Hello, yes, it is possible. You would need to add your amenities (like WiFi) via Accommodation > Amenities and then attach the needed amenities to the needed accommodation types.

Hello, you can add an accommodation type and vary its rates depending on number of guests and booked nights. The plugin also allows payment functionality and includes the following in-built payment gateways: Pay on Arrival, Direct Bank Transfer, PayPal, 2Checkout, Braintree, Stripe, Beanstream/Bambora.

You need 2 seasons – 1. for week days and 2. for weekends.
Then you will need to use both season the rates. And then you will need to add booking rule using the seasons at dashboard > bookings > booking rules

Design of Hotel Booking accommodation types depend on your active theme. The MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin is compatible with any theme created according to the WordPress standards. It uses the single post template of the active theme for accommodation type pages and standard CSS classes to pick up the styles of the active theme and mix in with the design. You may need to contact your theme provider to be sure that they have styles for standard CSS classes, which they normally do.
As for accommodation type images, note that you can add a featured image/gallery when editing the accommodation type. Here is also helpful step-by-step plugin documentation.

Yes, you can use the plugin in order to display available dates from synchronized OTAs.
The MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin can share availability with any platform that supports the ical system. Major booking platforms like Airbnb, TripAdvisor, HomeAway and so on support ical. You may need to contact the platforms that you are interested in to make sure that the ical feature is available in your accounts.
Our plugin downloads calendars from the connected platforms and updates the availability on your website quarter an hour automatically. External platforms download calendars from our plugin independently, according to their own schedules.

I am contacting you because I am having a problem with the Adults and Children function. Example: I have accommodation A with the availability of only one bed, therefore the number of available beds equal to 1 (I have also set the room for Adults 1 Children 0) but when I search from the form with Adult 1 and Child 1 it also incorrectly returns that accommodation, why?
In reality it should not go out, because accommodation A is composed of Adults 1 and Children 0.

Hi, this is a shortcode for certain accommodation type and when you enable option Skip Search Results, the capacity parameters are disabled for this form since visitor should know the capacity of the property he/she checks availability for. Though the visitor will be able to select a proper amount of adults and children at the Checkout page.

1. You may create 50 beds as 50 accommodations of one accommodation type. It would also be possible to rename accommodation type/accommodations or any other Hotel Booking system text to the needed one, with the LocoTranslate plugin.
2. It is possible to set up the needed periods for bookings in the Bookings tab > Booking Rules > Minimum stay / Maximum stay.
3. Maximum capacity can also be configured in the needed Accommodation Type page.

Pre sale question: Your plugin looks great. I’ve been playing around with the demos but there are 2 things I’m not really sure of.
1. Will this plugin also create an invoce for the customer & my own administration? 2. Is there some way that customers that book regularly can just ‘log in’ and have all their information saved and go back to their previous bookings so they can see what accomodation(s) they’ve used before and book it again?

Thank you for your feedback and further question. At the moment there is not used authorization to make a booking so the guests do not have accounts. Also, there is not an option to generate an invoice after the reservation is done. The guest just received an email notification with all booking details including price breakdown.

Hi, Thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible by creating 2 seasons: one season for Weekdays and another one for Weekend days. Then you will need to add both seasons to the same rate assigning different prices per season.

1. For accommodation types that should be bookable, you should generate at least one accommodation, add season and rate; if you need some accommodation types not to be bookable, you should not create seasons and rates for them.
2. When a guest makes a booking, he fills the fields with the required information (like country, city, postcode etc.) on the Hotel Booking Checkout page and this data is stored as the reservation data. Also, when a guest is redirected to the WooCommerce payment page, some data that have already been filled on the Hotel Booking Checkout page, are duplicated for WooCommerce Checkout.
Please, note that it is required to make a booking in order to make a payment via WooCommerce payments addon.

It is possible to view pages of certain attribute terms with attached accommodation types.
For this, go to Accommodation > Attributes > open an attribute > click “Link the attribute to an archive page with all accommodation types that have this attribute” > then click the “Configure Terms” button > hover over a term > click “View”. In this way, you will see accommodation types attached to this term.
Attributes can also be displayed in details of an accommodation type. For this, please, make sure the hotel attribute is applied at least for 1 accommodation type. Also, make sure to enable “Display the attribute in details section of an accommodation type.” in the Accommodation tab > Attributes > open the needed attribute.
Note, for properties to be shown on the Search Results page, they should have generated accommodations, seasons and rates.

Hello, You can use the plugin to rent out properties of different owners and you can give them the access to the admin dashboard, but note that our plugin does not have accounts for different owners for their separate properties. The back-end dashboard will be shared among all owners if you want to give them back-end access. I mean, a property booking will be shown to all the owners.
The owner accounts are on our feature request list and we can notify you when it gets implemented.

Hello, we are interested in using this plugin for our client but we have 4 pre-purchase questions.
(1) Does this plugin has the ability to bound a voucher/coupon to customers Gov ID number when they book (maybe adding custom field? I am not sure)? (2) Can we limit customers to be able to use the same voucher code ONCE EVERY 2 WEEKS (or any time range that we can set later), so they need to wait 2 weeks to be able to use the same voucher code that is bound to their Gov ID number? (3) When we use woocommerce payment gateway addon, which COUPON CODE system will be used, HOTEL BOOKING or WOOCOMMERCE? (4) Some of those voucher codes are affiliate codes sent to our client’s influencers. Se we need a dashboard (could be front-end) to show how many times the code is successfully used (completed purchase). We know that whis will need custom coding.
Can we set this plugin to do those things? At least for 1 and 2. Or if not by default, are those attainable using custom function?

Hi, Thanks for your question. The bookings are made without authorization in our Hotel Booking plugin. So there are no accounts of guests in system. The coupons codes can be applied manually only on the checkout page of Hotel Booking plugin.

So if we create a custom field for every user then create a custom function to check if they already use the coupon in last 2 weeks using this custom field, this isn’t possible?
I have this steps in mind: - When someone successfully book a room using voucher, couple information stored in database (or a file): (1) National ID number and (2) Date of Last Successful Booking - Whenever someone enter a voucher code (of course they need to enter their National ID on custom field), add some line of validation which checks the database (or file) created before if last booking of the same ID is more than 2 weeks. - If it’s more than 14 days then voucher code is valid and shows error if it’s less.
Do you think this is possible?

1. Yes, it is possible to hide the Adults/Children fields form the search availability form. It can be done under your dashboard > Accommodation > Settings > Guest Management.
Note that it is also possible to add custom fields to the search form via Attributes. In order to do this, follow this video tutorial.
2. For now, it is only possible to change the price per night depending on a number of booked nights. To do this, open the needed rate and click the “plus” icon in order to specify the number of nights and price per night. You can also find more details in this video tutorial.
Nevertheless, we will add your request to our feature requests list and notify you as soon as this gets implemented.

Hello, when a customer selects dates for their reservation that overlap in two different seasons, there are no free accommodations. Example: season from August 1-15 and season from August 16-30 …. the client wants from August 10 to 20, it does not work
Make sure you added both season to the same rate. When you add them as season prices of the same rate it will work properly.

It is possible to add mandatory fee via Bookings > Taxes and Fees. If you wish to charge fixed amount no matter how long is stay-in period then you will need to limit the Fee due to 1 day.
As for early bird discounts so there is not such functionality yet. We’ll notify you when we have any news about implementintion of this option in our Hotel Booking plugin.
