I want to purchase this plugin but I have one query… I want to know that after completed conversation may I received complete chat on admin email as a ressponce automatically. like your user data page

There is an extra Chat sessions addon that can save all conversations that you can view as admin.

Conversations are not emailed though. I suppose that would be too many emails for any website with decent traffic. But we will consider adding the email option.

I’m interested in buying your plugin but had a few quick questions: 1: Can I change the “bot” image to the image of a person? 2: Can I integrate this into a live and have someone come into the chat in the middle of it?

1. Yes, you can change the icons both for floating chatbot and the agent.

2. There is a Live chat addon available. User can initiate a Live chat by clicking an icon or a Start menu button which shows when the ChatBot fails to provide valid response .

Or you can set it so that when any Human operator is logged in, it will go directly to the Human live chat.

However, it is not possible to intervene from the admin side.

Ok. Is there an api to iphone android integration for live chat? or sms?

Not yet. It sends email notification. So you can just use a email account and a email app on your mobile to get Live chat notifications.

Hello, There is a problem with the icon to close chat windows in the mobile version. Both in my chatbot and in your demo. This happens from android and also IOS. It responds to closing the window approximately 1 in 10 times.

I would like to request a refund. The plugin page promoted the ability to open the chat through a link. I was unable to do so. I’ve created a custom button and would like to link it to the chatbot to trigger it but it seems this is not possible.

You will need to use a shortcode for that. The shortcode format is in the Setting->Embedding page.

I need the following interaction. The character asks which State and City the person lives in. She first chose the state and then a select appeared with a list of the city corresponding to that state. Try using html, but it doesn’t allow you to select. Would it have another form or validator?

I want to add this option in html. That when the form asks the person the city where they live, the option to select state and then city would appear. If I put it in the current html it understands it as a common text and not as an action.

1 – Does codecanyon ChatBot for WordPress contains all the addons of the Ultimate subscription? Reading the features im understanding that all addons are included in your codecancyon plugin. But i want to be sure about this.

2 – Does all of the chatbots interactions are saved in the database and can i check them in the dashboard and export to .csv?

3. There is no hard limit but for a large number, it will depend on your server. Yes, live chats are saved in database. Yes, need to stay logged in. Also, email alerts are sent when new chat starts

Do you have similar thing for basic php website?

We do not have any PHP only version yet. However, you can use a basis WordPress installation to install the chatbot and use Embed code to display the bot on your PHP site. Except for site search, most other features will work.

i also figured that when clicking the “X” button, it will pop up the chat screen but not close the greeting message is there a way for users to click “X” and really close the chat and only show the icon?

so that it will not disturb users from viewing the site
