Hello I just purchased this plugin. Seems to work fine. I would love to see it sync user roles as well. So that when someone purchases a membership from one site, they can access other sites as well, or access features from other sites, because they will have the assigned role. Is this feature available, or do you plan to add it in the near future?

Hello! Before you could choose which subsites user has access to. Now I don’t see the option to select it anymore in the user profile edit page, has the plugin changed or moved that option?

I’ve downloaded the free version since I wanted to test it before going for the premium version. I would like to use the automatic sync feature and for that reason I wanted to make sure it even worked before buying the pro version.

I’ve installed the plugin on my network site and I tried to create new users from back-end in order to test it. I do get the option to sync op the users for my sub domain site, but even after I sync, nothing happens. The users don’t show up on the sub domain site and I can’t login with the user (since they “don’t excist”) on the sub domain site.

What am I doing wrong? – From what I can tell, this is not working.

Hi. I would like to know if your plugin can help me with the following:. We want to setup subscription with WooCommerce subscription plugin on the main site and they will be assigned a role. And we would use the user role editor plugin to give certain permission to this role on the subsites. As long as clients pay their subscription, they will have this role; if they stop, their role will change to subscriber, and those permissions are no longer available. Can your plugin help us to show this role change? WooCommerce subscription will change the role for the user when subscription is continued or stopped. We just need your plugin to update the subsite if and when this change occurs automatically. Can it do this?

Three cases, thee questions regarding this :

1) What does that mean concretely? I have a plugin, lets say wcfm or dokan, they add the ney role “store vendor”. The user who are store vendors are ONLY store vendors”. Can I now synchronize these store vendors ? Can I also auto-synchronize them?

2) I add manually a new role: “newrole” and give rights and permission to this role. Can I synchronize this role? Can I also auto-synchronize them?

3) THe admin menu pro edits permissions for the administator(s) in a wordpres multisite. Can I synchronize them, can I also auto-synchronize them?

I want a refund. Your plugin fails to support all of the most common means of modifying roles. This is clearly not going to work for most people. You need to express this on your sales page that it does NOT WORK with ANY PLUGIN that alters the way roles are handled by wordpress.
