I’ve purchased this and so far it seems okay – but please find a way for it to sync user (userid/username) avatars/profile photos across the multisite in a future update…. It’s really frustrating that everything syncs except avatars, or at least that is the experience I am having! Thank you so much.
I even tried registering a new account to see if they would sync over, and they do not

Hello, Is it possible to sync all users at once instead of one by one?
Hello jarturoll, Thank you for contacting us. Yes. This plugin is for WordPress Multisite Network sites. Thanks!
Hi, I need to sync the user profile photo (and cover) for BuddyPress. Does this plugin do the job? If not, can you help with another solution. I have already sent a ticket in case this requires custom work. Please respond ASAP. Thank you!
Hello James, Just sent reply. Thanks!
For BuddyPress/BuddyBoss, there is workaround solution to “Configure the BP_ROOT_BLOG”. Guide: https://codex.buddypress.org/legacy/getting-started/install-buddypress-on-a-secondary-blog/
define the ‘root’ blog you would like BuddyPress to reside at by adding the code snippet below to wp-config.php:define ( 'BP_ROOT_BLOG', $blog_id );
Example:
define ( 'BP_ROOT_BLOG', 3 );

Hello,
I am using Multisite wordpress (one main domain and two subdomain).
Each subdomain uses different themes: BIMBER and Listify.
Bimber has Buddypress registration system and Listify uses Woocommerce signup.
I’d like to sync these two subdomain sites’s uers account.
So one account can use these two sub-domain sites.
Can this plugin connect these main domain, two sub-domains?
Hello cocolong1227, Thank you for contacting us. Our plugin support WordPress standard user functionality and not support Buddypress. Thanks!

Is there a way to sync users from all subsites to a single subsite. The use case is where you have a separate site for support so you want all your users on all the other subsites to automatically be registered on the support subsite. But you don’t want them synced to the main site or any of the other subsites. Thanks!
Hello elindydotcom, Thank you for contacting us. No. For your requirements, we can provide you custom solution. Let us know about your thoughts and contact us: https://www.obtaininfotech.com/contact-us/ Thanks!
Hello. Presale question : I think you already answered these questions but to be sure : I m building a site network based on an existing main site (woocommerce store) and some sub-site will need to have the same customers and one or two subsite not (independant from the main site). As I understand it’s possible to bulk sync from main site to several selected sub-site, is it ? And then is it also possible to choose the option of autosync from main to selected sub site (for new customer) ? And if yes would it works in “both ways” so I mean if user subscribe on one subsite will he be synced to the main + the other selected sub sites ?
Hello Luvio,
Thank you for contacting us.
You can set ‘All sites’ or ‘Main site to sub sites’ or ‘Sub site to main site’ as per your needs. By default ‘All sites’.
Let us know if any concerns! Thanks
Thank you for your answer but if set to “all site” it means that it’s not possible to exclude one or two subsite of the sync ? Either with one code snipet that I could manually insert ?
No. Thanks!
Pre-sales question: I’m using your free plugin. On two of my sites I’m using the same author list. As we add the authors manually, gravatar have not been set for the majority. Therefore we add a custom avatar and featured image (portrait photo) for all authors. As in WP all posts (including media) get a unique number, and obviously these numbers for media/users won’t match between the sites. We run into issues with your free plugin that if we change the gravatar on one site, it disappears from the other (wrong image/no image). Can the proVersion avoid some custom fields to be synced, or that a custom gravatar/feat image from within the plugin for individual sites? Thanks
Hello medi-paper, Thank you for contacting us. No, our plugin support standard WordPress avatar. Thanks!

Hi Author, As per your last response to jinxuetan, you have added “All sites” auto user sync type option. Does that mean syncing between subsites i.e subsite 1 to subsite 2 feature is added in pro version of plugin?
Please confirm as we have a requirement to sync between subsites users.
For “All sites” option, it will sync user in all the sites which is in WordPress Multisite Network sites. Thanks!
Does that mean source site can also be subsite ?
In WordPress Multisite Network, has Site A, Site B and Site C. So it will sync with all sites (Site A, Site B and Site C). Thanks!
So using “All sites” option, we can sync Site A with Site B? Please confirm this in Yes or No only? We are planning to purchase pro version of this plugin and syncing between subsites is a major requirement for us, hence we require your confirmation on this. Also can we see a demo of it?
Yes. You can sync with all site Site A, Site B and Site C.
Note: This plugin is for WordPress Multisite Network sites and not for WordPress Single Separate sites.

