Hey there, just bought the plugin and I’m excited to use it. The only problem is that after uploading the plugin the only thing I see is a request for an “access token.” Looked into how to do that, but my ability to register for an “access token” has been disabled on IG. From some research I think it has to do with some changes in IG. I’m wondering how I can move forward with plugin I purchased? At the moment I’m not able to use it. Thank you for your help! Jonathan

Hello, I purchased your Instagram Journal plug in in May. I added it to my site that was a work in progress which I just recently finished. I was getting some terrible scores on GTMetrix and they were showing my instagram feed so i removed it from my site and my grade went form a F to a B. I don’t know squat really about all this but would love to figure out why this happened. Maybe I installed it wrong and of course I dont remember how to put it back on my site. Can you help by sending me information on how to install/use the plug in and any advise you may have with the issue. Thank so much! Susan

We are looking to have the Large Carousel, showing 3 large images with square edges and without gray borders like on your demo site. looking forward to your assistance.

Hi – I just purchased your plugin and have been trying to use it. So far I’ve been somewhat frustrated. I wanted to put a small feed in one third of the footer (widget). I don’t want it to be too “tall” – I don’t want it push the screen down excessively. It looks like there are no settings to control the number of items displayed beyond your short list of configurations. None of them work for me. Is there a way to limit total number displayed? And when you click on Instagram Journal in the dashboard are there really no other settings to be found there except the access token info? Thanks. Deb Sher

Just trying to connect my account with the access token provided on the instagram part of the Facebook for developers page, but after entering it on the Basic Settings part of your plugin, nothing happens. I can’t see contest mode settings as shown in the documentation.

We’ve recently purchased the Instagram Journal plugin and after generating an Instagram token and clicking Save changes, nothing else happened. Instagram feed is not coming through, or any other settings for that matter. I’d like to mention that the website we are working on is set up on a staging environment on our local server.

This request requires scope=public_content, but this access token is not authorized with this scope. The user must re-authorize your application with scope=public_content to be granted this permissions.

Hello, I need to connect my instagram account to my website using your plugin. The access token from instagram is no where to be found or I have to create my own but I will need to create an app for that to happen…since instagram won’t just simply let me. tripdolist ig account website: www.tripdolist.com

I downloaded your plugin and tried to install on my wordpress site. I went o upload page and it gives me an error – ‘413 Request Entity Too large’

I have plenty of space on my CDN server so i dont know what this error means. Please advise

I’m sure this is answered somewhere but I couldn’t find it. Is there a limit to the number of IG feeds I can have on a single website? I will need to use around 40 and wanted to be sure it will work.

Also, I’m using Themeco Pro theme and I saw you have a Cornerstone version. I assume this is the correct plugin for Pro (not Cormerstone) right?

Today i purchase your theme/plugin. It is very nice!! The only problem that i get is to upload my own logo in de upper left corner (replace instragram journal text).

When i upload a logo (704×140px) at journal -> basic settings nothing is changed… Do you have a solution for me?

I can’t find how to delete support requests (which for some reason are classified as comments!). I posted two requests which I have now solved, so please ignore. But I am struggling with one thing… I have a lot of videos on Instgram. They pull in Ok but whether in fancybox or indeed any other way, they cannopt play. They appear as a small insert in the fancybox window or the carousel and then clicking them takes the user to Instgram’s scontent.cdninstagram.com with no way back. Can the videos play within Instagram Journal?
