I’d like to suggest avoiding CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS constant definition if WordPress or the plugin itself it’s not in debug mode. Setting constant value to false may trigger some hosts to temporarily ban the user when their mod_evasive trigger is lower than Edit page’s total performed requests.
The code in your plugin looks something like this, at line 167 and 637 in include/classes/editors/class-vc-frontend-editor.php:
! defined( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS' ) && define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );
To activate this when WP_DEBUG or SCRIPT_DEBUG are true, you could do something like this:
! defined( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS' ) && define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', !( defined( 'WP_DEBUG' ) && WP_DEBUG || defined( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG' ) && SCRIPT_DEBUG ) );

HI, it seems that setting WP_CONTENT_URL in wp-config breaks wpbakery while editing an element. On pressing “Save Changes” console error is: TypeError: this.content(...).find(...).data(...) is undefined.
We need to set WP_CONTENT_URL for serving static content from a domain without cookies. We’ve set a static subdomain pointed to wp-content folder. Practicly it’s the same default wp setup but, resources are served from https://static.domain.com/

Purchasing a direct license will give you an access to auto-updates, so that you will not have to wait on the theme developer. Hi there, working on a clients site and they have version 5.3 which isn’t the latest. But they have a license code. Do they need to log in to get the latest version? The grid blog isn’t working on the site and assume it might be old version (isn’t a plugin compatibility issue)

Hi there, Is it possible to rename the admin menu name “WPBakery Page Builder” to just “Page Builder” It confuses my clients and I also do not like how its the only item in the menu that is on two lines (OCD). I know I can do this via a renaming plugin however I would rather do via code in functions.php or something. Thank you.

Hello, The content output can vary depending upon the element which is used. Our standard plugin has grids which can output blog post. However, by default it only supports outputting the post excerpt.

Hello, Our standard elements can display the features image which is set to the post. However, we do have many third party add-on which you can find under add-ons section on codecanyon which might have such a feature. Please make sure to re-confirm the functionality with respective add-on developer before making any purchase.

Hi, back in version 5.7 I made a ton of custom elements and shortcodes. They all worked fine, but completely disappeared around the version 6 release, so I have rolled back to 5.7 in hopes you will fix everything eventually. Hello, Please make sure that the init action is using a priority of 11 or more. For eg: add_action( ‘init’, array( $this, ‘function_name’ );
should be
add_action( ‘init’, array( $this, ‘function_nam’ ), 12 );

I have several accordions on a page which are all ‘closed’. When loading the page for a moment the accordions are displayed open, the a second later, they are closed. Is there a way to to get theme closed even during load?

Hello, As the license is purchased via codecayon, in this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then open a ticket via our support portal.

Hello, The single image elements render using image ids. In this case you can edit the element to re-add the image and then update the page at your end.

Hello, Unfortunately, there is no alternative to automatically replace the image ids with it’s source urls from the existing single image elements. The image source urls are only used for adding background images.

Hello, The Google fonts are loaded when the element requiring them are used, for eg: custom heading element. If you do not use such elements, then it will not be loaded.