Hi Author, Let me tell you my situation and let me know if your plugin will fix my problem. 1) it is a multi-site wordpress site with at least having 3 different subsite. 2) Each sub-site has their own login/registration form, therefore, if i register in site A, my user account can be shown in site B & C simultaneously? 3) I want all my users to become a “subscriber” by default
4) able to sync between few subsites altogether
Hello jinxuetan, Thank you for contacting us. Our plugin has “Main site to sub sites” and “Sub sites to main site” sync option so you can set either one. The user role will be as per default WordPress flow. Thanks!
Hello jinxuetan,
We have released new version with added “All sites” auto user sync type option.

For individual wordpress, No. Thanks!
It’s form WordPress Multisite. Thanks!
Hi! I just have one basic question. I have used the free version of the plugin and I was just curious if the paid version is just a 1 time purchase or do you have to pay like monthly or something?
Hello Karhistlang, It’s one time payment for license and update. For support, included 6 month free support. Thanks!
Hi I am trying to understand one thing. I have multiple wordpress websites but they are in no way connected. Such as example1 .com and example2 .com …..
Will this plugin work for me? I want to have one site be the main site but then others auto-signup and sync users across all my websites, however none are wordpress multisite.
Hello shiftaction, Thank you for contacting us. No, our plugin is not suitable with your requirements. Thanks!
So multidomain means that the domains have to have multisite? It says multidomain but what would make it suitable?
This plugin is for WordPress Multisite Network sites and not for Single Separate WordPress sites. Thanks!
So all I have to do is have multiple multisites and I can use this? That’s the only difference?
No, It’s different way to install it. Guide: https://wordpress.org/support/article/create-a-network/
Hello,
Quick question, does it authenticate users across sites? For example if someone is visiting primary domain and logged in, then, visited a subdomain, would they need to login or would it allow them to not have to relogin?
Hello dmillersg77,
Thank you for contacting us.
Would you please let us know, your sites in WordPress Multisite Network sites OR WordPress Single Separate sites?
Let us know if any concerns!
Thanks
They all share the same primary domain name it site.com sub.site.com seconds.site.com So to answer your question I believe it is a multisite network.
In WordPress Multisite Network sites, authenticate user across sites. Our plugin has “Main site to sub sites” and “Sub sites to main site” user sync option. Thanks!
That doesn’t answer my question. Im trying to find out if a user is on mainsite.com and then goes too non.mainsite.com will they need to login again? Does your plugin enable SSO across multisite network sites? Or does it just add the user across network of sites but they would still need to login to each site?
Our plugin will help you to sync users in the WordPress Multisite Network sites. For SSO, it’s default functionality of WordPress Multisite Network sites which synced users. Thanks!
I’m sorry but are you saying yes or no regarding SSO with your plugin? I’m just wanting to figure out if I will still need to integrate SSO with my site even after buying your plugin or if your plugin will handle the syncing and allow users to only have to login one time for all sites. I just don’t understand your wording is all.
We clearly mention. Our plugin will help you to synced user. The SSO is by default functionality of WordPress Multisite Network sites which synced users. Thanks!

Hello,

Hello!
Before I purchase, I need to be sure that this is what I need for my project’s architecture.
I will use wp multisite using the following setup with themes purchased from envato:
mysite.com – using Native theme
sub1.mysite.com – using WPLMS theme
sub2.mysite.com – using ReHub theme
sub3.mysite.com – using Norebro theme
sub4.mysite.com – using Bimber theme
As you can see, each theme serves a different service / niche. Each theme have it’s own plugins and rules, for example, WPLMS uses two different roles (instructor / student), each with it’s own dashboard in front-end, and different features. ReHub, also uses different roles with different options (buyer / seller).
I need to know if this plugin can handle user synchronization in this setup. When a user registers on mysite.com that user should be synced on all the websites in the network and that user should have a default role. For example, on the e-learning platform (sub1.mysite.com using WPLMS theme), the user will be “student”, on sub3.mysite.com (using ReHub theme), the user will have “seller” account.
All the sub-websites from the network will redirect users to login / register on the main site—> mysite.com so all the registrations and logins will be made on the main website (mysite.com).
Authors often refuse to accept refunds if the plugins don’t work as needed and often descriptions don’t offer all the details needed.
I added the product in my shopping cart but I will wait for your reply before I checkout.
Thank you!
PS: Since none of the products mentioned in this comment represents a competitor for your plugin, I took the liberty to mention the themes I will be using since they are somehow “special themes” with special setups.
Hello avrcata, Thank you for contacting us. No, our plugin is not suitable with your requirements. Thanks!
Before I buy I wanted to make it sure the following.
1, I have ONE main domain example.com and another is subdomain sub.example.com
If visitor signup in my main domain example.com the user will be automatically in the sub.example.com as well right?
so if use login in example.com or sub.example.com they can use their the same credentials right?
If Im wrong please please explain a bit more. thanks
