I keep getting this message after I add the shortcode “Buying Guide has no product Categories.”

I just renewed the support because I have 2 problems.

1) When I activate your plugin, categories and tags in the product page appears multiple time (live filter or not). It happen with both Twenty Sixteen and Savoy themes. With the plugin disabled I don’t have this problem.

2) I like the shortcode functions because the function to show the Guide in the main shop is not working (why?), but when I add the shortcode in the main shop page of woocommerce, the guide show and hide the all the products also in the shop loop. So I have the banner and no products displayed or the banner and the product displayed 2 times, and when the user use the guide, both are hidden at the same time.

I’m outputting the guide via a shortcode on an empty page, but when i choose more than one category the filter options dissapear and just leave the question?

you should make a version of this to be used like a “diagnosis tool” to engage visitors…

Is it possible to add the Buying Guide outside of Woocommerce on a regular page with Shortcode?

I have installed your plugin and created a buying guide. However, this simply does not show up anywhere. I have disabled all plugins apart from minimum requirements for your plugin to work and still no success at getting the buyers guide to display. It appears that your plugin is not compatible with my theme.

Do you have any suggestions on how I can get this to work or could I please have a refund?

to give you a clear picture, I have a landing page on Wordpress that will redirect the customers to my e-store after taking this survey, and I need to show the customer an answer with a link after taking the survey, so each answer depends on his answers to the questions in the survey. is that clear?

Hi, Can we create follow up questions. So Question 1 can have different follow up questions. Like question 2a if awnser is ‘x’ and question 2b if awnser is ‘y’. We want to have every awnser to have another follow up question. Is this possible or are there any simple hooks to edit this?

On the top you the the “Produktberater” and i would like to center everything and right now it is left aligned.
