Yes, as you can read from the dialog it seems that some 3rd party plugin is interfering by including their javascript libraries even in the configurator page (instead just in its).
The only thing you can try to do is to go in the Options menu and try enabling the Force reloading 3rd party javascript libraries that tries to prevent that kind of interference.
If it doesn’t work, you have to disable all the other 3rd party plugins and re-enable one by one until you find the one interfering. Once done, you have to report to its developer in order to fix.
NOTE make sure you are running at least WooCommerce 3.2 as reported in the plugin description page, under the compatibility list.
OK, vanquish. We are after update. We change theme and still can’t see the thumbnail from upload photo. What to check ? BTW previous problems – solved.
I’m really sorry, but to continue ask for support you need to renew your license 
If you cannot see the thumb of the photo, usually depends on a server issue that prevents the server to properly compute the preview or due to a 3rd party interference. Without any further clue, as you can imagine, it is quite hard to say you more.
The only thing you can du is to try disablign all the 3rd party to see if you still experience the issue. If not, enable the wordpress debug mode and see if in the debug.log is reported any further clue. Give also a look to the server error log to see if in there is reported any further clue.

it is a one-time payment. You can use unlimited times for the same domain, subdomains, and subfolders.
Regarding the mobile browsers, please refer to the Compability paragraph you find in the description page (after the infographic)

please make sure you have not enabled any option to restrict the visibility (visibility by user role, payment gateway, etc). and that you have not disabled the standard field managment in the Options menu.
In the case of a variable product, by default, you need to choose a variation before the upload area is displayed.
Please try also checking the browser error console to see if any error is reported in there. Try eventually also disabling all the other 3rd party plugins to see if any is interfering.

Thank you for your appreciation 
I’m sorry, but you should eventually contact that plugin support if you have any problem with that. I cannot provide any help for 3rd party software.
Note however that dynamic strings can be customized/translated via the Text menu. In case you are using WPML, they can be also translated via that menu.
Static strings can be instead be translated using the .pot translation file located in the language folder inside the plugin. Just use a po editor (like https://poedit.net/ ), create a .po file for your language, translate the strings you need and save. It will create a .mo file that you have to save back with the .mo file into the language folder
Note also that the created po and mo file must have the following format: woocommerce-files-upload-it_IT.po, where it_IT is the language code you need (in the example, is for Italian).
The simple solution is to use: ACF Options For Polylang

as you can read in the plugin description page, the Internet Explorer is not among the supported browsers (by the way, it is no longer supported either by Microsoft).
In the plugin description page, in the Compatibility paragraph, there also clearly reported that the plugin, to properly work, needs a fully HTML5 compliant browser like Chrome or Firefox.

Meanwhile make sure you are running the latest 54.3 plugin version, that your theme is updated and fully woocommerce compliant and that no 3rd party plugin is interfering (try eventually disable them).
The add to cart button is not in the item and I would like to see if this plug in even works.
It appears this plugin does not work.

My client bought this plugin and now I’m trying to activate it. But it says they cannot be unregistered.. I’m building the website on a subdomain of my own, so not on my clients. When the website is ready it will be deleted from my domain and goes to the clients. But now this isn’t possible..
The Envato usage license policy allows you to use the software in only one end product (website), not one end product at a time. This means that the license cannot be migrated to a product to another.
The plugin activation system, however, allows you to activate the license in two domains (the second one is for testing purposes). In each domain, you can activate unlimited subdomains and subfolders.
If you consumed all these options, you need then to buy another license in order to be compliant with the Envato usage policy.
In your case, however, you should have no problems.
This isn’t an envato thing but something only you do. I’ve used many plugins and themes from here and you can unregister these no problem.
The fact that the WooCommerce Upload Files is one of the few plugins that check the usage compliance and others doesn’t mean that users can do as they wish by using one license in unlimited end products.
If you just need to move from a test domain to the final domain, you can do it because you have two domain activation. What actually is the problem?
The license agreement is clearly reported on the special page: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard where it says you can only use the software in one end product (not one end product at a time). For any further info, you have however to contact the Envato staff. Once you consumed both the activation, you need to purchase another license.
But I won’t be using it unlimeted. The second I put it live on the live website I delete it on the test site.. That is how most other plugins and themes here work. They have 1 place you can put make it active. It’s really anoying that you do it different than almost everyone else and because of this I thought you did to. But only AFTER it has been bought we learn that it isn’t possible! Nowhere it is stated on the plugin page that you can’t unregister it!
Good then, you will be completely compliant with its usage. As reported earlier, you can activate in two distinct domains (one for test and the one for production) without any problem.

