Hello!

I honestly love the plugin by seeing the description and reviews, but before I purchase it, I need clarifications for a few things if you don’t mind.

With the $26 Regular License, am I able to use this plugin on multiple websites? (I have a web design agency, so I really need to know this)

Am I able to upload the logo of the website, and make animations with it for the preloader?

Am I able to upload a gif with a custom animation of the website logo for example, and use that as preloader?

Is there a setting that allows me to enter a minimum time for the animation? (that’s because if the page loads faster than the animation, it will look weird)

Is there a setting that make the preloader animation to loop? (that is in case the page takes more time to load)

Thank you for taking the time, I’m looking forward to your response!

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin. Please see the answers below:

1. According to the policy of Envato, one standard license allows the plugin to be used in a single end product (a specific website/domain). Therefore, if you’d like to use the plugin on multiple sites then you will need to purchase a separate license for each site. You might like to read more details on the CodeCanyon License page: https://codecanyon.net/licenses/standard .

2. Yes, you can upload the logo of the website for the preloader, and apply a preset animation to it. LoftLoader Pro provides 5 preset animations for custom image. You might like to read LoftLoader Pro documentation: Add custom image.

3. Yes, you can add your own animation gif image as the loader. Please see this example page on our demo site: Test for GIF. (We recommend using an infinite loop gif. If you use a play-once gif, the cached gif does not reset and stays at the last frame when refreshing the page.)

4. Yes, you can set a minimum load time for your preloader: Control Minimum Load Time.

5. All of the predesigned CSS3 preloader animations are looping forever by default. Some support “Loop Once”: Loader General Options.

Thank you very much.

Hi guys,

Not sure if you remember, but a while back you created a cloned website of mine, (comes up as dev.midlandsmaidens.com) which was an exceptional way of sorting out my problems with LoftLoader.

On that website, there is an edition of Nextscripts Pro, that is sending old and out of date ‘tweets’ over to Twitter.

Any chance of deactivating Nextscripts, or making it so that the website doesn’t show, or deleting the website, please?

edit beg pardon, its on midlandsmaidens.com/dev2/

Hi Ray,

Thank you for contacting us.

Yes, you can delete the cloned sites. There are 2 cloned sites ( dev.midlandsmaidens.com & midlandsmaidens.com/dev2/ ).

To delete them, please install this plugin on your live site: WP Staging – DB & File Duplicator & Migration ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/ ).

After installing and activating this plugin, it will display all existing cloned websites, and then you can delete them.

If you are not sure how to delete them safely, we can do it for you. If you need us to delete the cloned sites, please feel free to let us know.

Thank you very much.

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

Thanks guys, I’d noticed that plugin on my website before but had deleted it following your findings.

Looks like a pretty cool plugin that does, and after I’d re-installed and deleted my duplicated websites, I made a mental note on using it again for any tests.

Learn something new every day, don’t you?

Absolutely! Thank you very much for your feedback! :)

Hello,

First: I am using the Lite version and love it!

Is there a limit on the amount of wordpress site I can install the pro? Is it only for one wp install? or can I use it on several?

Thx

Hi On mobile devices, when I open menu and then click on an item, after that the loader icon is hidden under the menu. So I need the loader icon to be shown above the menu.

website url: https://www.kiddyz.shop/

Please help and support

thanks

Best Regards

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

This problem occurs because the z-index of the mobile menu is extremely large. To resolve this problem, you can choose to decrease the z-index value of the mobile menu or increase the z-index value of the preloader.

We have sent you an email with custom CSS code to increase the z-index value of the preloader. Please check your email to get the solution.

Thank you very much.

Hello

I have bought this plugin. it is amazing. I have got what I expected. l have been trying to find such plugin for a long time. Thanks for making this plugin.

Now I need help. I have noticed in the next page that the Browser loading bar always completes loading before the preloader completes . So I need both of them to complete at the same time. How I can I do it?

