Grace period is fully customizable by Admin via General Options.

I just purchased UMP a few hours ago. I haven’t installed the plugin yet I have two questions:
1: Can I install the plugin in two WordPress one being the main domain and the other being a subdomain? example: installations such as first test.mydomain.com and the second one on mydomain.com?
2: I read that UMP has its own API system. Is it possible to use REST-API to activate a user account after signing up? The use case that I plan to have is once a user signs up, using Zapier we send an SMS to the person with a link to a form where the user agrees to our terms and conditions. Once the user fills in the form and submits, we want the user account to get activated.
3: Why is that even when I type my purchase code in your support page I always get the purchase code error message? I tried typing, copy pasting, with dashes, without dashes, everything still I am not able to submit a ticket.

Be sure that during ticket submission all required fields are properly filled, including the Envato username exactly as it shows on marketplace. Moreover, you must be logged into your Envato account during this process and to grand access toe Envato App for purchase code verification.

UMP does not control Tabs from BuddyPress profile page automatically in order to take them off or not based on user subscriptions.

Your desired workflow is not clear. Still, if you’re asking about integration with “Pay to become Affiliate” module from UAP, yes UMP is integrated with that module.
Otherwise, you may have a different approach, such restricting the UAP My Account page with a specific level/subscription and only who has that level active will be able to access his affiliate dashboard.

Hi is it possible for an email to be sent from UMP to the specific member when I add a new level to a member? I tried looking at the notification section and I don’t think it works.
Admin settings are not “revealed” further by automatically notifications. Still, there is an option to send email to each particular user if is necessary.
What I mean is at “NOTIFICATIONS”, I want to “Add New Notifications”. There’s no option to email to users when “Subscription level is changed” in the “Action” list.
Q: is it possible to have the ability to select the membership level and also fill out the registration and compelte payment all on the same page- without opening new pages? ...
Another question: can you have multiple registration pages? I have 3 differernt levels- i want to customize the look and message for each registration page for each level.

The Login and Register menu links are not triggering the modal. Nothing happens when clicking on the links. Is that a bug!?