I sell spirits and want customers to add a text or image for a label for there custom bottle on the product page – therefore i think about buying your plugin. At the moment i use the feedback text for the text information, but i found no option to upload just the text without any file upload – is that possible? The plugin is designed to manage file upload, not only text attaching to products.
You can, however, give a look to this other plugin of mine: WooCommerce Conditional Product Fields at Checkout That allows you to associate custom text field to each product on the cart (eventually for each quantity) that will be displayed on the checkout page. Note however that it hasn’t any feature to apply fees.
Hi, i have a question. I think about buying the “Upload Files” plugin and i try the demo at the moment. I have an online shop for selling spirits. I want customers to have the option to upload an image or text for a personal label. I use the feedback text field for uploading the text for the label. Could you add a feature to display the feedback text in the cart. This way the customer knows, which text he entered for the different products. Or is there already another way to solve this? for this you can enable the “Summary box” options in the Options menu and select in which pages it has to b displayed.
That area will display the uploaded file preview and the feedbacks!
Ciao Nicola , ho visto che sei italiano come me, quindi ne approfitto per scriverti in italiano!:-) ho riscontrato alcuni problemi che spero tu mi possa aiutare a risolvere. 1) il sito mi va in crash quando provo a trascinare drag and drop con piu’ di un file nel campo. 2) quando un utente aggiunge il prodotto clikkando sul “quickbuy” dalla foto prodotto nella home page, il prodotto va’ direttamente nel carrello ma senza richiedere l’ upload, come posso risolvere? 3) a volte quando aggiorno dopo aver fatto una selezione dalle opzioni, ricevo un messaggio di errore (java), va bene cosi’? Spero questo sia il posto giusto dove richiederti assistenza, perché non ho trovato altri link al support. ti ringrazio Alessandro
- Come puoi immaginare, senza maggiori informazioni, è difficile stabilire una causa. Ho effettuati diversi test e non ho riscontrato nessun tipo di problema. Il plug inoltre utilizza le funzioni native di HTML5 per il drag e drop, il problema ta te riscontrato potrebbe semplicemente dipendere dal tuo browser che non riesce a gestire tale operazione
- Mi displaice, il plugin non è progettato per supportare funzionalità custom come il “quick buy”. Se pero per l’upload field è stata abilitata l’opzione “mandatory”, l’utente non sarà in grado di completare il checkout. Verrà visualizzato un messaggio di errore che notifica la mancanza degli upload. Puoi eventualmente abilitare l’opzione per visualizzare l’area upload anche nella pagina di checkout in modo tale che il cliente possa effettuare l’upload
- Anche qua, senza maggiori infromazioni sul messaggio che riceviè difficile darti maggiore assistenza. Molto probabilmente c’è un plugin 3rd parti che interferisce. COmunque sia, se sei in grado di salvare senza problemi, puoi ingorare quel messaggio. Anzi, puoi disabilitare il warning dal menu Options -> Show warning alert on Upload files configurator page
Certo, immagino. Pero’ purtroppo anche cambiando browser mi da’ problemi,ho provato safari e chrome. Praticamente non e’ proprio un crash, ma come provo a trascinare una foto mentre un’ altra e’ già’ in upload, mi esce dalla pagina, potresti darci un’ occhiata se ti e’ possibile? Nel caso non si possa fare niente, potrei escludere la funzione “drag&drop”? cosi’ potrei forzare gli utenti ad utilizzare solo la funzione di upload semplice. Per quanto riguarda la disabilitazione del drag & drop, puoi farlo attraverso l’opzione Disable Drag & Drop for multiple files upload che trovi nel menu Options
Per personalizzare (e quindi tradurre) il testo dell’area drag & drop, usa il menu Text.
Praticamente, se trascino il primo file sulla aerea “drag” , parte l’ upload, ma mentre sta’ eseguendo l’ upload, se provo a trascinare un secondo file sulla area “drag” mi da’ una specie di crash, mi esce dal sito. Come posso allegarti degli screenshot qui? comunque spero tu abbia capito cosa voglio dire.
Semplicemente stai utilizzando in maniera inpropria la pagina 
Mandi in crash il browser se trascini dei file nella pagina mentre sta eseguendo delle operazioni. Questo non dipende pero dal plugin!

