When I do test payments to Stripe, I receive logs but I don’t receive events in Stripe. So no money comes through. I used 4242 4242 4242 4242 as the card.

Also, there is no response (Test webhook error: 503) when I do ‘test webhook’ from Stripe dashboard.

How to solve this?

Yes, there is a such module available inside which will create a private page for each new registered user where only him and Admin have access.

This was a big waste of time and money, i first purchased the Ultimate Affiliate it seemed good, so i went ahead and purchased the Ultimate Membership Pro, the plugin has no end of problems, however this in itself is not bad, as the concept of the plugin i liked, but the problem is no support from this company, they just want to get the sale then move on. No matter how much potential a plugin has, if you don’t have support, it is a waste of time. Please keep in mind working with a membership plugin and an Affiliate plugin is a serious commitment of time and you dont want to build a lot of clients on something that is shakey at best, don’t waste your money and worse still, dont waste your time with this company.

Support team discovered that a very old plugin version have been used before, even if Envato account is not so old, and because of that missing DB tables have been missing.

So, they have been requested a proper update or fresh installation of the system. Those services are not handled by support team but should be done by the owner of the website. We strongly recommend to have a look over Envato support terms and conditions where is clearly mentioned this case.

Pre-sales question: 1. Is this a good alternative for “WooCommerce Subscriptions” 2. Does this integrate with “WooCommerce Shipping” so it will generate a mailing label?

On a short look you may notice that UMP is much more focused on what a Membership system actually means.

It does not manage shipping processes from woo, this is not the purpose of UMP system which sales Subscriptions for valuable content.

Sorry for my bad english, let explain again. I need to develop a website for a client, but first I need to do the mockup based on how your plugins works in the Front-End, eg: Login Box, User Dashboard, Member Gift, etc. Every solution you built so far, in order to understand how the interface works and taking that screenshots as a path where I can show my client how this could work for him. In other words, sometimes when a theme or a plugin has a PSD file attached or a detail screenshot in ther preview link of how all works in terms of UI. I know you provide some of them, but if I understand the whole solution, you have a lot of features that are not being show in the preview area. Could I have those screenshots to see it how everything works? Another eg: you described a way of a user can buy membership for other user using the Membership Gift option, but I cant see any screenshot of that part, so I cant sell to my client this solution you have because I cant understand how this works.

There are many screenshots available on product page or demo website. Also, are many video tutorial on KB platform or Youtube.

Membership Gifts module provides a gift code for someone who purchases a specific Subscription. He can use that gift code exactly as a coupon code, by himself or to share to someone else.

We cannot export the users from the dashboard. The csv is not created and the link to download end in 404.

We have invested time into setting up this plugin and our lockers and lock rules are not working. At first we thought it was just incognito windows but all browsers seem to redirect valid users instead of showing content for lockers, lock rule specific files and urls.

Use case is add lock rule to .pdf link, show only to registered users target group or redirect to pricing page. Sign in as registered user and try to access the pdf link. Registered user is redirected to pricing page. :(

Has anyone had success contacting support to resolve locker or lock rules issues? Our support has expired and I’m wondering if it’s worth renewing to see if this issue can be resolved. Plugin version is 8.8, the latest as of 5/17/2020.

Solved: It was not Ultimate Membership Pro. The problem was HTTP vs HTTPS. Login forms were signing in as HTTPS and then failing to access HTTP content. Cookies were being set correctly for HTTPS but when accessing an HTTP page or link, the browser was not signed in under HTTP but rather HTTPS.

After getting everything inline with HTTPS, lockers and lock rules are working correctly as expected.

I purchased the “My Group” add-on

However, it is in conflict with UMP.

2. There are upload files custom fields which can be setup on Register and Profile forms.

3. UMP is a membership system, does not manage chats.

1. Users may manage their subscriptions as they want, by cancelling some of current subscriptions and sign for new one, for example.

2. It depends of what payment gateway is setup to charge users, some are onsite others are offsite.

3. Yes, you can manage existent forms and adds new custom fields inside by different types.

In the Youtube tutorial, an already existing member uses a Woo purchase to change his existing membership But is it possible for a non-existing member to buy a brand new membership via Woo? Meaning, that the Woo product is “Silver membership” for 17 USD and the user pays for it when checking out. Would that create a new member account in UMP?

Once is about Subscriptions which must be assigned to someone, an user must exist. Even if is not registered yet, Woo must register that user via checkout page.

Pre-purchase question, does the content lock have some kind of hook to overwrite/bypass the content lock?

There is available an additional addon that may extend Elementor functionality in order to control any widget or section and restrict it based on Subscriptions.
