The Login and Register menu links are not triggering the modal. Nothing happens when clicking on the links. Is that a bug!?
No, most probably the modal js workflow is affected by some broken js libraries. If yo have any concern please get in touch with support team.

For now, there is not a such dedicated module for Active Campaign on our short to-do list but it may be possible to be developed in the future based on customers requests.
Hello. I have purchased a license of your wonderful software. I have a permanent message in my UMP admin control panel about the cron:
“Crons are disabled on your WordPress Website. Some functionality and processes may not work properly.”
I have disabled the WP cron and enabled a server cron job for performance reasons. Then, I have no problems with the cron processes but have this mesage always in the screen is not very comfortable.
Is there a way to stop this message?

Maybe is a good idea to set an additional conditional to your cron status checker to avoid this problem. Then, only show the warning if:
1. The WP cron is disabled and…
2. There is a pending task delayed more than an hour.
With this implementation, you can solve the permanent and insistent warning message when the reality is that there is no problem with the cron processes when the ineficient WP cron is disabled and a server cron job is setted instead.
Or if not, at least could been a discardable warning.

Is not 100% clear what you mean by cpt. But if is about a restricted content or post, yes, once user’s subscription expires he will not have access anymore to that content.
cpt – custom post types. So if it possible to hide the post from website for everyone, if the user who create the post have expired subscription ? 
No, restriction is not based on author’s subscriptions but related to viewer subscriptions, if he has access or not to that post.

Before I buy this plugin I need to know 2 things: 1. Currently, I’m using ARmember, do I need to prepare something before installing UMP? 2. In the current registration form, I have added a few custom fields for the users to fill in. Those fields data are save in the wp_usermeta table. Will the UMP automatically be able to detect them so the current users will be able to have access to them or do I need to point UMP them somehow?

It is not required any preparation before UMP is used. UMP is based on WP Users, so those will automatically show up into UMP Dashboard also once are into your WP website.
Yes, custom fields data are stored into usermeta DB Table based on the custom field unique slug. Inside UMP wll be managed only native WP fields and custom fields created inside the system, not by other 3rd party scripts.

Related to register process, all specific features and workflow are applied only if user register via UMP Register form.
can UMP have these following features.
feature 1 – support custom fields like repeater fields i want to make custom registration fields like education and work experience.(acf pro fields and acf calculated field)

Yes, everything is mentioned into product description is by default available into the system, including those email services integration.
I only see email services for notifications (like, new member, new order, password etc.) but not for marketing.. Could you tell me the navigation how to access email marketing module?

There is no specific integration with that service. Once some of payment processes are completed out of the website, you may not be able to track them with a such.

Hello azzaroco, is there a way to restrict contest/pages/sites found on other html or php pages outside of the membership wp site, even if they are on different domains? If not, it would be nice to have a plugin developed to produce a cross domain js code, or similar code that gets added to an external site, so that only logged in users from the membership site have access to those pages/sites etc.
If this is possible within the current structure of your plugin, please advise. If not, I’m sure it would bring in more sales from others who not only wish to restrict wp content, but content from other sites.
I would like to use this plugin, and do have a license, but want to have saas software and other scripts that run independently of wordpress and reside on other domains restricted as part of their membership plan.
I do realize that it may be possible that some of these could be run via iframe, but that does not restrict the original site from others who happen to find/share the site.
Will be interested to get a response. If it already does this. my apologies, but everything I read did not make it clear.

1. When I choose Canada as default country my drop down states dont show up as eg. Ontario, Quebec etc. So the states (which really should read provinces stays empty) unless you press X and re-select

UMP, is coming with 40 AddOns inside, which are listed into Product description page. Others are additional addons that may be bought separate.
a) so the ones that are on your homepage ‘store’ are seperate to the 40 AddOns inside? This is why I am confused. There is an extension on your homepage, that is “Restrict WP Menu – Control which WP Menu will show up based on Subscriptions”. Doesnt that functionality already exist in the codecanyon version?
b) I tried one of the free ones, “Hidden WP Login” but it does not work.

Default workflow integrated into UMP is to restrict Menu Links. With the extra AddOn, you may change the entire Menu with a different one based on user’s levels. Extra Addons are not mandatory but may be very useful for personalized workflows.