Scusa Nicola, Un’ altra cosa, se sono sulla pagina prodotto, ma voglio solo guardare e non fare l’ upload, se clicco sul menu’ per uscire dalla pagina mi viene questo messaggio ” please upload all the required files before leaving the page” nonostante io comunque sulle options abbia messo di non richiedere lo “warning” come mai? solo al secondo tentativo mi esce.
Quel messaggio viene visualizzato o in caso tu abbia selezionato un file da caricare e poi tu non abbia eseguito l’upload o in caso per l’upload field sia stato abilitato l’opzione “mandatory”.
Nell’ultimo caso, se non vuoi far visualizzare nessun messagion, vai nel menu Opzioni e nell’area Allow user to leave page in case of required field seleziona No.
non seleziono il file da caricare, come entro dentro la pagina del prodotto anche solo per vedere l’ oggetto, non posso piu’ uscire, a meno che non faccia l’ upload. adesso ho disabilitato il “mandatory” e riesco ad uscire senza l’ upload..ho messo il field upload anche sul checkout, mi confermi vero che anche cosi’ ,comunque l utente deve per forza effettuare l upload?
Come detto nel messaggio precedente, se non vuoi che venga visualizzato il messaggio in caso l’opzione “mandatory” sia abilitata, disabilita l’opzione che ho evedienziato.

Alcuni testi (quelli non personalizzabili attraverso il menu text) vanno tradotti utilizzando il file “woocommerce-files-upload-it_IT.po” che trovi all’interno della cartella languages all’interno del plugin.
Ti basta editarlo con un programma tipo https://poedit.net/, tradurre le stringhe che ti servono e salvare. Il programma creera quindi un file .mo
Salva entrambi i file di nuovo nella cartella “languages”. Una votla fatto, assicurati di aver ripulito la cache del browser (ed eventualmetne del server in caso tu stia utilizzando qualche plugin di caching)!

Il plugin, per funzionare correttamente, richiede l’utilizzo di un browser full HTML5 compliant.
Si, infatti, Ho provato su firefox e altri browser minori e funziona, ma con SAFARI e CHROME che sono quelli piu’ importanti, non mi funziona. Eppure sono entrambi full HTML 5, forse c’e’ qualcos altro che non va’? perche’ mi pare strano che con i due browser piu’ importanti non funzioni. Ho provato sia da Android che da iOS, ma stesso problema.
No. Safari purtroppo ha diversi problemi quindi non è tra i browser ufficiali.
Per quanto riguarda Chrome, assicurati di stare utilizzando l’ultima versione e che non ci siano altri plugin che eventualmente itnerfereiscono. you should make sure that that page is triggering the native “woocommerce_thankyou” action while it is rendered.
Note also that the plugin is designed to work with the standard WooComerce templates and workflow. If you alter in any way may lead the plugin to not properly work.
Hello, my installation is having strange behavior. While working as admin, testing product, uploading data, no data remainded after uploading and saving data messages. However, if I logged as a client, this works. In my staging site, both works. Any clue? I will email you the screen capture
Usually, this kind of issue is related to an issue related to the PHP session management by your server.
The plugin stores some temp metadata in the PHP session to keep track of the current user uploads. If after saving a file, you get no upload, it means that something is wrong with your server PHP management. It could depend however from different causes (3rd party interferences, server misconfiguration, and so on).
Try investigating further in that direction!
He Vanquish, in this case, we are having a big problem with your plugin: we cannot delete the metadata, nor even after deactivate. I think this needs to be fixed. Thanks!

what exactly you mean that you can delete the metadata? Metadata stored in the PHP session is deleted every time a new session is created or reset. In your case the issue seems to be the exact contrary, it seems that a 3rd party plugin is resetting the session deleting that data for admin users.
