hi. I just purchased and installed Luna player. I have have 2 issues. 1. Player does not play – I see stream info but when I hit play button I have no sound.
2. The stream info displays artist and song info but it also is displaying the artist artwork url and not the actual artwork.

Hello, look at the browser console. You have js-many errors. And you can test it with usevisualizer=fake.

hello, yes you use a own file: https://streamdb4web.securenetsystems.net/player_status_update/WSNJ.xml. This is a XML file, you need a txt-file with artist-song information only.
Hallo, Jörg, bei meinem neuen Projekt ist leider ein Problem aufgetaucht. Der Player funktioniert im Ordner bei den deutschen Livestreams, nicht jedoch bei den Livestreams aus Österreich und der Schweiz.

Ja, schau mal in die Browser Console, dann siehst Du das Problem. Er findet die JS-Datei nicht. Evtl. von relativer Pfadangabe auf absolute Pfadangabe umstellen.

I install the Luna Radio Player on our website. But when we pause the player and resume it after few minutes, it will not play the stream from place where it stopped (from cache), but it start from the realtime moment.
With default HTML5 players this works fine.
Is this a known issue? Or is it possible to fix this with a configuration setting?

I understand dat volume control is not working on iOS. And this is not a problem. But the volume controls are showed in Safari on the iPad. On iPhone volume controls are hidden, thats OK!
I’m little bit disappointed about that pause/resume function will not come to the Luna Radio Player. In that case the player is not working for our listeners. Is it possible to deactivate the license and get refund?
Ah, iPad is visible. This will i fix in the next update.
Pause/Resume is not native only for ondemand streams. All radios on the world are native player. If you turn on you radio on your car, you don’t found any pause button. 
Pause/Resume is working on default built-in HTML web players. When a stream is paused, it will saved on cache and after resume, it play from the moment when it is stopped. Thats the reason that I expect that this work also on the Luna Radio Player.
It’s not quite comparable to the old technology of FM-radio…. 
sorry you are the only one with this wish. All other people say exact the contrary. All radio operators needed a native solution. On demand is not a radio this is a MP3 player with playlist P.E.: Amazon Music. On TV is this the same. The real TV is native.
Good news and bad news!
- On iPhone pause/resume works fine! - On iPad very strange behaviour. After pause/play the old connection remains and a new one is added. After few times I had more than 10 connections between iPad and our icecast server. (I can send you a screenshot) - On Windows 10 (different browsers like Chrome/Firefox/Edge) when pause button is clicked, connection between computer and icecast server will be closed. On play, a new session is opened. Thats the reason, the stream wil not resumed, but it is restarted.
Conclusion: it seems that the controls of the player have different behavior on different devices/browsers. But partially your player support pause/resume like other web radio players .

I have an iPad Pro with iOS 13.5.1 and I’m using the default Safari browser.

OK, last question. i understand my problem nearly. the payer is on a server wich firewall. before i open the port 8000 and the cover are coming after ssl i get no cover. do you now witch port on you server are open to get the cover. open by me are 8000,8080. nowhere cane get me a answer. pleaser say me witch port. We have a problem with MetaData (stream-icy-meta for ShoutCast 2): in the shortcode generator everything works properly, but in our website (http://funky.radio) titles and covers appear randomly for few seconds and then they disappear.
