1- You can use SPF or DKIM for spam controls. 2- Sure, you can send unlimited mails. If you want to set an amount on per connection, you can set it on Submission Accounts section.

1- There no wordpress plugin available for Lethe. But you can use embed subscription forms in your front-end page or API available for custom subscription.
2- Lethe using simple file management as TinyMCE plugin, File management authorization is global. You can change file management link with your file management URL if you already using a file manager.
3- There no front-end landing page available on Lethe.You can use Lethe as you request.
