We fixed all the problems for Instagram and you can now get feeds from any Instagram username, hashtag or location.
Please, upgrade the plugin to its latest version 3.7.15 using the WordPress automatic update or by downloading the latest version from CoodeCanyon.
Please make sure to clean the the plugin cache by clicking the Clear Cache button within the Stream Settings > Display Setting tab.

Unfortunately, Instagram made different changes in its API during the last couple of weeks and it took time from us to make the plugin compatible with these new updates.
Again, we fixed the problems. Please, upgrade the plugin to its latest version 3.7.14 using the WordPress automatic update.

We apologize regarding this issue and sorry for our delay.
Unfortunately, Instagram has completely banned direct access to its website and many of our plugin features related to Instagram have stopped working. Our competitors are also troubled by the same issue.
The only possible solution which is already working is getting Instagram feed by ID.
If you know your Instagram account ID, use ID instead of username in social stream configuration form to get user feeds.
If you do not know the ID of an Instagram user, you can find your Instagram ID from this address https://www.instagram.com/microsoft/?__a=1
Replace the “microsoft” with the Instagram account username you need for its ID.
In the response of browsing to the above address, search for “id” to find it.
Please also make sure you are logged into an Instagram account while you browse to the above address.
Please also make sure you are up to date with the latest version 3.7.14 of the plugin.
We are also working to find a solution for this problem and provide a replacement.

I would like to know is the following can be accomplished with your plugin:
I have more than 100 facebook groups and community pages, and on my own forum website, there is a corresponding “Topic” for each FB group and community page.
FB Group/Page #1 >>> My Forum Topic #1 (My forum refers to them as Topics) FB Group/Page #2 >>> My Forum Topic #2
and so on and on, OR can the plugin just stream all of the FB groups into one My Forum Topic and not to each corresponding individual topics?

Sorry, the documentation is a little outdated and needs to get updated.
Instagram API credentials setup is deprecated.
Setting Instagram personal account credentials is also only required in order to display your private Instagram photos/videos OR if you are going to get feed by Instagram location ID. To display the feed from a public Instagram user or from a search term, you do not need to set anything here.
You only need to upgrade the plugin to its latest version 3.7.14 and Instagram will work without any login setting.

Create new stream with both facebook and instagram feed, create via bakery builder raw html code to add stream code to page, After update page see the instagram feed for one second then disappear, only facebook feed appear to page see https://savranicreations.gr/oursocial/

The plugin has stopped working at all. When you go to any page where a short code is placed, the site says that a critical error occurs. I wrote to the support desk. I ask you to help.

To display the feed from a public Instagram user or from a search term, you do not need to set anything in “Instagram Login Credentials” and the plugin works without credential information.
You can use information of any Instagram account (we recommend to use a test account instead of a real account).
