I was using your Real Media Library plugin for a few days and everything worked very well, then I re-established my website through my hosting to start from scratch and I’ve started installing the plugin but now it doesn’t work.
It doesn’t let me create folders or galleries. No error message appears, simply when I press the button to create a folder it stays “Loading …” on the same button but the box to write the folder name does not appear.
I have uninstalled the Plugin and deleted entries from the Database and it doesn’t work either.
What I can do?

Hello! Thanks for answering, I already solved the problem before your answer, it was a conflict with some Chrome extension related to AdBlocks. When doing the test in Incognito Mode the Plug-in worked correctly!
Anyway I reset my WordPress and it worked again even using ad blockers. I had a WordPress installation in tests with a lot of waste for some time … (A reset was needed ^ _ ^)
Now I have a new problem! In the Media Library I see an element “Unorganized ①” and in the FTP manager I find nothing related to that element.
What can be?

Hello, I just updated WP to version 5.3 and the Real Media Library plugin was updated to version 4.5.4 and stopped showing my folders.
Plugin writes: Not folders found You have not actually created any folder. Just click on the header button to create your first folder.

I ask for a customer of mine, because he uses your plugin and there seems to be a bug.
If you would like to add an image directly inside a post and you click inside the post image box the lightbox opens. You can chose to upload an image from external source, but this tab in the lightbox won´t work. No upload in the lightbox is possible and it seems to be a conflict with your plugin.

der Einfachheit halber schnell auf deutsch: Wir nutzen seit 1,5 Jahren problemlos auf unserer Seite das schöne Plugin. Seit einigen Wochen basteln wir an einer neuen WP-Seite auf einer Subdomain, in die wir das Plugin ebenfalls eingebunden haben. Dies klappte bisher auch problemlos – bis nun auf einmal sämtliche angelegten Ordner verschwunden sind. Auch lässt sich kein neuer Ordner mehr erstellen.
Liegt das möglicherweise daran, dass wir bisher nur eine Lizenz gekauft haben? Warum klappte das dann aber bisher und auf einmal nicht mehr? Nach einem Lizenzschlüssel o.ä. wird nirgends gefragt. Bzw. andersherum: können wir mit Kauf einer zweiten Lizenz die nun verschwundenen Ordner wieder sichtbar machen? Oder woran könnte das sonst liegen?

Hi there. I am looking for a plugin that can help sort my media. I am using WP Residence theme and have a lot of images for each real estate properties. However, I can not filter images/videos for each property so I have to use “search by name” option all the time. Please advise if your plugin can automatically sort images for each property (post) and simplify the process for me.