And also help me to know how can I enable nable the preloader only on the current page while the next page will be not shown (disabled)

website url: https://www.kiddyz.shop/

Please help and support Best regards

Hello,

Thank you for purchasing, and thank you for contacting us. Please see the answers below:

1. “The Browser loading bar always completes loading before the preloader completes”

Since it is not possible to predict in advance exactly when the loading will end, we can only detect whether the loading has ended, therefore, when the browser finishes loading, a “loaded” class will be added to the page to let the preloader know that the loading is complete. Then, the preloader disappears with an ending animation: the loader / message / loading bar fades out, the background of the preloader slides out. This ending animation lasts about one second.

You can shorten the ending animation. If you want this ending animation to complete a little faster, please email to general@loftocean.com so that we can provide you with further assistance, such as providing simple custom css code to shorten the duration of the ending animation.

-

2. “And also help me to know how can I enable the preloader only on the current page while the next page will be not shown (disabled)”

Sorry, but we don’t quite understand your question. We guess you could mean:

Case 1: On your entire site, only after clicking on an internal link, the preloader is displayed when leaving the current page. In all other cases, the preloader does not appear. Including when a new page opens, refresh the page, or access the page by URL.

Case 2: Under normal circumstances (such as refreshing a page or accessing a page by URL), the preloader still works as it normally does. However, with the Smooth Page Transition feature working, when clicking an internal link, the preloader is displayed when leaving the current page, and the preloader is no longer displayed when opening a new page.

For better communication, please email us your exact requirements so that we can see what we can do for you. If we misunderstood what you meant, please explain your requirements in the email. Our email address: general@loftocean.com .

Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much.

Unable to save due to 2 invalid settings.

What does this mean? Trying to publish my changes.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us.

We just checked and found a bug in our plugin: When installing LoftLoader Pro for the first time on the website, if the user has not changed the settings of “Minimum Load Time” and “Maximum Load Time”, this error message will be displayed when saving the settings: “Unable to save due to 2 invalid settings”.

Very sorry for the inconvenience caused. And thank you very much for reporting to us. We have uploaded an update to resolve this issue. This update is currently queued for review by the Envato review team and it may take some time (a few hours, or a day or two). This update will be released when the review is complete.

Currently, before this update is released, you can eliminate this error message by doing the following:

Step 1 – Please open the settings panel of LoftLoader Pro, and set the “Minimum Load Time” (for example, 2 seconds), and then set the “Maximum Load Time” (for example, 5 seconds). Then click the “Publish” button to save your changes.

Step 2 – If you don’t need to set a minimum or maximum load time for the preloader, then you can change both time settings to 0 and click the “Publish” button.

After that, this error message will not be displayed. We recorded a screencast for the above steps, and you may like to check this video for reference: https://d.pr/free/v/1rUPlT .

If you have any other questions, please feel free to let us know. Thank you very much.

Hello

I noticed that when I click on a button or any link of a page the browser starts loading directly with the click. however the plugin starts the preloader when the next page starts.

I am using PWA plugin that installs my website on my customers’ mobiles. this plugin does not show the browser url and the loading icon. so my customers will feel that there is an issue with my website since the preloader plugin start on the next page. what I mean is that I need the preloader to be shown on both pages (when ending current page and when starting the next one )

Does the plugin display the preloader icon before leaving the current page?

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

With our plugin, you can enable the “Smooth Page Transition” feature and then the preloader will be displayed when leaving the current page. You can check out this demo site to see the results: LoftLoader Pro – Smooth Page Transition Demo.

Please note: this feature only works when clicking an internal < a > link. This feature cannot be triggered when clicking on a JavaScript-driven < button >.

You may like to read the documentation for more details about this feature: LoftLoader Pro – Smooth Page Transition.

If you have any other question please feel free to let us know. Thank you very much.

Hi! I bought this product and find it awesome. I was just wondering if there is a way to put the loader exacly where we wanted (not always in the center).

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us. :)

Sorry but currently LoftLoader doesn’t provide the option to change the position of the loader. Thank you very much for bringing this up, this is an interesting idea and will be useful. We have added this feature to the “Feature Request List” and will consider adding it to the plugin in a future update.

