Hi. I’m thinking to buy the pro version and group extension. However I’ve some question about the plugin before the purchase
I need with a one reservation (a company) will can reservate some places for their workers. Could add a custom field for each worker (e.g his name or ID)?
Can I disable the payment option in the booking process (my clientes pay offline or before the reservation)?
The same service has different capacity according to the location where the service is offer, Can I make different configurations to manage that?
Finally, if the plugin dont fit with my needs, Can i make a refund?

You can add custom fields with the help of Bookly Custom fields add-on: https://codecanyon.net/item/bookly-custom-fields-addon/21113970 but if you mean that the system should automatically add additional fields on Details step according to number of people you choose on first step, I’m afraid such option is not supported.
You can disable payment options in Settings – Payments.

Good Day
I have just purchased the group booking add on however when I try to upload the zip file it keeps coming up with the following error:
“The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed”
Please can you assist as I already have bookly pro installed and activated as well as other add ons.

Bookly Pro supports WooCommerce integration. HOwever, this integration is used to provide your customers with an option to pay via payment gateways which are not supported by Bookly. Though, even if you use this integration you’ll sell services from Bookly and not WooCommerce products.So you need to create services for the tickets. Category field can be hidden while adding the form on the page: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212800185-Publish-Booking-Form As for Bookly Group booking, did you activate the add-on in Plugins section?

Everything works perfectly during the week, from Monday to Friday there are two shifts, ok. I do not understand why a lot of places appear available on Saturday and Sunday

Hi,
Regarding Group Booking How can I display the “Number of persons” for the client selects? How can I discount for a group booking? for example, the normal and single booking is $20 if they have a group of 3 bookings the price will be drop to $17 each.

If the capacity isn’t a factor, then you can set it up as a regular service then make use of the Bookly Custom Fields Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003963514-Custom-Fields-add-on allows you to create the different types of questions which the clients would need to fill out before the booking confirmation and all these reservation details will be added to your Bookly Calendar and can also be added to the email notifications for both your staff members and customers.

Hi,
I’ve purchased and installed Bookly Pro with some of its extensions and the following problem occurs after I’ve connected it with Google Calendar.
We’ve set that every bookly product books a 30 minute shift, and there’s a max capacity of 4 on each and every product. So, one customer can book 1 product for 4 persons maximum on a 30 minute slot, or 2 customers can book 2 products for 2 persons, etc. When the time selection prompt comes, the number of remaining slots available is displayed as, per exemple, [1/4].
It worked fine until I linked the Bookly backend with a Google Calendar account. The synchronization works fine, but I find some slots marked as unavailable when the agenda backend doesn’t show these slots booked. I’ve made two screenshots available at this adress to illustrate my problem : https://imgur.com/a/zpi58XO
Is there something I am missing ?

Can you please advise on how I get the price of the service to increase to match the number people in group?
For example if 1 person books the price is £25 and if 10 people book the price should increase to £250 but that does not happen – it remains at £25.

Hi there! im connecting bookly Pro with online meeting option and it work fine. The issue is with the “approved notification”, it is trying to use SMS with the confirmated clients and email with pending clients (from Calendar/edit appointment). Its strange because all my notifications are made with HTML option (no TEXT option) and i have not confirmed the SMS configuration due to i dont want to use it (in the same appointment every client has email and phone, but the notification behaviour its different). Could you be so kind to explain how not to use SMS in notifications?

Hi, I have Bookly Pro version and offer standard one on one services during opening hours. I want to add group services at a specific day/hour so I’m considering to get the Group Bookings add-on. If you want your service to be displayed on a specific date and time, first you need to set up Bookly Speical days add-on: https://codecanyon.net/item/bookly-special-days-addon/18611122 Bookly Group booking add-on allows you to set up the capacity for the service. So the capacity is implemented for each time slot. For example, your service capacity is 6 people and your service duration is 1 hour. It means that each time period ( 9 a.m., 10 a.m. and etc) can be booked 6 times.
