own level and delete the one’s come the plugin please see the picture. https://paste.pics/9FPW5. i tried to deactivate the pluging and it say you can’t deactive (Plugin data will be lost after you delete the plugin. Go to WP Admin dashboard, select Membership Pro Ultimate WP, click on General Options followed by Admin Workflow in the submenu. Toggle the Keep data after delete plugin: to ‘On’.) https://paste.pics/9FPWN. Please help me.

Otherwise, you may restrict access to mostly anything passing through WP.
Woo is not able to manage recurring charges, otherwise, you may sell UMP Levels via Woo as Woo products.

Yes, UMP can be installed into a WP MultiSite environment. Still, each singlesite have it own membership workflow, so a level from a different site have no rights on a different site.

UMP does not have a dedicated search workflow for restricted content, unfortunately.
Hi, I am having stripe payment issue, accepting not authorized cards and allow website visitors to enter the restricted pages. before 3 months, stripe extension used to block these kind cards. However, through the plugin, now it allowed them and showed in members section that payment is pending. however, i cant see any actions taken from my stripe dashboard. i contacted the support team in stripe and the issue is not from their side as everything is working. how to fix this from the plugin. Is there a way to update stripe extension or what? Thanks

I have a proof of purchase from Envanto, and from my bank account in NOV2019. yes I didn’t show in my account as it was removed from the last three months (when u sent me an option to refund) and I havent asked for refund. I am working with the plugin although I was looking for a clear support. The product will expire in NOV 2020 as it showed in my receipt. Why the previous purchase was removed, cancelled or deleted from my account. And how come now I can use it in my website and looking for the support for the above issue.

There is not a such structure available, each level have it’s own setup. Still, how they provides access, such a level to cover other multiple levels can be setup very easily

Yes, this is the standard/default workflow for UMP. Valuable content restricted to show only for a certain subscription, when user’s subscription expires he will not have access to it anymore.
