The app requests the posts from your API, and then loads the post HTML in a WebView as-is, applying the style.css file in your template to ensure that everything fits the screen.

I am interested in buying the template, however, I have a question. Does the content need to only come from wordpress, youtube, etc. or can you use local data? For example I want a type of directory, which will include a thumbnail image and text/image content per entry. Is this possible with this template? or can you only pull data from the listed outlets.

Hi! We do support two types of local data: 1) You can have category screens that you can use to organise content. You can define these screens locally in your app and they can be recursive. Note that any thumbnails for overview screens do have to be hosted online. You can use any image host for this. 2) Offline webpages are also supported, including images.

You are free to edit any aspect of the template you want (i.e. time, date, images), but please keep in mind that help for these customisations isn’t covered by our support. Thank you!

hello, I just want to say that the apps works great!!,. just one little concern is that we added more options to the app with the configurator and I know that the app cache the data for 48 hours and then checks the server again to see if anything has changed but on iphones is taking longer than that, for example on Monday we made some changes and added more pages/section to the app using the configurator then we uploaded the file to our server, we did this for both android and ios, now for android, it updated pretty fast with the new data but with ios, it hasn’t and it’s been almost 5 days. do you know why is this happening.
Hi! Did you ensure that you pointed to your online config.json file om AppDelegate, and did not accidentally use the offline file?
yeah, I’m sure in fact I had to uninstall the app and re-install it and then the new pages showed up but is not doing it automatically in fact we have few users that did the same thing and then the new sections showed up too.. so yeah we are using the online config file.
if we change the caching settings on the app do we have to send a new update? thru the app connect?
ok thanks for the info, I have two questions if I want to set the cache time to every 2 hours is it 60 * 60 * 02?? and the other question is that I’m getting too many interstitial ads showing too often I see that the static let INTERSTITIAL_INTERVAL is to 5 if I want to show it every 10 minutes or 20 minutes should I change it to 10 or 20?
Hi! Yes 60 * 60 * 2 would be two hours.
The interstitial interval is not a timeframe, it’s an interval. I.e. every 1 in X clicks. Where X is your number.

Hi! Thank you for your feedback. You can add any styles to the styles.css file in your project to apply custom styles to any custom elements (like embeds).
Hi, it’s not a problem with style.css. It’s a problem with Webview Code in iOS app. iOS webview had a problem to load the script „widget.js“ after embed code from tweet
It works fine in Android app
WebView on IOS works different then on Android (i.e. on IOS http connections aren’t allowed, as well as some other changes). Unfortunately, I can’t adjust how the webview works. However, you can always customise the template if needed to load custom scripts and styles.

Are guys planning on updating the layout design for ios any time soon?...also when adding a radio station link instead of having a full page dedicated to it, wouldn’t it be better if it will only show at the bottom of the app like just the player’s controls…something like spotify

Hi, i have found the OPtion that users can select the View mode option in Android app:

Ofcourse! What do you mean with “WordPress view more like a news feed”? and “Settings page for imprint”?
I mean a Single page for all options like Notifications, Darkmode switcher, and imprint.
WordPress PostCellLarge or immersive with more Details. Like Category in left/right sight of Pic, text under pic.
And shows more like a Container.

The token produced by Facebook is about 3 months in fact after three months in the app it no longer produces posts but a white screen. No problem is produced other token and pasted in AppDelegate.h. Ok but you have to publish it again as if it were an update! Is there any other way?
If the User access token you use to retrieve this Page access token is a long-lived token, you get a long-lived Page token that is good for at least 60 days. However, if you use a Page administrator token and your app has business permissions, the returned Page access token does not expire

We go from one article to two articles. And therefore, from 25 € to 50 €. Hi! You can re-use your configuration file for both platforms in your case. Both Universal for IOS and for Android are 100% native apps, and you’ll get the full source code upon purchasing.
For Adsense, Adsense ads remain visible, even if you use Admob. However, Google may reject your app if you use both in your app, so I would recommend not to use Admob in your app.
