I’ve discovered a bug in your plugin. When using the plugin’s function to replace the “Add to Cart button” on a variable product you can not add the variable product to the cart (the button is always grayed out).
Is there a fix for this or are you planning on fixing it in the near future?

There’s error in my browser console when visiting your product and i think it causes the add to cart function on your site. What error are you seeing? I’ve checked and there are two that are not connected to this issue (one disables zooming on pictures) and the otherone is related to another plugin (which I’ve tried to disable to see if it fixes the error and it doesn’t)
I still see this error “Magic360Options is not defined”. And an other error thrown when i click the reset variation button. Please fix that.

Hi, we have a website which has a custom product type (competition). Basically the competition has a start and end date, along with a question with 3 options. A customer can only add to basket once they’ve answered the question. Is it possible to display/upsell a competition within a pop-up when a customer is checking out?
I can see this works for regular physical products, but because our products are customised and contain additional fields, I’m wondering if it would still work.

I am not sure about your meaning. Do you mean: Each variation selection of a product will show a upsell (the upsell will be assigned specifically in the backend) or you want to show the quantity field in the upsell in order that customers can select to purchase a number of product?

[Pre-Purchase Question] Hello! in Pro Demo, when I add a product to the cart, up-sell pops up, the AJAX add to cart works well, it adds the item, but it refreshes the page as well as the up-sell items again… what I want to do is to let the customer add the product to the cart, select the quantity of the 1st up-sell item, add to cart using AJAX, select the quantity of the 2nd item, add to cart… and the 3rd and 4th …. as if buying a product and adding the accessories…. is it possible?

I LOOOOVE IT…. One last question.. let’s say I have 20 products and 10 accessories for them … and I want to add all these 10 accessories to each product of these 20, is there a bulk action, or I have to add the 10 items one by one to each of the 20 products? I tricked that by adding a suffix in the name of accessories and by typing it, i get the list and tap on them one by one. I would love to see something like add the content of a category, or create up-sell groups etc… any hint if I am missing something that already exists in the plugin?

Hi, I have your plugin on my site – very happy with it. Now, I’m told that it needs to update to 1.4.2 but it won’t do it within the plugin update feature that works with all other plugins so I click on the “View version 1.4.2 details” part in the line “There is a new version of WooCommerce Boost Sales Premium available. View version 1.4.2 details.” which is in the notification of an update needed and a blank screen pops up with no information or download available. So I come back to this site and download what I hope is the new version needed and, obviously, when I attempt to add it to my site it says “Destination folder already exists. /home/customer/www/smartpopartist.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-boost-sales/

You want to tell me where in the item details it says updates end after six months and I have to go to all that palaver of going back to envato, deactivating my plugin, downloading the update, upload it to my site again, etc. etc. OR PAY MORE MONEY TO GET A FEATURE THAT IS FUCKING AUTOMATIC ON EVERY OTHER FUCKING PLUGIN I’VE BOUGHT! If I had seen this in the Item description I would have seriously reconsidered whether or not I would have bought your plugin so you are misrepresenting your plugin in order to get future sales. Scam. And it’s utterly disgraceful practice.

You can’t do that because the reality is it isn’t in the item description and, as such, you are falsely representing your product. You need to add this information in the item description so that potential buyers are made aware of the problems with updates, i.e. you do not allow updates in the same way as every other plugin does.

I am sorry for not clarify in your case with 35k products. You can choose one of these methods:
1. Select products upsell in the same category: Upsell popup will show products in the same category. (Go to the plugin settings/ the Upsell tab / the Products in category option)
2. If you want to show upsell and cross -sell with selected products, you can go to this plugin settings / Upsell / click on Syn to WooCommerce Upsell, like this image: https://prnt.sc/t2gcw9. Do the same with the cross-sell.
You can import products by CSV of WooCommerce. It includes importing Upsell and cross sell. Then implement syncing them like above guide.

Hello. I’ve been trying to determine whether your plug-in can do what I need. I’ve been testing this via free version of your plug-in, as I’m not sure how to demo the premium version, and I couldn’t get it to do what I want.
Here’s what I am wanting:
Does the cross-sell feature allow for a popup when the customer adds a product to their cart (from anywhere in the site)? So that it will get triggered by the add to cart, and then display a popup showing the product was added, and displaying cross sell products, with the option to add those to the cart also?

Cross-sel productsl will be shown when customer visit product page. Up-sell Products show when Customer adds to cart. You can choice the specify products in up-sell or cross-sell popup. You can try free version. Pls turn on Upsell or Cross-sell in the plugin’s setting page.
Okay, thank you. I have now tried the up-sell option, and that’s more what I was wanting. However, I see a few issues or short-comings. 1) On my site (might not be the case elsewhere), the variation selector in the up-sell item does not display correctly. It ends up under the pop-up’s layer, making it almost impossible to see and interact with.
2) When adding the up-sell item to the cart (via the pop-up) it takes the user to the product page for that item, and adds it to the cart. Yet there’s no indication (no message, etc.) that it was added to the cart. So there’s a high chance the user will think they need to click “Add to cart” on the product page (which will mean it ends up in their cart twice).
The first seems like a bug. The second seems like a feature that needs refining to make it more user friendly.

Our websites sells cakes online as our main product and want to offer various types of candles as cross sells.
We have 6 types of candles (variable products with numbers 0-9 for each)
eg: Candle Product 1 > Variations Product 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 Candle Product 2 > Variations Product 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9
We want to setup the plugin in such a way that when a customer adds a specific category of products (eg: birthday cake) to his cart and checks out, he is presented with a popup which suggests that he also select one or more of the various candle cross sell upsells.
He can then select a TYPE of candle and then select the VARIATION of that type. eg: TYPE > Glitter Birthday Candles VARIATION COLOR > Blue VARIATION NUMBER ==> 9
I don’t really want to create a separate bundle of each cake with the candles and only want the selected candle to also get added to the final checkout along with the updated price (price of cake + price of candle)
Plz advise of a simple, effective and scalable way of doing this.

Hello, we just purchased this and while the configuration seems straight forward, when the ‘enable’ option is turned on in the General tab, the Book Now button disappears from ALL products across the site.
The same experience is happening when the ‘Enable Mobile’ option is ticked.
We have configured all of the upsell products with the appropriate items, and need the function to be as per the demo.