For now, you can change the position of the loader by adding simple custom CSS code and we can help with that. Could you please provide the following information so that we can send you the CSS code you need:

1. Please send us your website URL so that we can see how the loader looks on your website and the elements it contains (such as loader animation, custom message, progress bar, etc.)

2. Please let us know exactly where you want to place the loader, such as “bottom left corner”, “right side of screen”, etc.

3. Please email these information to general@loftocean.com .

Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much.

I’ve just bought your plugin and it’s awesome.

i have a link ABC and no matter what I did “a.bttnBackArrowDark” or “a[href*=“#”]”, it cannot avoid the smooth page transition. Is it because of the onclick event?

Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us.

In order to find the exact cause of the problem, could you please provide the following information:

1. Please send us the URL of the page where the problem occurred.

2. Please take a screenshot of this page and mark/highlight that link so that we can see which link you are referring to.

3. Could you please also take a screenshot of your LoftLoader Pro settings panel so that we can check this setting: “More” > “Smooth Page Transition” > “Links excluded from Smooth Page Transition”.

Please email these information to general@loftocean.com . Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much.

Hi – this looks fab! A quick pre purchase question – are entrance animations possible as well – so the loading pages slides on – like on this site: http://www.brave.co.uk/work/

Hi Katie,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin. :)

Although not exactly the same as the example you mentioned, you can create similar effects.

When the “Ending Animation” of the preloader background is set to “Slide to Right” and the “Smooth Page Transition” feature is enabled, when clicking on an internal link to switch to another page, the preloader will slide into the screen from left to right and then slide out to the right after the page is loaded.

You may like to check the effects on our test site ( https://demotesting.loftocean.com/ ). Or you can check out this screencast video we recorded: https://d.pr/free/v/mFTxnS .

If you would like to know more details about these two features, please check the online documentation:

- Loader Background Options.

- LoftLoader Pro – Smooth Page Transition.

Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions. Thank you very much.

Is it possible to only use the preloader if someone goes to my shop page while loading the products? All other pages are loading really fast so I dont need it for them.

Thanks for your response. Maybe you can tell me when the update is released. I would definitly purchase it.

Thanks!

Thank you for your reply, Chris! No problem, we will let you know when the update is released. :)

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

Hi Chris,

Just want to let you know that we have released the update. Now the preloader can only be displayed on the shop page without problems.

How to set: Please open LoftLoader Pro settings panel > go to “Display On” > select “Handpick” > enter the keywords to search and select the “Shop” page. Please refer to this screenshot: https://d.pr/free/i/fziGwD . Thanks.

Hi, I enabled Lofloader Pro on my website but it does not display anything. It looks like it is not working

https://lecastle.fr/

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us.

We checked your website and found that LoftLoader works properly. However, because your website currently has very little content (only some text, no images or other “heavy” elements), your page loads very fast and the preloader disappears very quickly.

You can set a “Minimum Load Time” for your preloader (via LoftLoader Pro Settings Panel > “More” > “Minimum Load Time”). This feature is to prevent the preloader from disappearing too fast (some users may want to show the preloader clearly to site visitors).

You may like to check our documentation for more details about this feature: Control Minimum Load Time.

Thank you very much.

The Loft.Ocean Team

Hello,

are there any known limitations or conflicts with other plugins? Your preloader works fine but diens’t seem to detect ANY images NOR videos.

IE: I have a vime-hosted background video on the start page and the loader woudl disappear long before the video starts playing…

Regards,

Alex

Hello Alex,

Thank you for contacting us.

So far, we haven’t received any other similar reports yet.

LoftLoader detects images and videos. However, if the images and videos are dynamically added to the page by JavaScript after the page is loaded, then LoftLoader cannot detect these elements.

Could you please provide us with your website URL so that we can take a look at it? You can leave your website URL on the comments page of CodeCanyon, or email it to general@loftocean.com .

Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much.

