Hi, where is login form style CSS? Customer Cabinet login form is completely without any style, how you made the login form so disgusting and unattractive, without any style, scattered?

Please note that the login form is not a part of the Bookly plugin. Bookly uses the native WordPress function wp_login_form() to render the username/password form. And as per my reply to the other message with ticket number 128019, it is usually the WordPress theme that creates a login/logout links, as per this article: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-the-wordpress-logout-link-to-navigation-menu/.
In instances that the theme didn’t apply styles to the login form, you can apply some CSS to the WordPress theme here:
WordPress->Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS.

Hi I bought the Bookly customer cabinet add-on, I tested with another user, of course, and I realized that when I go to the customer registration page, I see two tabs, appointments and profile, as It should be. But The problem is when I go to the profile tab I can no longer go back to the appointments tab. And the other problem is that in “appointment” when I select cancel or re-schedule nothing appears. Please Help.

Hello,
I’ve been having issues after the new update. When customers hit cancel, the screen turns grey but nothing happens. It gets stuck on loading it seems. It never did that before, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, the font seemed to change on the tables as well. It’s much smaller than it was before. This happened with the Staff cabinet as well, but I can only get support through this item alone. An unrelated question I have is if there is support for all of your products as one price instead of separate prices. It’s very costly to do that. Thanks.

Just bought Customer Cabinet but when I view the page with the cabinet shortcode on it I get “You don’t have permissions to view this content.” I am viewing with my admin account, the one I have done lots of bookings with whilst testing the system before launch. I also had this problem with the standard view bookings shortcode as well and had hoped that this would fix the situation

The message “You don’t have permissions to view this content.” usually appears when you try to access a Customer cabinet page under admin credentials.
You need to create a new WP user with customer or subscriber role and connect him to your Bookly customer http://prntscr.com/olcxg9 And then access this page when logged in your WP admin panel as a customer.
The same is actual for Bookly Appointments list page: customers can see their appointments only if they are associated with a WordPress user account, and are logged in on a page where the appointment list shortcode was added

Hi,
I have a client who wants to set up a gym website where his customers can make payments online.
He’s asked if I can set up ‘cancellation of appointment fees’ and I was wondering if you have a plugin that caters to this?
I checked the ‘customer cabinet’ plugin which has functionality for the customer to cancel an appointment but I could not find anything that gives the option of charging a cancellation fee.
Could you please advise?

Currently, charging a cancellation fee is not supported.
As a workaround, you can request a deposit for the appointment using the Deposit Payments add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212234945-Deposit-Payments-Add-on and make it non-refundable for the late cancellation.

I'm starting to use bookly and encounter some issues..:
1) I'm using Bookly in a portuguese site and I'm having dificulty translating every field into my language... For instance the name remains name and not "nome".
2) I also wanted people to be "force" to log in to book a reservation... Is that possible or can you give me a light about how can I manage to do that...?
3) In the future I would like to add the woocommerce to the site and create an online store... I know is possible to connect both but will I be able to show the information from the store in this customer cabinet as well...

1. I recommend you to update Bookly plugin and Bookly Pro add-on to the latest versions (17.7) and (2.2). In these versions, the missing Portuguese translations were added.
2. Though there is no option to force customers to log in before making a booking, you can place a login button on a booking page by putting here also the “appointments list” shortcode.
You can also show a booking form to registered users only: please, read this article https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/206366359-Can-I-show-the-booking-form-to-registered-users-only-
3. This option is not supported. The WooCommerce integration is not like a classic WooCommerce shop, you use this integration just for the payment gateways that are not supported by Bookly, and the created product is just a virtual product that is just a “bridge” between Bookly and WooCommerce.

Pre-sale question: I’m looking for solution: After booking the appointment via the Bookly Pro the customer login to their account (by using “Bookly Customer Cabinet” add-on), then after login they upload their reports/prescriptions/xrey etc from the user panel, which is received by the administrator/employee (even if it’s by using “staff cabinet addon).
