Is there a way for me to resend the email to drop shipper? In previous versions I could move an order back to “hold” status and then again to “processing” to resend, but this functionality no longer seems to work.

That should still be correct method to retrigger the email. If the email is still not going out, please try logging in with your dropshipper credentials and check that they can see the order in their dashboard.
If the order is not there, something else is preventing the plugin from working properly. In case you use the packing slip pdf functionality, please check your logo has the absolute path on your server and not a relative path or a URL.
After that, if the problem is still there, please contact us from our profile and give us the credentials to your site (wp and ftp) we will take a look and try to see what is causing the issue.

Hello I have a question, I bought and installed the plugin of your “WooCommerce Dropshippers” and now I am testing it with one of my dropshippers. The question is if the price of the product of the droppshipper goes with VAT or without VAT, I put it just as the droppsipper sent it to me (without VAT), assuming that the plugin then added VAT the same way woocommerce does. We have made a trial order, the droppsipper receives the email but with the price of your product without VAT, the correct thing would be for you to receive the order and payment by PayPal of your products with VAT. It is right? And if so, do I have to return to a meter all the prices of each droppshipper with VAT? Since the dropshipper price is not visible anywhere by your users, they are totally unaware of it. It was made to be VAT included because it is the exact amount you suppliers need for the products you are selling.
When your products are sold, the dropshipper price of those products gets added to the total you owe your dropshippers. The payment via PayPal is not automatic and it is completely optional. If you want to use the builtin functionality you can pay your dropshippers from the Dropshippers List page in your WordPress backend.

Hi, There is an issue of your plugin. woocommerce-dropshippers/dropshipper-new-order-email.php on line 577 having require_once(WP_PLUGIN_DIR . ’/woocommerce/includes/libraries/class-emogrifier.php’); code. but latest woocommerce doesn’t have that class-emogrifier.php file. so your pluging giving fatel error. Can you please tell how to fix it.

Hello, could you let us know who to handle changes after dropshipper click SHIPPED from their dashboard? We would like to add a logic in there, if order was purchased via PO, then don’t change the status to COMPLETED, otherwise continue workflow and mark as completed. Hi, It is possible that dropshippers have seen their orders in the original woocommerce order list instead of your order list? We provide the downloadable shipment label automatically in a column, but with your order list they cant download it.

We checked your site and the problem seems to be related to the plugin WP HTML Mail.
When we tried to create a new Dropshipper user from the WordPress backend your site crashed with an Error 500. You can check the error.log at 2020/04/04 08:12:13 for more details about the error.
The user was created but because of the crash WordPress probably couldn’t assign the proper capabilities, so that our check in the user dashboard doesn’t match the actual capabilities of a Dropshipper and you can’t see the right menus.
We suspect that the other problems are connected to the same plugin so we advise you to check for a replacement and het back to us.

Where and what code would I add to the email that is sent to the dropshipper allowing a link to be displayed to the WP-Admin dashboard so they can login and mark orders as shipped/completed?
We are looking for 2 amends to the plugin and are happy to pay for customisation.
1: change the font on the PDF packing slip (i know you’ve said this is a 3rd party plugin and difficult to amend in previous comments 2: the main thing, we want to add custom field added through this plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-checkout-field-editor/

The dropshippers name isn’t showing in the dropshipper column on orders page and it doesn’t show on the individual order either even though the dropshipper is set for that product
I have latest version of your plugin and latest wordpress/woocommerce installed. I have also deactivated all plugins to see if it was a conflict but still the same ?

we couldn’t reproduce the issue on a clean installation with the latest WordPress and WooCommerce. Have you any error log that might help tracking down the problem?
Have you migrated your installation on a new server, or changed your WordPress theme by any chance? Please also double check the path of your packing slip logo and make sure the orders are going to “processing”.

no server migration although we did use cPanel to configure php to be version 7.0 orders are going to processing ok packing slip logo path and file seem ok wordpress theme is same and is flatsome can’t see anything in logs

We took a look at your installation. Apparently the path of your packing slip logo was an URL, but on some servers it has to be the full internal path on the server.
We used the Upload button from the Settings page and selected the same image you were using before. You can see now the correct path to the image.

no sorry, take a look at the orders page /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order and you will see the dropshippers column is blank

Unfortunately our fix is not retroactive.
The reason why you don’t see the Dropshippers appearing on the older orders is because generating those orders the script crashed and couldn’t reach the point where the Dropshippers should have been assigned.
We changed the path of the image because we assumed that what made our plugin crash was the generation of the packing slip.
With that fix in place we hope the script will not crash anymore, meaning that from now on all Dropshippers should be assigned correctly on upcoming orders.
As a last note, moving an existing order from the “On Hold” status to the “Processing” status will make our plugin re-trigger the assignment of the Dropshippers and the sending of the packing slips.

Could I pay you for a few enhancements that I think would be beneficial to most users of this plugin?
1. Ability to hide/show the earnings column on the “Order List” Screen? 2. Just show Product Name & SKU in the Product Column. Right now there is additional info (additional fields (_wcsatt_scheme: 0 and _reduced_stock: 1×1), and My Earnings) 3. Option to hide Drop shipper Settings menu option in admin section. 4. Ability to change logo…and make it smaller than the default 100px height.

I have purchased your product and installed it on a multisite network. I have created dropshipper profiles and assigned to them a parent product with ID 6384 and have test run several orders for its variations.
I am facing the following issues and kindly ask for your help in fixing them :
1. Dropshippers don’t appear in Wp admin area -> WooCommerce -> Orderslist; 2. Dropshippers aren’t listed in Wp admin area WooCommerce -> Order details view ; 3. Orders don’t appear in the Dropshipper’s Orderlist shown in dropshipper’s admin area ; 4. Number of sold products in dropshipper’s admin area is counted but not correct (six is showing although 4 items have been test ordered) ; 5. Email to dropshipper is not sent, thus PDF Packing Slips are not transferred.
Your help is highly appreciated.

Some questions.
If product A is supplied by 2 suppliers X for 20 pcs and Y for 30 pcs can the plugin display the total in stock when customer see as 50 pcs?
When there is an order or product A 40 units, can the admin assign 20 pcs from supplier X and 20 from supplier Y ?

the plugin MultiDrop addon can’t split the order between multiple Dropshippers. It allows you to select a single user who has to supply the entirety of the product. Also by installing the addon, the Dropshippers shipping fee functionality will be disabled by default and it can’t be enabled.