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

Thanks for your swift reply. The (temporary) URL would be https://bans.horizon-kohtao.com.

Thanks in advance

Hello Alex,

Thank you for your reply. Please see below:

1). Background video – We checked and found that the video is loaded before the page is loaded. However, there seems to be a delay when the video starts playing automatically.

2). Images – It seems that all images on this page are dynamically added by JavaScript. Therefore, currently LoftLoader cannot detect these images.

Could you please provide us with the following information? So that we can modify our plugin code and debug on your website to see if we can make some improvements for your website.

1. Please create a staging site of your live site. A staging site is an exact copy of your entire live website, so the problems that occur on the live site will also occur on the staging site.

2. Then please create a temporary admin account of this staging site and let us log into this staging site, so that we can debug on the staging site, without affecting your live site.

3. Please email your staging site URL and the temporary login credentials to general@loftocean.com .

You can use this free plugin to create a staging site: WP Staging – DB & File Duplicator & Migration.

And you can use this plugin to create a Temporary Login Without Password.

You may like to read our documentation to find more details about Debugging on your staging site & Creating a Temp Admin User.

Looking forward to your reply. Thank you very much.

Hi there. Great product. Adds some razzle dazzle to my site. Curious, perhaps I’m just missing where to adjust this, but is there a way to prevent the loader loading when a visitor first visits the site and have it active for all remaining activity?

Thanks,

Billy

Hi Billy,

Thank you for contacting us. :)

Sorry, but currently LoftLoader Pro does not have this feature. However, it has the exact opposite feature: Display the preloader when a visitor visits the site for the first time, and then disable the preloader for all remaining activities during the visitor session. Because the page usually takes more time to load when a visitor first visits it, after that, the page will load faster because of the cache (so no need to display the preloader). Therefore, the plugin provides the “Once Per Session” feature.

Would you mind explaining when this feature is needed (prevent the loader loading when a visitor first visits the site and have it active for all remaining activity)?

Thank you very much.

Hו, Is there a possibility to put 4 different images that would enter gradually like 4 different blocks and keep on showing and fading (for a loader)?

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Sorry but currently LoftLoader doesn’t support using multiple images as a loader. Because it also takes time to load the images in the preloader. To make the preloader as lightweight as possible, LoftLoader only supports using one image as a loader.

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

Hello Team,

This work is awesome ! Is it also working for some loading actions? For example, on my website, when I’m adding a product to cart, it’s taking some time to be processed (as it’s custom products). Would it be possible to set up your loader here?

Best regards,

Tom

Hello Tom,

Thank you for contacting us. :)

Sorry but currently LoftLoader doesn’t have this feature.

Based on the current logic of this plugin, LoftLoader will be displayed when the page refreshes (opens a new page or leaves the current page – depending on different settings). However, when adding a product to cart, usually e-commerce plugins (such as WooCommerce) use ajax refresh to update the cart without having to refresh the page so LoftLoader will not show.

We have included this feature into the “Feature Request List” and will consider adding this feature in a future update. Thank you very much for bringing it up.

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

Thank you so much for your reactivity! I really appreciate. :)

If I need a product like yours, I’ll buy it from you (for sure).

Thanks again

Tom

You’re welcome, Tom! Have a nice day~ ;)

Hello, could you please give me the CSS code to change the progress % font family? I need a specific font.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

No problem. Here is the CSS code:

#loftloader-wrapper .percentage,
#loftloader-wrapper span.bar span.load-count {
    font-family: your-custom-font;
}

Please check this screenshot as a reference: https://d.pr/free/i/mQ9cYA .

Thank you very much.

Hi, pre-sale question.

1) Does your plugin have a possibilities to animate text-letters?

2) Does your plugin support icons like awesome etc?

(Those functions exist at your competitor “Wordpress Preloader Unlimited” plugin, but at other aspects your plugin are better – background, progress bars, appear effects, etc.)

Hi,

The homepage of a WordPress site cannot be a “post”, it can only be a static “page” or “your latest posts” index page.

