Hello James, this is actually such a strange issue and we have not been notified about it before. However, we have found out that this error may depend on your active theme. Here is the forum where the issue is discussed. Please, try switching themes and see if the error still exists.

1. Is it possible to add orders manually from back-end ?
2. Modify orders from back end : Change the order quantity. for example a consumer has booked a room for 3 days, then changed to 4 days or only 2 days. It can be the same room or other available room.
3. Modify orders from back end : Sometimes our costumer want to switch room, from small room to large room, or for another reason.

1. Yes, you can add bookings from back-end via the Bookings tab > All Bookings > Add New.
2., 3. For now, there is no functionality to edit bookings from back-end. We recommend delete a wrong booking an add a new one with proper details.
Nevertheless, we understand the importance of such a functionality and our developers are going to implement this in one of the nearest plugin updates. We will notify you as soon as it is implemented.

Hello, please, make sure the searches accommodation has seasons for the searched dates and rate for the season. Also, make sure there are no booking rules that may block the needed accommodation type.

For example.
A user searches for a room for 2 adults.
On the search results page let’s say he chooses an accomodation. He confirms the reservation he is redirected to the booking confirmation page.
here he must select again the number of guests.
Not only. If the room can accomodate more guests it’s mandatory to select 0 in the relative dropdown.
Honestly a bit messy. .
For what reason the number of guests is not passed automatically to the booking confirmation page?
These would be a great improvement for the user experience.
Or maybe there ’s some option in the backend?

Hello, it is required to select Adults / Children / Guests number on the checkout page. The matter is since there are price variations by person and length of stay in the Hotel Booking plugin, customers should consciously select the number of people staying, for the plugin to check all price variations and recalculate the price on the checkout page.

Yes, you may sync accommodations between each other to import bookings by ical and block them automatically.
Hmmmm this seems like a manual thing. Or can you please elaborate? Is there any guide how this is done? I am thinking of linking two or more accommodations in such manner that when Room A is booked, the Room B should be automatically blocked on the same day the Room A is booked.

We need it for a client so we can get multicurrency prices automatically from live exchange for different currencies (e.g. euro, dollar). The Hotel Booking plugin uses the single post template of the active theme for accommodation type pages and standard CSS classes to pick up the styles of the active theme and mix in with the design. In this way, the plugin is compatible with any theme, created according to the WordPress standards and picks up colors/styles of your active theme, by default.

Hi, if all the accommodations (rooms) are reserved, a guest will not be able to book the room for that dates. Also, there will be the message that the room is not available for the searched dates.

Hello, with the Hotel Booking plugin you can setup if a guest should pay Full Amount or Deposit. This can be configured under your dashboard > Accommodation > Settings > Payment Gateways.

We sell all of our rooms through multiple online channels.
Our rooms are offered in different 3 styles A, B and C. I was wondering if it would be possible to display room availability based on the quantity of each Style, so we don’t have to display each room and its respective availability individually. So, instead of displaying the availability of all 15 rooms, we only display the availability of the 3 Styles. For example:
Front-end Availability for 11/4/2019 – 11/5/2019: Style A – Available Style B – Unavailable Style C – Available
Back-end Style A – 3 rooms booked, 2 available Style B – 5 rooms booked, 0 available Style C – 2 rooms booked, 3 available
The availability of these rooms would have to be synced with our other channels through iCal, of course.
Please let me know if this is something that would be possible.

1. With the Hotel Booking plugin you can create accommodation types (styles A, B, C for example) and generate different number of accommodations for an accommodation type (5, for example). Only accommodation types will be displayed on the front-end. However, on the Search Results page, when booking an accommodation, a guest will be able to book several accommodations at a time and see how many accommodations are available.
Nevertheless, the selector and information about number of available accommodations can be hidden with CSS.
2. The MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin can share availability with any platform that supports the ical system. Our plugin downloads calendars from the connected platforms and updates the availability on your website every 15 minutes automatically. External platforms download calendars from our plugin independently, according to their own schedules.

