1) Referrals 50 Points – Reviews

Please note using our Referral System, the referrer can earn referral points for the following two actions,

i) Referral Account Signup – Referred person register on the site using a referral link. You can configure the settings under,

WooCommerce -> SUMO Reward Points -> Modules -> Referral System -> Referral Signup Reward Points

ii) Referral Product Purchase – Referred Person purchases a product which contains Referral Product Purchase Points using the referral link. You can configure the settings under,

WooCommerce -> SUMO Reward Points -> Modules -> Referral System -> Referral Product Purchase Reward Points Global Settings

2) 20 Points – per product review, Creating an Account 50 points

You can set the points for product review under,

WooCommerce -> SUMO Reward Points -> Modules -> Action Reward Points

- Product Review Reward Points Settings

- Signup Reward Points Settings

3) Sign Up for Newsletter 50 Points – This feature is not available in this plugin.

4) Earn 1 point for every RAND you spend

WooCommerce -> SUMO Reward Points -> General

- Set 1 RAND equals 1 point in Earning Points Conversion Settings

- Save the settings

Go to WooCommerce -> SUMO Reward Points -> Modules -> Product Purchase -> Product Purchase Reward Points Global Settings

- Select Quick Setup in Product Purchase Reward Points radio button

- Select Product Total in Earning Points Type

- Select All products in Product Purchase Reward Points is applicable for drop-down menu

- Select Enable in Global Level Reward Points drop-down menu

- Select By Percentage of Product Price in Reward Type option and set 100 in Reward Points in percent % field

- Save the settings.

5) Earn double points for every RAND you spend on promotional days or on specific products.

- This kind of option is not available in this plugin.

Hi, all of the variation Pricing Display Type set to “Point only”

Sorry i think i didnt explain clearly, as you can see the screenshot, in the product frontend it display “RM0.00/1pt”, but what I want is only display “1pt” in the product page, for other simple product, if I set it to “point only” as display type, it will only show the point amount example “230pt” instead of “RM0.00/230pt”.

Thank you. As a first tip i was thinking to tell me all the required steps in order to activate the messages in the product, cart and checkout pages for earning and redeeming points..

In that way i can check if i made this steps. If i did and the message is still not displaying, then it should be a problem with the theme maybe or a compatibility issue…

1) Please make sure first you have assigned the points to your products on your site. Check the below settings to confirm,

WooCommerce -> SUMO Reward Points -> Modules -> Product Purchase -> Product Purchase Reward Points Global Settings

i) If “Quick Setup” is selected, then you should enable the Global Level Reward Points option, Reward Type & set the value.

ii) If “Advanced Setup” is selected, then points will be assigned to the products based on the Priority level[Product Level/Category Level/Global Level].

2) Once you assigned the points successfully to your products, then make sure you have enabled the option to show on the “Messages” Tab.

If you are referring to Multisite Installation, then please note this plugin will not work across the network side. It will work only on each individual site(i.e, points earned on Site A can be used those points only on Site A, not on Site . Install the plugin on the Network side, activate it on the subdomain & and configure the settings as per your needs.

2) We have supported the following Social Icons in our plugin & have the option to display the icons on Page, Post & Product Page.

A Callback is not supported by the following Social Actions, so points will be awarded as soon as the social buttons are clicked.