As we have explained in our previous answer:

- If your website homepage is a static “page”, then the #3 feature you mentioned can be achieved in the current version of LoftLoader Pro (without the need to update the plugin). In this case, to set up different preloaders for your static homepage and a specific post type separately, please refer to the steps described in our previous answer.

If you are still not sure whether your homepage is a static page or not, please check this article for more details about What is Static Front Page. Then, you can decide if you need to use LoftLoader Pro according to the actual situation of your website.

Thank you very much.

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

I don’t buy plugins which developers are too lazy to add a such absolutely simple function as:

3) Is is possible to setup your plugin to show on a first homepage once per user (as hello) and also show all the time at one type of heavy posts (wooc single products)?

Hi,

Sorry if we didn’t explain it clearly enough before.

Because this plugin has many features and options, different combinations of options can achieve many different results, and some of them may not even be expected by us as creators. Sometimes we are surprised and inspired when we see the usage scenarios of certain users. Therefore, when you first asked this question (feature #3), we thought that this plugin could not do it at present, but then a member of our team discovered that when the homepage is a static page, this result can actually be achieved. Therefore, there is no need to add a feature that already exists in the plugin again.

But, is your homepage a static page? By default, the WordPress homepage can only be one of the following: a static page, or an index of all posts. Generally speaking, when your homepage is created by a page builder plugin, it should be a static page (a page that can be found in the “All Pages” list). However, before we see your site, we cannot be 100% sure about your site structure. Therefore, we recommended that you (as the administrator of your website) check your homepage settings.

We collect feature requests and suggestions from user feedback and pre-sale questions. Based on these suggestions, we have added many new features in updates, some of which are easy to implement and some of which are very complex. But the priority of adding a feature depends on the number of requests we receive about it: the more requests we receive the higher priority it will get. This is the fairest practice.

All the explanations above are only for the purpose of clarifying misunderstandings (if any misunderstandings have occurred). Everyone has the right to choose the product they want to buy. We respect your choices and decisions. If you think that our product does not fully meet your expectations, we recommend that you check out other similar plugins (there are many great plugins on the market) and hope that you can find plugins that are suitable for your website.

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

Hi, I changed the caching plugin to “Swift Performance”. What must I do to make LoftLoader work?

I have only found a guide for WP-Rocket. And these settings do not work: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1eoP-6pMIz8L3xWG3WXgfqqqnOIUYsvil/view?usp=sharing

Do you have any ideas?

Best regards, Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for contacting us.

We just checked your website but we didn’t see any obvious problems. The issue you mentioned last time (“the progress bar is shown from the beginning and the bar is activated again shortly before the page is displayed”) does not appear on your website now. Please check this screenshot: https://d.pr/free/i/xOhfBx .

Could you please let us know what kind of problem is happening on your website? Thank you very much.

Best regards,

The Loft.Ocean Team

Hi Loft.Ocean Team,

thanks for your feedback.

Yeah, you are right. On www.which-addon.com I have still activated WP-Rocket. So everything works fine with LoftLoader. Because of performance problems, I would like to change to Swift Performance.

Therefore I am currently testing swift and loftloader on this page: https://www.pixel-mediendesign.de/ Here is the problem that loftloader is not displayed at all.

I am glad about your help.

Thanks Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for you reply.

We checked the page: https://www.pixel-mediendesign.de/ , however, we couldn’t find any loftloader related code in the source code of this page.

We tested LoftLoader Pro and Swift Performance on our test site, but we were unable to reproduce the same issue. The loader still appears.

If you activated Swift Performance before activating LoftLoader Pro, please clear your site cache and browser cache to see if the problem is caused by cache (the cached version might not contain the code of LoftLoader Pro).

If not, could you please provide the following information so that we can look into the problem for you?

1. Please create a staging site of your live site. A staging site is an exact copy of your entire live website, so the problems that occur on the live site will also occur on the staging site.

2. Then please create a temporary admin account of this staging site and let us log into this staging site, so that we can check the problem and debug on the staging site, without affecting your live site.
