If you would like to add timeline stories before 1000, then you have to add custom order based timeline stories instead of Date Based. In Custom Order Based Timeline Stories you can add custom Text as Story Title and Story Date.

You can share temporary wp-admin details so that we can check the issue quickly.
Also remember if you add custom order based stories then all stories must be custom order based, you can not combine time-based and custom-order based stories inside 1 timeline.
So, i will lose all stories?
if you want to change change based stories to custom order based then just edit your date based stories and select custom order value and custom text inside them.
Hi, I’ve recently deployed my website from my staging to live. The plugin is now asking me to enter my purchase code. however, when I entered the purchase code, it was invalid because, the code is on my staging site which I do not have access to anymore.. how can I then deactivate the purchase code from the staging and use it on my live site?

how can i change responsive layout size 860px to 960px?
Why i need it? I want to see vertical timeline two sided mode in mobile landscape same like desktop. Please advice

You want to change 860 to 960, it means you are showing mobile one-sided layout on max 960px device instead to 860px max, I think you should change 860 to 740.
No no, actually i use two sided timeline layout but if you rotate mobile to landscape mode the timeline change one-sided – Portrate mode its OK but landscape mode i want two sided – how its possible?

and find 860 inside it and change it to 640 then landscape will show both sided results.

Recently, We added polylang plugin to make our website multilingual but it doesn’t work inside other plugins. Can you confirm us that the category filter from the pro version is what we need to make separate timelines. Best regards

We have created a timeline in our native language with the free version of Cool Timeline. Now we wish to add more languages to our website and to replicate the timeline in these other languages. Is there a way to use Cool Timeline free version with Polylang? Or do we need the pro version?
free version is already compatible with polylang.
1. Inside wp-admin >> Languages >> Settings >> Custom post types and Taxonomies >> Select Timeline Stories & Save
2. Now Add Timeline Stories in 2 different languages.
3. Now create different language page for timeline and add same shortcode on both – it will automatically show timeline of a particular language.

If you have added Stories based upon date then stories in timeline will show according to their date either in ASC or DESC order depends upon the shortcode . If you would like to show new stories as first then change order(ASC/DESC) in shortcode. Please let me know if you still have any query.

Thanks, I do have one more question. Is possible to add some spaces and layout to the text within the timeline? When we create a post the time is not taking over the correct layout. For example, spaces, bold text etc.

We had activated the plugin on our test site and we have migrated to our official site now. However, we are trying to activate the license in the real site, and we get the error that the license is already used on the test site. We have tried to deactivate it, with no luck of finding it.

Hi there, recently purchased the Cool Timeline plugin and has installed the Envato Purchase Code to activate the license, however, the site it was registered on was a staging site. As I’ve migrated to a new site (still staging) I cannot seem to reuse my code. Is there any way to have this code detached from the original site? Is it possible to show HTML in the short version?
Also is it possible to set a breakign point without a set number of characters?
For example, im using it with a address and more info in the post, but would like to only show the address on the slider, and more info on the post page.
