Hi! I am looking for a WP forms plugin with these functions. Form rules: e.g. if a user picks “male” from a dropdown, redirect to another form, or if a user pics male and USA (multiple conditions), redirect to another URL. Trying to find an alternative to Formstack. Thanks for you help.

Hello, I have an annual subscription to Envato Elements and have downloaded your form and currently use on my site. The form is no longer working so I am missing clients. How do I redownload from Envato and upload to my site without losing my current form so I dont have to rebuild?

Your current form won’t get overwritten as you update the plugin, so no worries about that. However, we don\t think that reinstalling the plugin will fix the issue. We suggest that you make sure that a valid email address is used, and check your browser’s error console first, there might be additional insights there.

I’ve just installed Elfsight Form Builder and it couldn’t send the form and came back with an error “Server can’t send an email”. I logged a ticket with my web hosting team and they tell me that the email authentication has not been enabled. But I’m not sure what else can i do to enable this on the plugin. Please advise. You can set the email address to send the submitted forms to on Mail tab of the plugin’s settings. In Advanced Mail Settings on the same tab you can add the email addresses for CC and BCC fields.

Got this plugin from Envato Elements. Looks great but under the hood, there are serious issues.
1) Mail sender is the domain. Can’t find where you can change that. 2) Reply – to doesn’t work. All emails no matter what you set go to courier@elfsightmail.com
I really like the design, could use it for a personal website but by no means use on a client website.
Plugin could be free until all issues where fixed and then start charging.

You can configure Reply-To field by copying the field ID of email address field and adding it to Reply-To field.

Unfortunately, with the way our plugin works, the submitted data comes to the email address indicated in the settings, and that’s it. The plugin doesn’t support the option of saving the submits in the indicated formats. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Answering address does not change somehow : Elfsight Courier * courier@elf… do not change. You need to get the customer’s address in the form fields here! The subject part does not change either. You are a professional brand. But this plugin is also very amateur.
I changed the starred ones from the extension to php and it didn’t improve.
There are serious problems with your settings. Unable to customize.

But this is ridiculous, I can’t delete this mail! Why does this exist? Elfsight Courier <courier@elfsightmail.com> It can’t be this nonsense. How to delete php files? At least tell us that!

You cannot change the From field. It will keep on displaying Elfsight Courier. However, you can change the Reply To field. You can do this on Mail tab of the plugin’s settings, in Advanced Mail Settings field.

How is the collect data managed? What is available in the dashboard for managing collected data? Exporting, sorting, filtering etc..?

The submitted data is sent to the email you’ve indicated in the settings, and it also gets saved in the database. Unfortunately, we haven’t yet implemented an option of downloading the data from the database, but we’re doing our best to do this as soon as we can.
So basically, right now your email is the only place where you can view the data.

There’s a problem with this plugin. The reply address <courier@elfsightmail.com> is automatically added to each sended form. The reply address is different in the form control panel. It is a significant confidentiality issue.

Yes, the plugin does add this email address, but nevertheless we don’t receive or store your messages.
This email gets added because in previous versions of the plugin the option of adding a value to reply-to field wasn’t available in the editor, so we had to use this email address as the default value.
In the current version of the plugin this field is already displayed in the editor, but we’re still at work on making it perform in the best and most convenient way. This option is somewhat raw just yet, but in the next update we release it will be much improved.

yes, this requires modifying the elfsight-form-builder.js file
I also notice another problem, the subject and message of the mail template defined in the control panel of the widget are not taken into consideration.
they are also defined in elfsight-form-builder.js :
mailReplyTo: “Elfsight Courier <courier@elfsightmail.com>”, mailSubject: “New message from [website-url]”, mailTemplate: “This message was sent from page [page-url]: [form-data]”

You can add your email as CC or BCC on Mail tab of the plugin’s settings, in Additional Mail Settings section. It should work fine for you.
The plugin does save all the form submits to a database, unfortunately, the option of downloading them from the database is not yet implemented. We apologize for the inconvenience and we’ll do our best to add it as soon as we can.