1. Yes, you can add different prices per nights depending on seasons, number of adults/children and number of nights.
2. The Price Breakdown list on the Checkout page displays price per date, dates subtotal, accommodation subtotal, price for services / fees / taxes and their subtotal, the total price.
3. A guest can book multiple rooms at a time and on the Checkout page he will see price breakdowns for every booked room and their general total price.
4. When filling the search availability form and clicking the “Search” button, a guest is redirected to the Search Results page with the best room variants for him. You can also add custom fields to the search form with your custom parameters, to sort out the search results according to these custom parameters.

I meant if it would be possible to display properties with options which customers can choose from to tailor de property to their needs. i.e. “Traveling with pets?” -> Yes or No (select one), “Date of arrival of second party:” -> Enter date, “Smoker?” -> Yes or No (select one), etc. And, is yes, would it be possible to see the preferences/options selected by the guests on the reservation/booking? Hi, please, I need your help. After I created the direct booking method, when I click the button to confirm the booking, it appears the checkout page with the booking details and it is ok, but I can see also the field: “Type of accommodation” with the name of my accomodation in hyperlink. If I click there it appears the booking form with the calendar and the button to booking the accomodation (again?? I just did it). It is like a loop, it is weird. I think I need to disable the hyperlink “Type of accommodation” on the checkout page but I don’t know how to do… Thanks in advance.
Hi, make sure to “Skip Search Results” in the Accommodation tab > Settings.
The “Accommodation Type” link on the Checkout page is placed for a guest to be able to view the accommodation type he is going to reserve. You do not need to click it, just skip and continue reservation. In case you clicked it, the page should open in a new window. So, you can just view the Accommodation Type, close the page and continue reservation.
We can also offer you to make the Accommodation Type link unclickable on the Checkout page, with CSS. For this add the below CSS code under you dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS :

My client rents houses to writers, poets, etc and they need to be approved before they can book but we want the guest to see availability and rates then submit the reservation without confirming so the administration can either approve or disapprove the booking.
I also played with the demo you have and the rates are what I need (variations) as the bookings have different rates per adult. This is a plus!!
I only need to add booking calendar + rates without description in a page built with elementor page builder. The description is already on the page. Is this possible? See this sample using another booking engine that does not offer variations on rates – therefore I cannot use it and I am looking for something different but show up on page like this (it can go to a different page to book if I need to do that):

1. With the Hotel Booking plugin guests can select the needed property for the needed available dates, see its price and book it. However, with the confirmation mode “by admin manually” (the Accommodation tab > Settings), Admin will have to approve the booking for it to become confirmed (Admin can also cancel it).
2. You can integrate Elementor to the Hotel Booking plugin with this integration addon https://wordpress.org/plugins/mphb-elementor/
3. By default, you can display rates with its base price and description for a certain accommodation type with the [mphb_rates id=”777”] shortcode (where 777 is the accommodation type ID). Note that only the base price will be displayed, not all the variations. As a workaround, you can write about all the variations in the rate description.

1. You can change text of some fields (the “Notes” field, for example) to the needed with the Loco Translate plugin. With this plugin you can also change any system text. There is no ability to add extra fields on the Checkout page.
2. Yes, you can add the search form for the certain accommodation type with the shortcode [mphb_availability id=”777”] where 777 is the accommodation type ID. Do not forget to enable “Skip Search Results” in the Accommodation tab > Settings, to enable direct booking from the accommodation page.
3. There are two steps that should be done for your case: the first step is to select dates in the search form and the second step is to fill the Checkout page to make a reservation.

Response time has been incredibly slow, especially for a paid plugin. I’m disappointed that there is no live support option such as a phone number to call or a chat option. Instead, my only option is to wait 24-48 hours between each reply, which comes between 2 and 4 a.m. my time when I am not up to respond and try to establish a dialogue.
Hi, We have been investigating the issue and found that issue was caused by enabled ModSecurity service. The issue is that it does not support delimiter || and requires __ instead. Though the delimiter || is valid and it is used in cookies of other plugins like WooCommerce. So we recommend either to disable ModSecurity via your hosting control panel or contact your hosting provider to adjust/verify the delimiter || which is actually valid.
